adadike: Yet order from above will see our men in black going the opposite way, arresting farmers instead of herders. Ndi Fulani, keep off south east, we will not tolerate your excess anymore Hmmm! I read a report on amazing things that they are doing in some Anambra villages. The people are helpless as portrayed by the writer who visited the place for a traditional wedding ceremony. I can only hope it's not true or that the writer exaggerated the incidents. We're all in the same boat as long as we farm or there are forests within our environment. |

How come they never arrest the aggressors? I pray that the people don't end up with the Zamfara situation with this attitude. I just read a post about how bandits get paid for farmers to gain access to their farms. Famine and poverty looming if we're not careful. |

Vick4rill: l agree on this one , a 3rd class graduate in public university can easily make 2.1 in private university,, let be honest with ourselves most private school were exorbitant bills are paid do everything it takes to award good grades to students so as to maintain their customers!! l have taught in a lot of this private schools and l must tell u DAT is not funny!! that reminds me of chima a law graduate from Babcock university who can not differentiate between executive and judicial system of government!! Still you have Babcock law graduates shining in Law School. Chima obviously wouldn't have done well anywhere or maybe "giraffing" and "sorting" would have been easier in a public university. Mind you, I attended great public universities but truth be told, standards have fallen so drastically. I remember an interview we had for a top public University graduate. Someone had to write his application for him! He couldn't communicate well either. Will I use his case to judge others? Certainly not. Each individual makes the best of opportunities given to him. The institution is just a vessel to ride to greatness for those who understand. |

SUFFERInSMILIIN: If the government was serious central government and Lagos State government was serious what they should have done at first this would have allowed the Farmers to produce a lot of rice when there is sufficient quantity of rice then you build the rice Mills now I don't think they have engaged any farmer to produce rice yet and the meal is on ground rusting away and paying salaries you can see the project is not a serious attempt They have farms already. |

mike8804: Let me burst your bubble: History they say repeat itself over and over again if lesson not learnt. Do you remember baba alakyo of ombatse militia group of nasarawa Egon based in Nasarawa state. The militia group was fearful notorious for their exploits and it's headed by powerful chief priest known as baba Alakyo. Due to his resistance to Fulani expationist agenda( lafia now has Fulani has their emir). Back to story: the government sent over 100 security personnel to capture and exterminate the militia group in 2013, about 100 officers lost their lives..... due to this humiliation ,Fulani militias backed by govt invaded the militia group based with the sole agenda to kill baba alakyo, not too long he was killed along with with his militia group members. Fulanis were able to secure their hold in nasarawa state, nasarawa state has become an emirate. Interesting! Very sad story though considering the heavy losses incurred. |
