Politics › Re: Ezekwesili Replies Sanusi On $45bn Reserves by Dee60: 3:44pm On Mar 08, 2013
The summary of the expose is that this administration has been very wasteful at a time when other nations are prudent on spendings. Let us not razzmatazz over figures. About time FG re-orders its priorities. We ought to appreciate the madam for speaking up and calling for caution. FG is screaming 'we are not broke' anytime they have the opportunity but the fact remains that they are owing a lot. There are hundreds of billions unpaid to oil marketers.
Politics › Re: Jonathan Donates N200M To Yobe University. by Dee60: 2:56pm On Mar 08, 2013
Only in Nigeria. Is this his personal money or what? Or how can I president get up and donate FG money, where same has not been budgeted! In our kind of democracy you would have to ask the house to approve your spending. Has he done that? If he can abruptly donate 200m to a university library named after him then he could as well donate a similar amount to himself, or his wife, or sister or just anybody. I pray that is not how we are running!
Politics › Re: Tinubu - FG Practising Voodoo Economic Policy by Dee60: 2:00pm On Mar 08, 2013
How can a sleeping government practice? They are practicing nothing and are only thinking of 2015. The only person talking now is Okupe. Agric Minister, Works Minister, Finance Minister, Housing Minister, Niger-Delta Minister, Education Minister, Health Minister etc - When last did you hear anything from them? Nothing to do. Nothing to say. Nothing, nothing....I do not even know the names of some of them! Economy may go into coma at this rate? Their achievement is 4 years may just be that they have revived NollyWood. Shame.

Politics › Re: Northerners Own 80% Of Oil Blocks - Senator Enang by Dee60: 12:56pm On Mar 07, 2013
Why should the country's oil blocks be owned by individuals? Possibly, some of these names are fronting for people whose names do not appear in nay thing! Why should we not have trusts owning these blocks and responsible to every Nigerian?
Politics › Re: Northerners Own 80% Of Oil Blocks - Senator Enang by Dee60: 12:53pm On Mar 07, 2013
90% of Nigeria's wealth is controlled by about 40 families, most northerners.
And Indians, Lebanese sponsored by northerners!

The boss has a PhD and has performed so poorly.
His aid also has a PhD and has performed so abysmally poor that they had to get a former Medical Doctor, turned politician, to help him by taking the role of an attack dog!

In 2015 let us vote a farmer or a shoe cobbler!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Was Nani's Red Card Justified? by Dee60: 10:33am On Mar 06, 2013
Watch the 2 legs again and you would want to conclude that the bookmakers gave it to Madrid even before kick-off. Red cad is given when there is a clear case of intent to injure. The red card given to Nani was a fraud.

For anyone who cares to listen, 2013 Champions league may already have been awarded to Madrid. AC Milan was helped to edge out Madrid's main contender, Barcelona.

There is too much fraud in modern day soccer.

All of you fans should rest your case. UEFA 2013 has been awarded to Madrid. It was obvious from the 1st leg and will continue till the final.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Vs Real Madrid - UCL (1 - 2) On 5th March 2013 by Dee60: 10:19pm On Mar 05, 2013
It is all awarded.

Madrid takes Champions League
Man U takes EPL
Barcelona takes La Liga
Bayern takes Bundesliga
Man City takes FA Cup

Just watch.

Modern football is all fraud. All fixed. All playing on he gullibility of third world fans who will part with their school fees in order to watch ball.

I knew it ha Man U will be edged out by the referees.

Stupid, fraudulent red card.

AjanleKoko: People should try to read na. The article said 'official and diplomatic passport holders'. embarassed
You are correct. This is no news and it is of no meaning to the average Nigeria/commonwealth citizen. It is something that legislooters and politrickians would clamour for. Take it off jare.
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Interior Ministry Aiding Job Scam – Federal Character Boss by Dee60: 12:48pm On Mar 05, 2013
The Senate and the House should be pro-active. If they are sincere they should be setting up an equal opportunities scheme that is crafted to eliminate man-know-man and to allow for prosecution where there is racketeering. let us pursue transparency using the instrument of law and justice. Let us promote merit and not mediocrity.

Do we still have a president in Nigeria? A lot of nonsense is going on everyday inside this administration, pensions scam, jobs scam, ghost workers scam etc and we have not seen any head roll..... This is not BH that is coming from outside..This is right underneath his nose. Go to any government office today to get any form of service and what they will tell you is that 'server is down', all in a bid to exploit.

Can the FG please wake up? Where is the transformation agenda? GEJ should please forget about 2015 and wake up to govern. At the rate he is going, only his 'PDP Governors forum' members will vote him in 2015 and I guess that is just 24 votes out of 100 million.

Most people 70 years and above in Nigeria do not know their exact birthday. In their time they did not keep records like we do today. Ask any sincere old man and they will all tell you they work with guestimates.

Pain: I guess you mean the "original looks" because we can cite several examples of people who have changed the way they look either for good or for bad.
Yes, original looks! In fact, some of those using vulgar language to describe people do not know how they will look themselves as they grow older. What you sow is what you reap! At any rate, it is what you have in your head that matters. Someone may say that OBJ is not 'handsome looking' yet he has sat before kings and queens all over the world and the most beautiful of girls wish he was their husband! Those calling him names should please publish their photos for the whole NL community to see! They should publish their achievements by the side.

Nwa oguta: Happy birthday to chimpanze
Watch your language. No human being has been able to choose the way he looks. That comes from God. If you abuse a man based on his looks, who are you accusing? Think. We need to grow up in Nigeria. Illiteracy, and particularly an unwilling attitude to learning is such a big problem here. This is a language you would not find anyone use in the developed world. It is so irritating and backward.

Happy birthday and best wishes to baba. Some love him to the extreme and some others hate him, but you cannot fault his achievements. Baba, we wish you well. You really have done your own bit for this country. We are really hoping that those that came after you will wake up from slumber and work hard like you did. Once again, happy birthday.
Politics › Re: CPC Wants Obasanjo Arraigned For ODI Invasion by Dee60: 10:18pm On Mar 04, 2013
Buhari may think we have forgotten how he brutalized Nigerian democrats when he seized power. He should be tried too! That's my challenge with all this APC, CPC story. Has Buhari really changed? Is he looking for power to develop Nigeria or does he just want to gain power in order to punish perceived enemies?
