Even after seeing childhood and teenage pictures of the immigrant taken with those family members, gone to their schools, interviewed old friends, etc. That way, the Nigerian staff may be sent several times to verify same person. More visits mean more money paid to them by the European embassy/consulate and more bribe because the applicant and family will become desperate.
