Wow! Great to see all these projects! GEJ is working and haters should please go and hug an oiled transformer! |
cjrane: Yorubas are full of deceit and cannot be trusted. One Million likes for you. You simply nailed it! The yoruba war of attrition on Igbos should be brought to bear on them. Let the north continue to benefit until they can come to their senses! |
Ngige should clear his name on this girl's death. It has continued to haunt his every move. The same issue have continued to come up |
Edwike: I really find it difficult to throw insult on people while discussing online and have never done that. Your comment sounds so idiotic and unintelligent. My question to you is, you think PH is not an Igbo city? Ikwere is now a tribe? I am so sorry for you because this is exactlyBros, so because he said he is Ikwerre in an anonymous site, he is now truly an Ikwerre and you will address Ikwerre people via him? There a Yoruba guy that calls himself "Ijaw Citizen" on NL, and how did i know he wasn't Ijaw but yoruba? I followed him in all his posts even in the fashion section and i quickly found out he chose that moniker in order to sneak unsuspecting blows occasionally at GEJ and say offensive things about Igbos to elicit a negative Igbo response towards Ijaws. C'mon men, don't be so naive, these guys aren't half a smart as you. Don't make them laf at you behind their keyboard when they control your mind and provoke you to say horrible things about Ikwerre people. ![]() |
^^^And you care to share with us what gave rise to the bolded?
Please ignore these oily soup half humans.Let them write what they must here, but please ignore them. They thrive on tribalism and hatred. It is second nature to them. Their biggest regret is that their plot to exploit the Eastern minorities via driving a wedge of bickering and Igbo scare mongering have continued to fail before their very wicked eyes. The other day, it was Gov. Akpabio that asked them why they proclaimed a policy of reconstruction of the war ravaged Eastern region after the civil war, but the actual construction took place in the West where there was no war.Is Gov. Akpabio an Igboman? No,but like many others, he has realized the lie called Nigeria and the inherent plot against his people as well as the Igbo people. Ofenmanu people developed plot to dominate Nigeria is hinged on controlling the mind of eastern minorities and constantly distracting them from real issues by propagating and spreading rumors of an imminent Igbo war to kill the SS people etc. It is also their only lie to justify the domination of the oil industry and to convince the SS that they must stay in Nigeria as second class citizens than ask for a Niger Delta republic. To that lie, they have failed miserably Ofe nmanu, Ndi oso chi egbu ! ![]() |

Onlytruth: This could be fake, since we don't know any of these signatures. BUT this may well be true because of the characters involved.Anambra for Igbos Yorubaland for Yorubas Will Yorubas ever vote for an APGA puppet in any Yoruba State? So why are they forcing Igbos to vote for a yoruba puppet? Chris Ayodeji Ngige should be offered deputy Governor of Lagos State by Yorubas and stop seeking to install a puppet regime in Igboland. Leave Igbos in peace to choose their legitimate leaders and not yoruba puppets! |
Edwike: My dear you just brought up a topic that has been burning in my heart for a long time. I commented severally on it but it seemed like my Enugu people care less about the level of unemployment in Enugu state. Last year when the Chime administration conceived and awarded 14.5billion contract for state secretariat. I was almost crying. I felt so bad because although secretariat is good, it is one of the least items the government should pursue in my own judgement, since Enugu had secretariate. Enugu youths are hurting a lot because of lack of job. There are thousands of Enugu graduates riding okada and hawking on the streets of Lagos, Abuja, PH, Onitsha, Aba and even in Enugu(keke). I just read that Chime just awarded a contract of almost 400million for road marking in Enugu. I was like what is the job of the staff of the state ministry of works and transport. People are getting paid every month and still he is awarding such a contract. What is the staff of these ministries doing. Let us put this in full perspective. 14.5billion for secretariat and 400million for road marking. If this 15billion is used in partnership with private firms and cooperative societies/cooperate organization to set up small scale industries in each of the 15 LGA of Enugu (minus Enugu south and north;one billion per LGA). The human developmental effect will be monumental and would certainly rub-off on the economy including the IGR of Enugu state. Projects like state secretariat would follow in such a buoyant economy. Chime has done well in road construction in the state and I applaud him for that but he has absolutely performed abysmally poor in human development especially the youth of Enugu. 1 billion may sound too small for such project per LGA but I know it would create lots of jobs in Enugu state LGAs. Enugu state should not be about Enugu city. I love Chime but my gut tells me that state secretariat project was just an avenue fro him to make his own billions as I know that the project cannot be more than 8-10billion. Too bad for our people. Enugu people should wake up and stop being docile. The best way the State Government can do to generate employment is to provide ENABLING ENVIRONMENT for factories to be set up. Anyone expecting the government to employ him as a civil servant in this day and age should wake up. Another Industrial Layout similar to Emene Industrial Layout should be opened along the Enugu-Abakaliki Expressway. Then industrialists especially the Local (Nigerian) industrialists are wooed to set up a branch of their factories in the industrial zone. With the resuscitation of the Enugu- Port Harcourt railway line, ground breaking for the much anticipated Enugu Free Trade Zone complex planned to sit strategically in a parcel of land located between the Enugu-Port Harcourt railway line on one side and the Enugu-PH Expressway on the other end should happen now. Many industrialists are interested in cheap labor for their export oriented goods. Enugu has abundance of cheap semi skilled and skilled labor that will easily make such factories to meet their profit margin. The easy access and proximity to the railway line will make it easy for them to transport their goods cheaply to Onne Port for export. Conversely, the Enugu inland container port promised by Pres. Obasanjo on his visit to Enugu in 2005 should be taken up with the Federal Government to be sited close to the Enugu Free trade zone along the Enugu-PH railway line. The Kano and Kaduna inland dry ports have become functional while that of Enugu is yet to be even awarded. Apart from assisting the industrialists in the zone to containerize their products for export, Nnewi and Onitsha based industrialists can also use the inland dry port to import their goods. Agriculture and coal mining for independent power plants remain the best options for creating employment. Enugu have abundance of Cashews and favorable rice production. Therefore, a small fruit juice processing factory and cashew packaging factory will find the Shoprite Enugu stores willing customers for their products. Some of the Cashews can also be exported vis cargo at the AIIA. Our people must however learn how to roast cashew without burning it into charcoal. The roasting of cashew nuts must be of international standard to get proper visual appeal and a good price paid for the cashew nuts. Of course, the technical partners for the coal fired IPP must expedite action on the electricity plant so that from mining to processing and feeding the coal into the power plants can provide employment for the teeming youths of not just Enugu, but Nigeria, in other to make Enugu a truly melting pot of Nigeria. |

stexsy: wat makes u think that all u ve mentioned happens only in Nigeria? Is Nigeria not beta than syria wia a president kills his own?Nigeria is not better than Syria or Iraq, just that we have experienced what they are going through now in the past. That is why i can bet that Nigeria will fight another civil war as soon as the generation that experienced the first one die off. The only reason we don't have Presidents killing Nigerians is that most of them are living witnesses of the horrors of a civil war.Even when you are on the side that finally win. They all know the cost, that is the only reason a political gangster like Obasanjo backed down after leveling Odi after he threatened to level another Ijaw town if the boys oppose his rule. And sure enough, that incident provoked Ijaw youths into forming a militant resistance towards their oppressors which have fully developed into the Niger Delta militant groups. So Nigerian leaders aren't better than Syrian leader. They just have experienced what Syria is experiencing now,so they know better. |
Let Nigeria burn! ... and i must tell you that i'm one of those that started life believing i could help save Nigeria and even married outside my tribe to prove to my parents that nigeria is one. Such foolery! I shall pray for the innocent babies and people killed in the hopelessly tribal country when i'm sure it has finally made it into hell ![]() |
So this thread is still alive? I think it is time to retire it. The point has been made and "Rochas is a hardened crook".It is unfortunate such a man was elected at all. But remember he was initially elected on the platform of APGA. So we should be careful also. Over emphasizing it will border on insulting Imo people who should not be blamed for Rochas antics and mind blowing embezzlement. |
Craze dey worry them? Why dem go want break up before, when they have institutionalized cheating. Old Kano state didn't have half of Lagos population, but as soon as it was split into Kano and Jigawa, suddenly, Jigawa and Kano is twice as populated as Lagos and have 3 times more LGAs each. Of course they won't ask for a break up because the cheating structure was created and enjoyed by them. |
ifyalways: Very true!Yes, Gov. Obi's partnership with private agencies and the church to transform the healthcare and education sectors have not been for nothing. Those sectors are indeed being transformed rapidly. He didn't just give them money for nothing, he gave money for specific projects which many have been completed already. See Dan's recent trip to Anambra. Holy Rosary school of hospital and school of midwifery https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vImAmGM6uj4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qNqe2W_MGUY School of nursing Nkpor https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I2W0jwwcg4o St. Charles Borromeo Hospital https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYEAjQNovLo Our Lady of Lourdes Ihiala https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oe4nLO0RPbg And come to think that Gov. Obi built most of his Projects at the Legendary Iyienu Hospital Ogidi, and some other hospitals which were not visited by Dan, it shows that Gov. Obi indeed spread his projects across the length and breath of the state and not merely only in the state capital. |
Abeg, make una help with pictures here o! This thread which should be juicy is so dry and sounds fake because of lack of pictures. |
Sloan: Well if Nigeria breaks, no problem every one who wants to biafran will have to physically pack his bags and go to the ibo states of Imo, Abia, Ebonyi, Ananmbra or Enugu. No need for Rivers (SS or ND) people to worry about a damn thing! You get your land back, free for other more useful purposes. This is a good thing really so every country can use their resources to develop. Again, there is no need to fight ibos who say ibos are in Rivers because they are also in the SW and North just like any other Nigerian. The thing is they MUST leave back to their country and carry every of their possession (no abandoned property issue) including their houses. They will have to leave the land though - the land will only be for the native people of Rivers State!!Hehehe ,Wow , Igbos are in Rivers! I even found out today that there are Igbos in Delta ! Wow, why didn't Awolowo do the boundary adjustment well so that Igbos in the former midwest will be merged into eastern region and the ones in Port harcourt will all be executed and their land given to Yoruba? Anyhow,If Nigeria breaks, they must abandon their land to Yoruba to inherit Port Harcourt and they must go and become refugees in Anambra.Afterall, its all Igboland ![]() Aha! that is very smart. Oya, Clap for yourself yoruba dreamer! |
Captain Defied Warnings To Abort Flight … Plane Nose Dived 31 Seconds After Take Off … Right Engine Produced Less Thrust At Take-Off PERHAPS, the crash of Associated Airlines Flight 361 carrying the remains of former Governor of Ondo State, Olusegun Agagu and some close family members and associates could have been avoided had the captain heeded the “automated warning from the onboard computer voice, which consisted of three chimes followed by take-off flaps. Report says the accident could have been avoided had the crew aborted the flight. It disclosed that the aircraft impacted the ground near aviation fuel depot, popularly referred to as Joint Users Hydrant Installations (JUHI) at the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos, 31 seconds after the warning stall was heard, with a nose down near 90 degrees right bank. This is a configuration warning that suggests that the flaps were not in the correct position for the take-off. At the time of the accident, the AIB stated that the “right engine appeared to be producing less thrust than the left engine”. In response to the First Officer’s question as to whether the flight should not be aborted, the captain, Abdulrahaman Yakubu, “indicated that they should continue and they continued the take-off roll.” The Accident Investigation Bureau’s (AIB) preliminary report noted that, “the crew did not make a V1 call or a Vr call. A V1 call is the speed at which decision to abort or continue a take-off is made, while Vr call is the speed at which it is planned to rotate the aircraft. Normally, the non-flying pilot calls both the V1 and the Vr speed. When Vr is called, the flying pilot pulls back on the control column and the aircraft is rotated to climb away from the runway. The report also noted that during the rotation, the First Officer stated ‘gently’, which the AIB believes reflects concern that the aircraft was not performing normally and therefore needed to be rotated very gently so as not to aerodynamically stall the aircraft. The warning did not appear to come as any surprise to the crew as they continued normally with the process of verifying the accuracy of the flight data, just as AIB is yet to confirm the actual flap setting, promising to determine this in the fullness of time. “The First Officer indicated that the aircraft was not climbing and advised the captain who was flying not to stall the aircraft. Higher climb angles can cause an aerodynamic stall. If the aircraft is not producing enough overall thrust, it is difficult or impossible to climb without the risk of an aerodynamic stall”. “Immediately after the lift up, the aircraft slowly veered off the runway heading to the right and was not climbing properly. This aircraft behavior appears to have resulted in the air traffic controller asking Flight 361 if operation was normal. “Flight 361 never responded. Less than 10 seconds after rotation of the aircraft to climb away from the runway, the stall warning sounded in the cockpit and continued to the end of the recording. The flight data shows characteristics consistent with an aerodynamic stall”. The disclosure was made yesterday by Commissioner, Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB), Usman Muktar at the AIB headquarters in Abuja where he released preliminary report of the crash, which left 15 people dead with five survivors. The download and analysis of the blackbox were done for the first time in AIB’s newly built multi-billion naira accident laboratory in Abuja. The report, according to Muktar, was determined from preliminary readout and analysis of flight 361 flight recorders, adding that the ill-fated plane was equipped with both a Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) and a Flight Data Recorder (FDR). The equipment, he said, were replayed at the AIB’s laboratory with assistance from experts from Canada who designed the laboratory; they assisted the investigation team with the readout and analysis, along with representatives from the aircraft manufacturers and the Associated Airlines . According to the Muktar, “the crew discussed some concerns about the aircraft prior to departure but at this time, we are not prepared to elaborate on those concerns as there remains a lot of work to be done on the CVR analysis in order to determine the specific nature of the crew’s concerns”. The AIB boss disclosed that physical examination of the wreckage revealed that the right engine propeller was in the feather position and the engine fire handle was pulled/activated. Giving a vivid account of what led to the accident, he said, “The standard eighty knots call was made by the First Officer (co-pilot). The first evidence that the crew indicated that there was a problem with the take-off roll was immediately following the eighty knots’ call.” According to the report made available to reporters, “The First Officer asked if the take-off should be aborted approximately 12 seconds after the eighty knots callout”. The AIB’s investigation team estimates the speed to be approximately 95 knots, stressing that airspeed was one of the parameters that while working in the cockpit, appeared not to be working on the FDR. “We were able to estimate the speed based on the radar data that we synchronized to the FDR and CVR but it is very approximate because of this,” Muktar said. He, however, disclosed that investigation is focusing on other areas, which are mechanical and electronic engine control issues related to the right engine and right engine propeller systems, aural warnings related to auto-feather and the flap settings required for take-off, take-off configuration issues with respect to flap settings. Others are crew decision making and training with respect to proceeding with the flight despite concerns regarding the aircraft suitability for flight, standard operating procedures with respect to continuing the take-off roll despite continuous automated voice warnings of both take-off flap and auto feather when there was ample time to abort the take-off and the airline management’s safety culture fostered throughout the airline. Afam4eva: In think Chino will do a great job for the Enugu state government in the capacity of a publicist cos if he can advertise Peter Obi's government this good despite the fact that there's nothing to advertise then he'll do very well for a government that has something to offer. I'm really dissapointed at Peter Obi's government. I don't know if the Obiano guy can be any better.Afam, I think you are being very unfair or you don't know Anambra at all. The picture mischievously showed by Sahara reporters was the civil service roundabout along Enugu-Onitsha Expressway and they took five pictures of the same spot, Which is a Federal highway. The same people showing the Federal marginalization of South East roads as Peter Obi's fault are the same people that will scream blue murder when FG awards contract for repair of roads in the southeast or any good project for the southeast.Their hatred and rage towards aviation minister Stella Oduah is simply because she successfully saw the Enugu International airport dream to a logical conclusion, that's it! They should show you Awka to Ekwulobia to Nnewi roads. They should show us Nnewi to Nnobi to Igboukwu to Akwaeze roads which are all state government roads. They won't because all the major state owned roads in Anambra are now nylon tarred smooth delight to drive on. My opposition to Ngige and his antics with Osun defenders to rule Igboland by tricks and intrigues is that Ngige cannot be trusted to oppose a wicked agenda against the Igbo, as long as his bread is buttered by the persecutors. His support for the policy of deporting Igbos from Lagos, as if they are not Nigerians and have no right to live in Lagos is a tip of the iceberg on wicked things to come. You must not be naive to swallow every trick hook line and sinker.Be wary when your avowed enemy who have been in the vanguard of those persecuting you and plotting all sorts of marginalization and misfortune against you, suddenly begins to cook amala and ewedu soup with lots of fish and meat in it. You'd better not eat it and run for your life ! It is a poisoned Trojan horse to finally get rid of you from within. |
We should stop chasing shadows and focus on where the problem lie, which is those who authorized the plane to fly. The NCAA will ground planes in the Presidential fleet or even a state Governor's jet if they feel it is unsafe to fly! "In Nigeria, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) is the apex regulatory body, overseeing the activities of all airlines and their pilots, engineers and cabin staff, airports, airstrips and heliports, navigation aids, all service providers including the airport authority and the air traffic service provider, aviation training institutions, etc. NCAA watches over the entire industry. Its role can aptly be described as that of "general overseer" or "referee:' For want of a better sobriquet, NCAA has even been address as the "police" of the industry. One of the key instruments of NCAA's regulation is the issuance or revalidation of licenses such as Air Operator's Certificate (AOC), Air Transport Licence (ATL), Airline Operating Permit (AOP), Permit for Non Commercial Flight (PNCF) and Air Travel Organizer's License (ATOL). NCAA's Aviation Safety Inspectors conduct unscheduled on the spot inspections of the operations of airlines and other service providers to ensure continuous compliance with the regulations guiding their operations" . SOURCE: http://www.ncaa.gov.ng/Public/ncaa/SafetyOversight.aspx (NCAA Website) Our expert Captain Fola Akinkuotu should tell us why he sanctioned an airplane which was still undergoing test flight according to Smart Adeyemi "investigation" to fly the Agagu's family to Akure. Put the blame where it squarely rest and stop playing politics! |
All these useless Yoruba/ APC bigots. In all of Nigeria's history even when Ministers like Fani Kayode licensed planes for their girlfriends to fly airline businesses, when was an Aviation Minister ever asked to resign because of an aircrash? But because Madam Stella Oduah is Igbo, now she must resign, even when NCAA and not the minister is responsible for licensing planes. If they are not doing their campaign of calumny against Dr. Okonjo Iweala,it will be against Diezani K. Alison-Madueke or Stella Otti. Why not ask Omobola Johnson, Navy Capt. Caleb Olubolade, Mrs. Olajumoke Akinjide, Akinwumi Adeshina and Olusegun Aganga to resign for their lacklustre performance in government? Anyhow, like Okonjo Iweala told them recently " I serve at the pleasure of the President who appointed me and who shall relieve me of the appointment when my performance falls below his expectation" Simply put, SORRY, I WILL NOT RESIGN FOR SHAMELESS TRIBALISTS AND BIGOTS! ![]() |
The Ikemba himself disowned that efulefu a long time ago and never mentions his name as his son http://www.punchng.com/news/ojukwu-disowns-first-son-sylvester-wills-lions-share-of-property-to-bianca/ "The content of the Will created surprises for Bianca and other family members when an ‘unknown’ name, Teny Harman, was mentioned as number one among the late Ikemba Nnewi’s children. More shockers came as the name of Sylvester Ojukwu was conspicuously omitted from the list of children endorsed by Ojukwu himself". Ikemba knew the boy was hopeless to have declared that he should never be mentioned as one of his children. He instead revealed that he had a baby with his Fulani girlfriend named Teni Harman and that his daughter should be accorded all the rights and privileges of any Ojukwu child! So Slyvester Ojukwu or whatever he calls himself now, is not a member of the Ojukwu family! |
/\ /\ /\ /\ /\ /\ Crap! A certain tribal leader introduced tribalism into our body polity 1957 to 1960, even when he was warned that politics that whips up ethnic sentiment to get votes was a dangerous brand of politics, he dismissed the those concerns with a wave of the hand. Now that tribal politics has been adopted by every Nigerian, this writer wants to blame Nigerians for it. If he cannot be candid enough to point out who and when led Nigerians astray into this brand of regional politics, he shouldn't insult our sensibility by writing this long crap just to play dumb as to how we got here. Late Pres. Yar'Adua who was rigged into office and admitted his election was seriously flawed, was accepted wholesale by his region because at least he is their tribes man. Those who oppose President Jonathan do so not because they don't know he has achieved great things for Nigeria, but because he is Ijaw. PERIOD! They want their own tribesman, even if he were a known thief and was going to loot Nigeria blind or a tactless fellow that may start a civil war! That is why GEJ must adopt the Obasanjo way of doing what he feels is right and not what newspapers and faceless opposition tribalists write on the internet. Where are those that post those pictures of Obama laughing? This deserve one of those ![]() |
I don't think the Honorable Minister should give grace to Femi Kayode by responding to his usual motor park agbero talk. He should be ashamed that the same Aviation Ministry that he did absolutely nothing for and couldn't even fence a single airport in the country, thus air planes coming from faraway Paris were colliding with cattles which were grazing on our runways! The same airports are today completely transformed and overhauled by Princess Stella Odua in charge. The airlines now operating in Nigeria are forced by NCAA to routinely maintain their air planes. Unlike Under Femi Kayode's useless tenure, Foreign governments are now forced to honor BASA agreements to now favored Nigeria registered airlines that must take up the slot meant for benefit of Nigeria. Femi Kayode is definitely on drugs and will say just anything to get a reaction from anyone. I'm surprised he hasn't said he slept with the Honorable Minister of Aviation. Well, that one is coming. ..because Femi Kayode always sleeps with any woman he desires in his shameful dreams ![]() |
I am not surprised that Ngige will try to humiliate the Obi of Onitsha if it serves his cause. Anambra people should be ready to defend their votes because Ngige does not hope to win by free or fair means, he is a master rigger and confusionist that thrive on chaos.Ngige is the type of man that can kill his mother or use his younger brother for voodoo if that will get what he wants. Ngige's late father cursed him for a similar incident of seeking wealth at all costs and all diabolic means. He was not on speaking terms with his father until the poor man died ! Ngige will dine with the Devil himself if that will get him wealth and power at all costs. Little wonder a catholic like Ngige went to the dreaded Okija shrine with a hoodlum Chris Uba to swear an oath and make a blood covenant with the idols to hand over Anambra treasury to Chris Uba after he is rigged into office.Ngige is also a shameless liar. For Ngige, keeping to the facts is a waste of time which he wouldn't bother with.He just opens his mouth and whatever filthy lie falls out, so be it. I am particularly irked by the lie Ngige told barefaced, that Obi had not employed any nurse in 8 years and had left the healthcare system worse than he Ngige left it!!! I will not talk about other Obi's numerous achievements, but i was a nurse at General Hospital, Onitsha and i know Gov. But he did say that it shocked him to his bone marrow that Ngige that claims to be a medical doctor, would not invest a dime in the ONLY state owned tertiary hospital. It took Gov. Obi's time in office for the hospital to regain its lost accreditation, set up a world class dialysis unit and begin training House Officers again. To add icing to the cake, Peter Obi built another state-of-the-art teaching hospital in Awka! |

Makes you really wonder if they are truly Igbo or our perpetual haters that like to go undercover with Igbo sounding names to deceive the uninitiated ![]() |
They better give this national dialogue committee a chance to conduct a meaningful dialogue amongst Nigerians.I'm really concerned that this might be the last straw to prevent an open confrontation in Nigeria. Unless some agreement on how to share power and co-exist is reached, there will be an open confrontation which can quickly degenerate into a break up. |
