I'm not sure I understand what you're saying as your example is a bit confusing. Use real people's names as illustration so we can understand better.

However, if I understand what you're trying to say here,
I must admit I don't know why you want to use all your names on your certificate sha. Stop giving yourself stress and make up your mind. Use one middle name and stick with it. All my documents have only three names, in which few cases even after the middle name was abbreviated, it didn't cause any confusion.

Something like Aku-Chineke Jobelina Ifedimma will be written as Aku-Chineke Jobelina I. or Aku-Chineke J.I.

All three forms on certificates are self-explanatory as some certificates have a designated number of letter spaces to use.
Op take this advice...sometimes we humans just love creating unnecessary problems for ourselves.

Ever since they acquired diamond bank, they've been so unstable, jumping from one problem to another.

From multiple debting of customers money to pending transactions which can sometimes take up to 24hours, always having poor Network and most times empty ATM machines, now a mass sack of dedicated workers with no gratuities whatsoever.

This bank is gradually becoming history.

Religion / Re: Does The Hellfire Punishment Make Sense? by CrazyMan(m): 11:18am On Nov 24, 2020
VillagePeople11:
There are different punishment for crimes committed, for instance fine, probation, 6months, 1 year, 10 years in jail etc.

Humans with their treacherous heart understands this and frown at any punishment that is too much for the crime committed i.e you shouldn't behead a person as punishment for slapping another person(assault). You don't kill your wife or child for disrespecting you.

Now take a second look at the hellfire punishment, the human lifespan is 80 years, and you have people dying at 15, 30, 50 45 etc. Let take a collection of 20 of these humans and call them sinners meant for hellfire.

Now you throw them into fire, i mean burning flames, and you do not even show them the mercy of dying, you continuously burn them for 1 hour, 10 hours, 24 hours, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 1 year, 10years, the number of years equivalent to how long they lived, still burning, 100 years still burning, 200 years, 500 years, 2 million years, 10 million year.... Let me stop there.

Regardless of everything you have been thought, does the punishment of hellfire make any sense?

cc: lalastilala
Hell was created for Satan and other fallen angels who rebelled against God not man.

God's ultimate plan isn't to put man in hell but man is a free moral agent. Meaning man can make his own independent choice in life. We all have a choice to either follow God or join satan and his fallen angels in hell for all eternity.

So if you choose to join satan how does it make God a bad person?

Nairaland / General / Re: Old Nairalanders I Have A Question For You . by CrazyMan(m): 5:53pm On Nov 21, 2020
ZIINI:
Hello everyone how are you all doing ?
I just want to ask few questions to all the old nairalanders when I mean old i mean from 2006 to 2010.if you login anything above 2010 don't bother to comments cause phone is already rampant then.
My questions are as follows ;

1 . which phone do you use to login then ? what's the name and maker?
I'm just seeing this topic even though I barely frequent this section...but I just feel like talking/typing today.

When I joined Nairaland I used to access it through cyber cafes. Most phones then weren't internet enabled and the few internet available ones then were so expensive. And as a student what I could afford back then was a torch light Nokia.

ZIINI:
2 . Who introduced you to the forum then ? And what do you find interesting about it.
No one did actually...I was searching for universities in Nigeria that was during my jamb days and Nairaland popped up. I registered and became and active member.

And back then Nairaland was like a small family everyone knew everyone. Once you're an active member you'll be popular unlike now that the website has grown to an extent that you barely even take note of monkiers you quote.

ZIINI:
3 . For those that don't make use of phone then. how do you login ? Or do you go to café ?
Cafe...sometimes I go there buy time and spend the whole time on Nairaland...the forum was so lovely back then. No scammers with multiple ids no tribal bigots, no haters... just a small group of people who actually care for one another.

ZIINI:
4 . if you're an old member on this forum and you're still active. State some of your reasons for still being active.
Lalast.iclala,Seun,justwise,Disguy,Frano,Rocktation
Abeg make una help us push am go FP.
Hmmm...I'm mostly on ghost mode tho...I read news on the front page threads. Nairaland is very updated on that. So even if I'm in the office I'll always have Nairaland on my browser and from time to time I'll refrsh to read what's new on the home page. Also I'll say I'm quite addicted to Nairaland...

Family / Re: Why Did He Do This? I Need To Understand Why Some Act This Way. Is It Right? by CrazyMan(m): 5:33pm On Nov 20, 2020
CalliDora1:
Long post. Please bear with me.

This trait seems to be common among some Nairaland men (with apologies to all the men here though) cos I never really experienced such attitude with men ive met offline. So don't know whether they have a nairaland men's association (not the red pillars or mgtow kinda thing though) where they agree to behave likesome. The way they reason sometimes just baffles me.

Ok. So, I met someone here as a friend and I wanted it to stay that way. Along the line, he wanted more than just friendship but I just kept dodging because I don't want any issues as he's a good friend (a born again) and I like our friendly chats and all that. So didn't want anything serious that could jeopardize that but he kept pressing on and stressing until I naturally began to feel relaxed (against my wish) you know how that constant checking on someone tends to make one want to compromise their Stance. So I sort of got trapped.

Now here's the issue. He would always want to know about my biz and job. If I went or not. So I decided to test him. He would always call and ask if I've eaten. So that day, I said no (was fasting) but didn't want to divulge it to him that I was fasting. He called later in the day and asked again, I said I've not eaten, he dropped. I now felt he prolly thought I wanted him to feed me huh??.. I observed he reduced his calls. Third day he called and asked again, I said no. And he said "na wa o" I was like why, he said I'm sorry I can't help. Huh?? I don't remember asking him so I decided to play along. He called in the evening, I still said I've not eaten ( cos I had not broken my fast then) and he said I'm sorry ( I was just laughing within). I asked him, for what? he said because he couldn't help. And since then he stopped calling only to chat after a week to ask if the biz I was pursuing was through. I ignored him and for two months no contact.

Just last night he chatted me up again asking if I've resumed work and I said yes. he then asked if he's free to call me bla bla. And since last night hes been trying to keep up chats but I'm kinda cold towards him and he asked why I'm so cold. Acting like nothing happened.

Now, this is what I feel. so if someone is truly dying of hunger (God forbid) you'll abandon the fellow? or that they can't date someone who's biz is shaky or has not resumed work due to a global crises that affected everyone? I'm not saying anybody should carry someone else's burden ( there was really no burden anywhere as God has been faithful.) but I don't understand what actually played out there and why he's all of a sudden interested again after learning I've resumed work. I don't just understand because I don't want to be rude. Was that a right thing?

I'm really confused here because.. I mean.. I never asked you to help me with anything but being there would have been enough. Calling and chatting would have helped me scale through the bordom I felt that period of compulsory break from work and biz but he went into Oblivion even when I never placed any demands on him.

I bow to men and the way they reason o.

You might actually not need anything from him, but in Nigeria today the worst test you can give to a single man in an early stage of a relationship is indirectly telling him your problem. Believe me more than 85% would take off. Reason being that greedy girls have abused the gesture of generous guys. Some guys are naturally generous but past experiences with the wrong people have made them wiser.

Therefore it's always advisable to keep your personal problems to yourself in the early stages of a relationship so that the relationship can grow.

I'm not blaming you tho...the guy himself didn't do well by showing concern about your business and neglecting your health. He should have at least inquired. I myself I'm an inquisitive person. If I claim to care about you and you tell me you haven't eaten I'll ask you why, if you tell me you're broke it's now left for me to ignore or reply you. He should have questioned you till he gets to the root of the matter. At least that's what caring means...let her ask for the urgent 2k before ghosting her.

If you have the app on your phone, go there and view your statement of account... you'll see the transactions there. then from there, you'll know who the culprits are.

If you don't have the banking app, then ask your sister to mail her bank and request for it, the details of the transactions, time and location would be revealed on the account statement.

My best guess is that it's an inside job.

Recently bank staffs have become more criminally minded. Just last month one called me and asked me to resend a pin he'll send me to the MTN number he called me with and claimed to be from my bank called my 3 names, my account number and asked for my card details that he wants to upgrade my account cos my bvn name and account name doesn't tally.

I asked him one simple question he couldn't answer...why will a bank call a customer with an MTN line. Don't they have a land line or can't they send me an email or text message like they always do? He hung up.

Truth is most people (and most likely your sister) might have innocently given out those vital information making it easy for the criminals to gain access into that account. Cos no criminal can gain access into your account without you assisting them in one way or the other.

Religion / Re: An Adulterer Pastor Having Illicit Sexual Affair With Married Woman by CrazyMan(m): 1:23pm On Nov 13, 2020
Murphylink:
How do I handle the issue of an adulterer RCCG Pastor. Truly, religion is an instrument of oppression. Even when issues are presented /represented with facts and figures. Some still prefer to believe in embellish lies as the truth. The pastor has been has been having illicit sexual affair with a legally married woman.
The pastor was so callous that he gave money to the woman he was having the illicit affair to get her legit husband arrested with police or he will track him with his boys just because of the evidences against them. This is not just an allegations but a fact with his voices, whatsapp chats and audio - visual are available as evidence. A wolf pretending to be a sheep
Let me share my own experience with you. I have this little cousin sister (this incident happened around 2018) who wanted to write her UTME. Unfortunately, the state where she resides was different from the state she was planning to go and write her exams.

We do attend RCCG so she told me that there's one of our pastor's in that state that she knows cos according to her she has attended his ministration before. And she went on to tell me that she has been able to contact him concerning her exam issue, and he and the wife has agreed that she can stay with them through out the exam period.

I was very happy and didn't frown because he's a pastor and secondly he's married.

So this my little cousin sis left for her exam, on getting there the wife of the pastor travelled so it was just she, the pastor, a maid and their kids (2 toddlers) as soon as she landed in the house, he started making advances at her. Even threatened to forcefully throw her out because she refused to succumb to his demands, insulted her and called her degrading names.

She managed to get out of his house without being defiled and called I just told her to lodge in a hotel since she won't spend more than two days.

So you see...pastors are human beings like you and I. Most don't even care. I've read stories here on Nairaland about pastors sending armed robbers to their members to rob them of monies they ignorantly told them in confidence, pastor's raping their underage maids... etc.

Now back to your story...Is he blackmailing the woman to have sex with him or did she consent to the affair?

If the former is the case then it's an easy case, all she has to do is to record every conversation she had with him, then forward it to rccg headquarters. Also inform the leaders in the church and get the police involved as well... he would be suspended and arrested immediately.

But if she consented to the affair then there's nothing you can do cos she'll defend him as her pastor, and deny any allegations you bring up against them. The only solution would be to leave the church and worship elsewhere.

It's God you're after not man. And last time I checked God is everywhere.

Religion / Re: Did Jesus Forgive Judas? by CrazyMan(m): 5:23pm On Nov 06, 2020
BlueAngel444:
Firstly Judas heard those message but did he believe them?
This I think should answer your question...the Bible referred to him (Judas) as a thief when he frowned at the woman who poured an expensive oil on Jesus feet.

He didn't believe Jesus messages that's why even when Jesus openly told him in front of the disciplies that he would betray him he left and it was recorded that Satan entered him.

BlueAngel444:
Judas tried to undo what he had done, give them back the money and ask for his "friend", when he found out they were going to kill him he killed himself, maybe he couldn't live with himself or he didn't believe that Jesus would forgive him.
You're right to some extent.

Truth is Judas never believed that Jesus can be killed by a human being. His main intention was to scam the pharasees. He saw Jesus bring back a dead man to life, he saw him cast out devil's...etc. he felt that Jesus was too powerful to be overpowered by mere mortals; and remember the Bible had already called him a thief so despite the fact that he loved his master he felt that using him (Jesus) to make some money wouldn't be so bad since he's is invincible.

That's why he tried to retrace his footsteps when it dawned on him that Jesus was on his way to the slaughter house. But his approach was wrong.

BlueAngel444:
What Peter did would not lay as much guilt on him as it did Judas. Didn't the disciples flee and abandon Jesus. Judas felt the weight of his actions heavily on his heart.
Peter's case was different...his denial wasn't recorded in the old testament... Jesus used it to silence him for interrupting him (see Matthew 24:32-34) Peter was always trying to show his love for Jesus by forming political loyalty Jesus replied him that way to tell him that the loyalty of man, the love of man, the promises of man is nothing compared to God's promises. Imagine if Jesus trusted Peter's words on how he'll buy swords and arm himself to defend him.

Peter's denial was a deep message that every true believer should understand. Never believe the words of man. Cos circumstances can make him change overnight.

It's also wrong to criticize the disciplies for running away...they weren't spiritually matured and did what they felt was right to them. A quick look from the books of Acts downwards would show the exploits most of them were able to accomplish for Jesus.

BlueAngel444:
Did peter really know his place. Peter went back fishing, Peter couldn't answer confidently anymore if he loved Jesus, and would do anything for him.
Peter was still an apprentice so after his master died the best thing was to go back to his former trade...it's very understandable.

When Jesus went back to heaven did Peter go back to fishing...No why? Because he was no longer a apprentice, he had been tasked with great responsibility.

So it won't be fair to judge his (Peter) actions

And yes he loved Jesus.

BlueAngel444:
The theif at the cross had more faith than the disciples in a dying man. "The theif" had an usually and almost impossible faith and believe in Jesus whom he was watching die infront of him.
Truth is a dying man believes anything he feel might change his situation it's not faith. Some years back some Nigerians were hanged in Indonesia for drugs, I was opportuned to watch the clip of their brutal hanging...they were singing songs of praise even up till the point of their deaths. Would you call that faith?

They were dying and needed all the comfort they could get

BlueAngel444:

Did Peter still believe in a suffering Christ much less one that died.
The answer is Jesus already forgave Peter but Judas was already condemned. It's in the bible.
Wrong the Bible only mentioned that one of the twelve would betray Jesus it didn't say Judas. Judas greed was what made him conspire with the Jewish leaders to betray Jesus.

Peter's case was different.

I doubt if God forgives those who sell their salvation for money. Do they even ask God for forgiveness.

Balaam for money went the wrong way
Esau sold his birthright in fact even if or when he went for it he didn't get it back
Who else, then Judas. Isn't that a pattern
I don't think its wise to compare Judas to Easu and Balaam.

Easu and Balaam didn't have the previlage Judas had by hearing the gospel of salvation from Jesus himself. Judas was literally present in all Jesus teachings because he was his treasurer so his presence was always needed. He saw the miracles Jesus did. He heard the parable of the prodigal son and knew that God is ever willing to accept you back if only you can acknowledged your sins and come back, he saw Jesus show mercy to the woman with the issue of blood who touched him without his consent.

So I believe it's safe to say that he (Judas) was in a much better position to ask God for mercy...but he didn't. Instead he tried to physically reverse his actions by going back to the temple not knowing that the power to have Jesus killed didn't reside in the hands of man but God through man.

Look at Peter...his denial was almost similar to Judas betrayal...but he understood his position in Christ and came back, he knew that despite his errors as long as he pleads for mercy Jesus would accept him back. Look at Thomas when he refused to believe that Jesus has risen asked for mercy, look at the thief on the cross, he asked for mercy. He might have been a murderer, a rapist, a kidnapper...etc. So why didn't Judas do so.

Truth is Jesus wouldn't have denied him salvation if he asked for mercy.

Jesus preached forgiveness but did Jesus forgive Judas Iscariot?
And why?
For forgiveness to occur, you must ask for it. Peter asked God for forgiveness when he denined Jesus. Judas on the other hand didn't I'm sure that if he did, God would have forgiven him.

He died a sinner

Career / Re: Is It Right To Block A Boss Who Refused To Reply Dm by CrazyMan(m): 11:05am On Nov 05, 2020
Some humans are naturally selfish and wouldn't lift a finger on your behalf if it won't benefit them in any way. So you must learn to choose your associates, mentors, and colleagues carefully and most importantly learn not sound so desperate when seeking for help from them (those you feel are in a much better position to move your career forward)

Also, you must understand that in the struggle for relevance and wealth, some people naturally would get jealous of the little efforts you're making (your goals your dreams...etc) and begin to see you as a threat. So you must keep your mouth shut, your dreams, plans...etc should remain buried in the deepest and darkest part of your heart.

The business market isn't a fair market a lot of players would want you to remain beneath them and keep according all necessary respect and worship to them, others might try to render some assistance to you but it would be very limited it so that your success wouldn't overtake theirs. Others actually care less about you and would most likely cutoff once they discover that they directly or indirectly possess a vital key or information that you would require to climb the ladder.

My advice? Don't become desperate reason being that desperation throws you off the ladder of success. Desperation cheapens you and eliminates every atom of respect the other party had for you...so in as much as you urgently need to excel in your field you must try to make yourself sellable by cutting off from those you clearly know aren't interested in seeing you rise, and focusing your efforts on those who have proved to you beyond every reasonable doubt that they value your efforts.

Finally, here's what you'll do concerning your bosses... whenever you chat them up avoid bringing up business talks, asking for help or assistance since it's obvious that they're not ready to assist you. Try to Hussle independently on your own, forge your own path, create your own connections...then tell them tales of your success in your next discussion. I can assure you that they'll loosen up and even begin to call you.

Good luck.

You people should stop doing transactions online. If you must patronize anyone insist on a physical meeting then after inspecting your goods, you can make payment.

I've read countless stories of how people defraud innocent Nigerians whose only crime was to trust them with their hard earned money. And I'll advise you to tread with caution.

Note: I'm in no way accusing the op of fraud, I'm only asking you be careful especially with your money when dealing with anyone online.

If the person's doesn't share the same location with you, let them be. You'd be much safer that way.
NYSC / Re: Breaking News: FG Should Replace NYSC With 1 Year Military Service by CrazyMan(m): 9:32am On Jul 06, 2020
This would be a very good idea, at least being in the military would guarantee their safety. NYSC keeps posting corpers to volitile regions thereby endangering their lives.

But if absorbed into the military for a compulsory one year service, they'll be safe cos they'll be based in the barracks and not some open lodge where rapists and thieves would keep paying them unannounced visit from time to time.

And of course the pay check would be bigger cos they're graduates.

I'm fully in support of this suggestion.
