ajailer:Hello, please what's your current health status? How long did you take before your sense of smell came back and what kind of medication were you placed on. My dad lost his smell sense since July (that's over a month) we're worried. Although I don't Share the same location with him, but I'm worried cos of his age. |
Michael390:You people should stop doing transactions online. If you must patronize anyone insist on a physical meeting then after inspecting your goods, you can make payment. I've read countless stories of how people defraud innocent Nigerians whose only crime was to trust them with their hard earned money. And I'll advise you to tread with caution. Note: I'm in no way accusing the op of fraud, I'm only asking you be careful especially with your money when dealing with anyone online. If the person's doesn't share the same location with you, let them be. You'd be much safer that way. |
This would be a very good idea, at least being in the military would guarantee their safety. NYSC keeps posting corpers to volitile regions thereby endangering their lives. But if absorbed into the military for a compulsory one year service, they'll be safe cos they'll be based in the barracks and not some open lodge where rapists and thieves would keep paying them unannounced visit from time to time. And of course the pay check would be bigger cos they're graduates. I'm fully in support of this suggestion. |
Go to the bank and make noise...shout and insult them, tell them that they're incompetent, useless...etc. The branch manager will come out and sort it out with you. If you keep playing cool with them, they'll keep playing politics with your money till you leave it for them. I've once been in a similar situation and that's exactly how I got my reversal back. |
MelesZanawi:He promised to provide jobs if elected. Until then, he's just a regular business man like dangote with zero federal power to effect a change. So he doesn't deserve to be critized. |
PoeticMind:Where are you based? |
manuelreports:Days of orege...you no fit waka for okpuno 7:pm Men the school has really upgraded. |
Impatience is your main problem, I was actually trying to open UNIZIK thread tomorrow, you went online recycling old pictures.
Don't mind him...my Alma mater for that matter...see the way he rubbished it with silly pics as if he was under pressure to start the thread. |
Copenhagen:Abi... where we usually read at night. The school has really changed...don't know why the op choose to snap girls and leave out world class structures. Unizik is still the best so far. |
ThatFairGuy:If the owner filed an official report to the police concerning the stolen vehicle, he won't be in any problem. |
Jaysolu:Me too...it's my Alma mata |
Oselu28:Exactly. I used to experience it some years back but it has stopped. I don't hallucinate like the op and most posters shared during their experience. just that I won't be able to move an inch and most of my experiences happened in the day, when I wake up or I'm almost awake. I don't usually experience it at night. It's so scary, cos you'll feel all your senses, you'll even hear voices of neighbours, feel movement in the house, like fan, light, music...etc. apart from your breath you won't be able to lift a finger. And it happens in seconds, between 10-30 seconds. I thank God that it has stopped. |
VickyRotex:Yea... I agree with you on the bolded. |
VickyRotex:So was the initial free headline a hoax targeted at drawing people to their web page? |
Denique:Are you trying to be sarcastic... how can you say a Pharmacist stands more chance of securing a job than a doctor? You're obviously joking. |
Ribenny:Tell him to go for barbing. Reason being that once he learns it very well all he needs is some money to rent and furnish a shop in a very good location, and he's good to go. He will be independent and wouldn't have to rely on the skills of anyone to sustain his business. Phone repairs on the other hand varies, I've fixed a couple of phones I've used in the past before and it can confidently tell you that not all phone technicians actually know what they're doing. Most can't fix complicated issues and rely on other experienced technicians to help them out this means that the profit will be shared with the more experienced third party. Truth is the business isn't as lucrative as it seems. |
Double post |
roseaiye:Can you drive? |
Where are you based? |
biacan:My dear 5m is mearly peanuts for a start up capital business in Nigeria. No thanks to our miserable economy, insecurity, harsh government policies...ect. one wrong step can make him go broke permanently. But if he accepts the 100k, he's entitled to loans from the bank of his salary account so he can still take a loan and set up a side business while maintaining his regular job. With time if the business grows, he can even make more than the 5m. If the business fails at least he has a job and a salary to fall back to. |
The Earth needed to be populated... that's why |
MrLekan95:Well...you have his certificates the best you can do is to give him the time he requested and hope he pays you back. But considering the fact the he came back here 7 months after you loaned him the money to request for another loan, is a clear indication that you shouldn't expect your money anytime soon. |
MrLekan95:Does the names on the certificates he gave you as collateral tally with the name of the account you sent the money to? |
MrLekan95:I saw his posts on almost every section on Nairaland although most have been removed by the mods. Did he give you his certificates he claimed he'll give as collateral? |
MrLekan95:So he borrowed money from you October and resurfaced 3 months time to request for more financial assistance.... But why are people like this... someone lends you money based on trust. He doesn't even know you, neither he hasn't met you before. The least any sensible and responsible person can do is to pay him back as agreed. This is why so many people find it difficult to prosper in life. So many hitches as a result of their past lives keeps obstructing them from progressing. |
ijaw1stson:Stop searching...as a PhD holder you're automatically more qualified than most CEOs HRM, MD... etc. So in reality no employer would hire someone whose more qualified than him. I'll suggest you try lecturing job, your double Msc along with a PhD in view should boost your chances. Good luck. |
murphyibiam15:Ohafia don't use Jookwa they use Kaa. Jokwa is for Afikpo. |
My dear employers aren't finding it funny this period. With the high rate of job loss across the world, if you're lucky to see half salary just manage it and be thankful to God. This is why I do advice people to always save for the rainy day, have an alternate source of income and not to be fully dependant on pay checks as pay checks can cease any day. |
Ishilove come and buy o....it's just 50k small money. |
setobaba:Wao...you've already gotten the dog. He's so cute...I wish you the best of luck. |
setobaba:You can't comfortably buy and maintain a germarn Shepard with that income. Let's be realistic here. Most Gsd puppies are sold between 50-90k depending on the breed. Feeding alone would be costing you between 5-10k monthly minus veterinary and other miscellaneous. And you say your monthly income is what again? Truth is you'll be overwhelmed by the huge expenses your little pet is going to give you and most likely run out of cash before the end of the month. Cos you'll have to fend for yourself as well. The only breed I can recommend for you with that income is the Calabar yellow hound aka ekuke dog. The only money you'll spend is in the purchasing which would be less than 2k. As for feeding and maintenance, you have absolutely nothing to worry about cos the calabar yellow hound is capable of surviving with or without your support. Good luck. |
