Religion / Re: Five Things Every Christian Must Know About Sex (must Read) by Danhumprey: 9:59am On Feb 09, 2020 |
janettee: They can't have sex, well not openly, without feeling some sort of stupid guilt, because their fairytale book of kiddies stories forbid them from having sex, even though they earnestly craves for it. Best they can do is to openly demonize sex. Come on now! Allow them to have at it. 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Oyo LGs: Malami's Intervention Rejected By Oyo State Government by Danhumprey: 8:34am On Jan 25, 2020 |
patrickmuf:Truly, we're our problem in this country. And before we hypocritically ascribe the blames to our leaders, let's not forget that they are an extension of we thr people. Whoever they are now, they were once with us, once rolled with us, exhibited such traits as they are displaying now, but we chose to turn a blind eye to that and elected them anyway and now, they've become an albatross, a misery to us and we're complaining. For far too long, the 3rd tier of government has been under siege of the state government and that is not right. For far too long, we've been crying for total autonomy for the local government, but all that cry has gone unheeded. |
Religion / Re: "My Biological Father Finger F*cked Me When I Was 12"---amish Lady by Danhumprey: 9:49pm On Jan 22, 2020 |
This isn't too shocking. It's typical and a culture, kind of, of the Amish country. Incest happens and is covered by just about everyone in the Amish country. Even the elders too, tries to protect the offenders. It's a whole patriarchy there. 1 Like 2 Shares |

Politics / Re: Sorry To Say, The Nigerian Government Is Better Than The Nigerian People by Danhumprey: 4:10pm On Jan 21, 2020 |
Rosskii: It's not about blaming Buhari, the government, et al. I'm not sure any serious minded person, never mind an entrepreneur/business person, will be blaming the government for the fact that we're importing a lot of things we can actually be comfortably producing in the country. The problem has more to do with the business environment. What's the ease of doing business in the country like? Very importantly, how's the power situation in this country? Constant, stable electricity is the lifeblood of entrepreneurship and industrialisation in any country. In most cases, when constant stable electricity is lacking, things tend to fall apart. I'm not discounting the fact that many Nigerians are complicit in this madness, in that they are either guilty of aiding and abetting economic sabotage, for instance, sabotaging pipeline routes that supplies power generating plants with needed fuels and gas, stealing transformers and engaging in other dubious acts that ends up sabotaging what little efforts thr government is trying to make. The government hasn't been spectacularly honest in its doings, either. So many shady dealings going on, money laundering and embezzlement, cue the comatose power sector and all the money that has been allegedly sunken into it, since from the time for Obasanjo, till date. |

fieryy:Nah! I gave up on that chance. I mean, I tried that recently and it backfired. Things were going smoothly with this Christian girl, boundaries were set and agreed. Then one day suddenly she thought to invite me for a church programme. Nah! I wasn't buying that shit. I declined and that was where things went downhill. This was recently. This year. I've tried that before and got burnt. I ain't trying that anymore, anytime soon. |
