You lost fat deposits in areas where they can be very metabolically active in a bad way (belly, neck, breast. etc) to cause metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, HBP, arteriosclerosis, hypercholesterolemia, etc.

Continue gyming (without steroids), eat a balanced diet and you will develop more healthy bulk muscle (abs, biceps, etc). Check your BMI to be within healthy range, not what people say.
