I hope so because so far, the Kardashians are the only ones I've seen giving birth consciously without screaming.... undecided
So much so that Kourtney just pushes half way through, then grabs the baby with both hands, and pulls it out. Omg!
Seen where? On TV? cheesy

Well I don't know how/where you expected to see more women giving birth painlessly.

Just know that it's possible, and money can get it done. It doesn't even have to be Kardashian-level money.

You are not Nigerian, or perhaps you are but just not based in Nigeria.

Either way, please disregard my previous comment to you.
However, it remains true and factual for a Nigerian woman in Nigeria, trust me.

What would you say about a man that works in a construction Company in Abuja, say Julius Berger... The wife and kids resides in Lagos. (the wife works there)...He calls everyday, provides for the family, comes home every fortnight on weekends because of the nature of the job...Transfers money including the school fees to the wife's account..

Knows the name of the kid's school.. Knows the amount that they pay... Every Financial transaction about the school is done by the wife.. All He does is send the money, with hope that the wife will handle the whole thing..If such a thing should happen to him, do you also think he deserves the wife as you said?

P.S.. He comes home at any given opportunity to be with the family..
How did he know the amount they pay? From the school directly (perhaps during registration of his kids in the school), or does he only know it from what his wife tells him?

Sending money to his wife and letting her handle payments is not the issue, the problem is not knowing exactly what the school charges for fees.
Jeez, you can even get that information off the school website.

You can't blame a man for having total trust in his wife. HIS WIFE O!
What if he lived abroad and sends home money for his children's school fees and all?
The woman was just too foolish for stealing from herself (practically), abusing her husband's trust, and depriving her own child the rights to go to school.
This is just a case of abuse of trust.
It's not about having total trust in a wife, it's about accountability.

You can't trust anyone (wife or not) so much that the person becomes unaccountable to you, especially when you're entrusting them with money for something as important as the children's school fees.

This is not money for market runs we talking about.

If you and your wife can find a way to be at peace with each other, and be of one mind, believe me, everything will be alright.
Even the little income will be manageable.

You might think money is the main problem, but it's not. It's just a part of it.
You both need to come together in peace, understanding and agreement, that way, the situation becomes easier to bear.

If you both continue the way you're going, even if you begin to earn up to #300-400k, it'll still seem to not be enough. There will always be something to fight about.
Be at peace with yourself, your wife, your children, and the situation, then it will become easier for you to work hard and earn more for your family.
Life is too short to live in regrets.
You're blessed with 3 beautiful babies, but you're blinded to see it. Be grateful.
It's not easy, yes, but hey! Life is a struggle for everyone, one way or another.
Hmmmm, this is a solid contribution too... Good one cool

I think you should stick to using this your username more often, the other one seems not to be as bright as this. grin

Op you are not stingy but all you and your wife needs to do is proper planning. You have to stop eating out. Once you've gotten ur salary, sit down with ur wife and draw a plan. Eg:
After removing your Mum's 10k,ur 5k savings. Then the 40k should be planned on very well.
Nice
What kind of food are you feeding ur triplets? You
can buy raw maize (joro and dawa) soak and grind to process pap.
But she needs to buy peak powder milk (peak 123)about 3 tins, this should last a month.

If your kids are up to 6 months, you can introduce semi solid food like beans, draw soup and light swallow garnished with fish.
If your wife is not working, then she has to try and prepare breakfast for you to eat before leaving for work,or better still she can be packing lunch for you to stop you from spending on food in ur work place. Then when you get home in the evening, you eat dinner, this will help a lot in salvaging your finances.

She can locate the nearest bush market in your area to be buying food stuff you guys will be needing in a month.

Please, you can manage and increase her monthly upkeep to 30k,then persuade her to be making breakfast for you.

And lastly, learn to ignore her ranting and nagging while you encourage her to get something doing if your kids have come of age. you will scale through this phase soon.

Stay positive
This has to be the most practical response I have read on this thread so far.

All they require for now is proper planning, and a more appreciative woman who is willing to join in that planning...
Any other thing is complete hogwash.

But not everything money, money, money.
Money can't buy everything especially someone's heart smiley
Don't kid yourself please, money has been buying hearts and love and it will continue to do so till the end of time.

The only reason why girls like you love to preach about how money can't buy you, is simply because you are yet to meet any man who will throw millions of naira at you just to have you.

Even you talking here, the day any man offers you like 5 million or gets you a brand new car out of the blues just to be with you, you will quickly forget this your sermon.

You will end up convincing yourself that the man really loves you for him to want to spend so much on you.

You are on point, but sometimes even the school authority helps some of these women cover up. My friend told me of another case where the school sent school fees payments to the Fathers phone number and the wife was pissed, camie to the school and started getting angry that they shouldnt have done that because she had told the husband something else, the Principal nw called the Husband and apologized that it was an error. So sometimes unethical acts from school authorities help propagate this kind of thing...
The man here also doesn't have personal dealings with the school, which is what I find extremely silly.

The only way a wife can successfully inflate the prices on school fees, is when she knows that her husband doesn't ask questions or get involved.

First of all, a man who doesn't find time to get involved personally in his child's education no matter how busy he is, deserves having such a woman as a wife.

How could he not know the cost of his child's education?
What about receipts from payments?
What about the child's notebooks?
He doesn't bother to check these things?

The few times he is home, why doesn't he take the child to school himself?

So many questions...
Family › Re: Why Do Men Suddenly Get Ready For Marriage When A Girl Gets Pregnant? by crackhaus:
If the above isn't the case, what then stops a man from making up his mind to marry, without a premarital pregnancy first coming into the picture? If he knows he loves the person he's with, and can actually imagine doing forever with her, and won't end up on the streets begging to sustain the family, why not do the right thing and get married? Instead of waiting for the pressure that comes with marrying a pregnant woman... or wasting valuable years before starting a family?
Perhaps in his mind, the lady may not be good enough as a wife, but instead of breaking up with her, he's taking his time trying to decide if a lifetime with her will be worth it.

An unplanned pregnancy however usually makes a man re-evaluate his plans, and this has a lot more to do with the unborn child in the woman's womb than with the woman herself.

What I mean is that, by all indices a man will not suddenly see a lady as good enough for marriage just because she got pregnant for him. It's that desire to be a father (a proper father) that overrides every reservation he may have had about her.

That shiit is simply NOT okay, no matter what...
And the only reason why any woman can open her mouth to say such to her MIL, is because she has no respect for her husband.

And since she has no respect for her husband, I doubt he can do anything about it.

I quite agree with you!!!

There's just something about her that rubs me off the wrong way . . . . I'm really sad to say that I don't like her.

The person I feel sorry for is Harry. As horrible as the BRF might be, they are still his family. Having to choose . . that must be really hard on him.

During the interview he sometimes sounded defensive and a bit hesitant to say negative things about his family . . even expressed pity for them. But Meghan was out for blood. How horrible he must have felt to watch that and feel like he has no choice but to side with her!!!

I know we are all for women empowerment and all that, but the African in me cringes at what Meghan is doing. We are Africans, no matter what you DO NOT trash your inlaws. She appears bitter because her son was denied the title. It's like someone marrying a rich man, claiming she's not in it for the money, and then crying foul on realizing her children will not even be in the will.

Why is that even important to her if she is not so power-drunk and grabby!!!!

What exactly did she think she was getting into marrying into the royal family? If she expected to be welcomed with open hands then she must be f00lish and unrealistic. They killed Princess Diana for God's sake for being pregnant with a mixed breed baby. . how did she think they will accept her?

Harry is an adult, if he wanted to leave the family he could have done that well before he met Meghan. I think he will regret this action, and I think Megan is incredibly selfish.
That right there is precious gold... cool
It's the exact same reason why I have always found her off-putting.

Turned into a frog or anything for his fair lady cool

You can see they have genuine love for each other - that loving gaze, touching, finishing each other's sentences etc I hope they stay together ever after.
Hope is one thing, reality is another.

I know that you ladies (especially y'all who don't have grown-up married kids yet), adore a good love story where a man goes all out against his birth family to be with the woman he loves... But hey for one second, let's try to take our heads out of these clouds.

Do you honestly believe that Meghan, a previously divorced 'Hollywood actress' with a god complex (most Hollywood celebrities have it), who doesn't get along with her husband's family, doesn't get along with most of her own family members except her mum, and doesn't understand what privacy means when it comes to family issues... You honestly believe that this kind of an attention junkie will do happily ever after forever with someone like Prince Harry?

You think this na Disney cartoon abi... grin

Even you will not be happy seeing any woman in the name of "his fair lady", turn your princely son into a frog who can go on camera to talk shit about his birth family.
Whatever issues they have could have easily been sorted out privately – as there's nothing that has happened so far that is sooo bad to the extent that they couldn't sit down to have conversations together as a family...
I bet the Queen would have allowed that opportunity if they had gone that route, but trust a feminist divorcée and hollywood snowflake to always prefer the route that will give her the most attention while making herself into a victim doing waah waah waah waah, cry baby... grin

It is a VERY big deal.

My reaction would be to ensure that I interrupt every means of communication existing between her and that person – delete his number from her phones, block him on all social media platforms, and block his number from calling her.
I would do all of this personally on her phones.

If she resists, or tries to stop me from doing any of the above, it's still not a problem to me... I'll just let the matter slide.
But she will be aware that it's game time.

As in, I would definitely pick the former (male boss) all day every single day & twice on workdays, over the latter (female boss)...
It's that serious and I'm not exaggerating.

The truth is that no matter how terrible a male boss can be, it is still nothing compared to having a terrible female boss. Women will pour all their PMS, menstruation, and ovulation-induced emotional disorders on you, especially when they know you report to them.
