Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and his Peoples Democratic Party had eggs on their faces Friday as the theory of an INEC server, the pillar of their cases against President Muhammadu Buhari collapsed like a house built with sand.

There was no INEC server. There was no result published on INEC server. Atiku had been scammed big time and it will go into the records as the scam of the century.

That was the loud and clear message at the Presidential Election Tribunal as Atiku closed his case and the court adjourned till 29 July for the defence to open its case.

There is certainly no need for the defence to open any case. There is nothing to defend as Atiku and the PDP had failed convincingly to prove the existence of any other result apart from the one declared by INEC on 27 February, with Buhari beating Atiku by about four million votes. Buhari got 15.1 million votes, Atiku got 11.2million votes.


According to Atiku, the INEC server gave him victory over Buhari, winning 18,356,732 votes to defeat Buhari who he claimed scored 16,741,430 votes.

With the anti-climax of Friday, Atiku’s case, all the past weeks had become a riveting theatre of the absurd and entertainment. He and his team of legal luminaries and witnesses had wasted everyone’s time, pushing a specious thesis that does not exist. A server, now where is the server?

On the last day of providing irrefutable proof that he won the presidential election and beat President Muhammadu Buhari, Atiku’s two ‘star witnesses’ were a study in high comedy.

Both the uncertified ‘expert’ from Kenya, David Ayu Nyango Njoga and former aviation minister Osita Chidoka miserably failed to establish the existence of the server allegedly used by the Independent National Electoral Commission for the transmission of election results during the last general elections.

Incredibly the two star witnesses, who claimed they had information that INEC used a server, got their information from anonymous sources, possibly in a beer parlour or the dark web of whistleblowing.

Both witnesses stammered when challenged to authenticate their claims.

Chidoka ought to have known better. He was a witness to the manual collation of the presidential election result at the International Conference Centre in Abuja after the election on 23 February. How did he come about the INEC server theory?

He confirmed to the Presidential Election Tribunal that the results were collated nationwide manually, and still added idiotically that he learnt the result of the election was “transmitted by INEC electronically to the INEC server.”

He collapsed under cross-examination by lawyer to INEC, Yunus Usman (SAN). When asked if he witnessed the transmission, Chidoka said he was not present when the alleged electronic transmission was done.

On whether he has ever seen the said server or knows its location, the witness said: “I have not seen the server, but before the election and during collation, the INEC Chairman talked about the existence of server.”

When asked to provide the server address, Chidoka said the one he referred to was the same address provided by the anonymous whistleblower.

Chidoka said he witnessed the manual collation of election results at the national level and was told by his party’s agents that collation was also manual at the state, ward and polling unit levels.

Under cross-examination by lawyer to President Muhammadu Buhari, Dr. Alex Izinyon (SAN), Chidoka admitted that he did not witness all he claimed happened during the election.

Njoga, who claimed to be an Information Technology (ICT) expert from Kenya, said he was engaged by the petitioners to analyse results of the election as obtained from INEC server and stored in a website:“https://www.factsdontlieng.com/.”

When asked whether INEC owns the website, the witness said no, but that the data it contains are from INEC server.

Njoga, claimed that the website: “https://www.factsdontlieng.com/” is owned by an INEC official, who provided the election result figures. When asked to name the said INEC official, the witness said: “My lord, the INEC official is anonymous and I do not know him.”

Under cross-examination by the leader of Buhari’s legal team, Chief Wole Olanipekun (SAN), Njoka said the website was created on March 12, 2019. When reminded that the presidential election held on February 23 and the results released before March 12, the witness went blank.

The resounding collapse of Atiku’s INEC server may have knocked the bottom out of his case at the tribunal.

His other redeeming planks remain whether he has proven substantially election irregularities in the states.

It remains to be seen from 29 July, whether this is also not another illusion.

A former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has fired back at the South-West governors over their response to call by the Chairman of Northern Elders Forum (NEF), Prof. Ango Abdullahi, for Fulani herdsmen to return home if Southerners are hostile to them, Igbere TV reports.

Prof. Ango Abdullahi, had on Tuesday claimed to have received report of violence in some sections of the country against the herdsmen, Igbere TV reports.

“We have heard in the few hours ago that some violence had already started to manifest in some sections of the country against the herdsmen.

“If it is indeed true that their safety is not guaranteed in the places where they are residing, we would rather have them back into areas where their safety is guaranteed, and they should be coming back as much as possible to the North" he said.

Reacting to the comment credited to the Chairman of the Northern Elders Forum, the South-West governors' in its statement said it was a 'palpable trepidation and outrage, and a sustained attempts to fan the ember of discord'.

However Femi Fani-Kayode was not pleased with the counter-statement and he described it as 'weak, cowardly, meaningless and nonsensical'. The former Aviation Minister tweeted;

The SW Governors response to the call for the Fulani terrorists to leave the SW was weak, cowardly, meaningless and nonsensical. They could not even muster the courage to talk until after Buhari had spoken. Someone pl ask them: are u with the Yoruba people or with Fulani Buhari?”

I initially approached her during my 300 level first semester last year, though I was not straight forward letting my intentions known to her. Then as we entered second semester same session I shot my shot and she accepted my proposal. Throughout the three months we spent during the session, we only had wonderful romantic moments no sex though which I never demanded from her because I did not want everything to happen too fast despite realizing she keeps numerous guys around.

Njoga, who said he came from Kenya to testify in the case, said without the INEC chairman’s permission, he could not access the said server and decrypt the documents obtained from it.

Under cross-examination by respondents’ lawyers, the witness who testified as the petitioners’ 59th witness, had said the results being laid claim to as the authentic results of the last presidential election obtained from INEC server were published on www.factsdontlie.com by an anonymous INEC official.




He said he never knew the said INEC official but was able to use “scientific method” to trace the source of the data on the website to INEC’s server.

Under cross-examination by Buhari’s lawyer, Chief Wole Olanipekun (SAN), the witness was confronted with some of the documents he claimed to have been downloaded from INEC’s server.

He was specifically shown his Exhibit A3, which was his acclaimed state-by-state list of voters accredited through the use of card readers during the February 23 poll.
Asked to open to Ekiti State and mention the surname, middle name and the first name of a person on the list, the witness said, “If you give me the INEC server key, I will decrypt it.

“This data is encrypted for security purpose.

“I can decrypt it but I am not authorised to decrypt this data.”

Asked by All Progressives Congress’ lawyer, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), Njoga said it was only the INEC Chairman that could give the authorisation to access the server.


“It is the data owner, the chairman of INEC, that give an authorisation.

“This implies that, professionally, if the owner of the server provides access, I will be able to decrypt, and to confirm the source of the document.”

Asked how he was able to trace the data he analysed in his report when he had yet to gain access to the server, he said, “I am well trained in data sourcing.”


“I use the scientific method,” he said.

He was asked again if using his “scientific method” to source documents from the server “without authorisation, could also be used to tamper with the content of the said server.

He said “yes”.

Asked he said he was engaged to do the job, but was only paid for the logistics of the job.

Prof. Itse Sagay (SAN), Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC) on Wednesday said some Nigerians are happy with the current insecurity crisis in the country and are using it score cheap political points by heaping blames on the federal government.

The Senate on Wednesday began the screening and confirmation process for Justice Tanko Mohammad as the substantive Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) at a closed-door session.

Senate Leader, Sen. Abdullahi Yahaya (PDP Kebbi) who moved a motion for the screening, was seconded by Minority Leader Sen. Enyinnaya Abaribe (Abia PDP).

Yahaya specifically urged the Senate to dissolve into committee of the whole to enable the acting CJN enter the plenary.

President of the Senate, Dr Ahmad Lawan immediately put the motion into a voice vote and announced that the Senate should go to a closed-door session for the screening.

News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Mohammad arrived the premises of the National Assembly at exactly 10. 10 a.m. before the screening began at 11.13 a.m.

He arrived in the entourage of senior judicial officers in the country, including the President of the National Industrial Court Justice Babatunde Adejumo and others.

NAN further reports that President Mohammadu Buhari had sent a letter requesting the screening and confirmation of the acting CJN on July 11.

The attitude of the north to the herdsmen issue is so suprising, come to think of it, are the fulanis the only nomadic ethnic group in the world?,are cattle reared in Nigeria only?,why is our case so different?.The herdsmen issue is very simple to resolve n to the advantage of the far north if they are sincere.the fulanis are indeginous to the north,the north has ever 70%of Nigeria's land mass,the RUGA n it predecessor CATTLE COLONY are not bad n could in fact be an economic boom if well implemented n managed but it should be established in the north while it produce are transported n marketed Nationwide n beyond,will it be acceptable for the igbos to insist that igbo markets should be built in every state or the yorubas insist that they should control the taxi transport business in every state, certainly NO!!,if not for lack of foresieght the north should be desperate to control the agro allied economic sector due to their comparative advantage n insist that establishment and industries relating to the sector be sighted in the north to boost employment n reduce poverty,but a careful study and analysis of the attitude of the northern leaders to the herdsmen n most other issues makes one to seriously doubt if they are truly concerned about the social economic political and harmonious well being of Nigeria or they are simply clandestinely pursing a hidden agenda.

I got back from work, went to the bathroom and when I came out, I saw my son entering a room. He was calling her name and entered. I've been suspecting something like this so I used the opportunity to peep. I saw my son sitting close to her, putting his hand across her neck, this time she was giving a faint smile while putting her palms on her face. Later the boy went to her back and started squeezing her breast from behind. Mehn.. I'm sad, shocked, bad.. Everything. I called him and I pretended not to see anything, why? I know if I react, I'll severely deal with him and that won't change anything because he's been poisoned already. I feel like I've failed as a father already.

He's 7 turning to 8,the girl is 14. I seriously don't know what to do about my son, in fact I can't eat to think well. I'll be sending away the girl though but I'm sure that won't stop my son from doing things. Especially in his school. I'm afraid of anything that may happen.

First time I noticed a strange relationship between them, i called him, talked to him about not showing his pen.is to anyone, to keep himself covered and all sort, asked him questions about anyone touching him in any manner and he said no. I asked him about his friends in school.. He named 8 of dem and 2 of them are girls.

I've failed as a father. My wife is not yet back but when I tell her, she will beat the boy and that won't change anything. I don't know where I went wrong. The maid bathes the boy, dresses for him too. Maybe that's where the issue lies. My wife just gave birth and that's why we employed a maid to help her and take care of the house till the baby is old enough.

I don't know where he got it from, I've stopped my wife from watching movies on dstv anytime he's with her.. For your info, I currently reside in the USA. The United state is a country where everyone has their right to voice out their opinion. What the congresswomen are saying is not anti-American, she is covered by the first amendment and she has the right to voice out her opinion, that is the same things the democrats have been echoing about giving immigrant a chance.

Trump is doing well with the economy and even his enemies knows about that but his utterances most times are against the norm and it’s more of a bully.

You think America is a country without the rule of law, you think USA will deport a legal immigrant just for his opinion on national issue, there is freedom of speech here and so far you are living legally and a law abiding citizen, No one can expel you that easy.
