heykims:
The states are tired of testing so don't believe these surface figures. The actual number of cases is way much higher.
True that the figure is higher. Many have dealt with it privately without getting tested. They clearly had mild to moderate COVID 19 symptoms but couldn't or didn't get tested for various reasons.

We're still better off complying with the NCDC and State Govt instructions to prevent a wider spread.
Health › Re: 600 New COVID-19 Cases, 341 Discharged And 3 Deaths On July 17 - (3024 Tested) by delpee(f): 5:14pm On Jul 18, 2020
COVID 19 is real! Sadly not enough people are getting tested. I know a few who have lost their lives sadly.
Stay safe and comply with NCDC guidelines always.
This too shall pass by God's grace. Amen

Mental issues most likely. He has no meaningful explanation for his actions. His mother should have taken him to a Psychiatrist not a Herbalist.
Very sad.

I smell kpanla fish. That's a very suspicious act. She is likely to lose a sizeable number of customers henceforth.

Meanwhile I need any human right activist in Lagos to attend to the case of this small girl at Lawanson area of Lagos suffering from abuse by her madam. Look at her face with blood patch. When I confronted the woman, she dared me to report her anywhere. I won't rest till this little girl gets justice.

not every ritualists victims are killed immediately, some can be kept until they are needed (yes, I watch many America horror / serial killer/ pscho people movies...to have the idea). Also, some people are kidnapped to be trafficked and sold, we read such bad news time to time, like children being stolen, kept somewhere and later sold off. But whatever the case is, from the story up there, definitely there is more to it than meets the eye. The hotel must be thoroughly investigated to know whether they are a rendezvous point for human traffickers / ritualists. Nobody can just come to your hotel and stay for weeks without paying money to lodge. They said she came alone. Ok, who paid? How was the payment done? They should tell.
Sounds more plausible. Good analysis.

And have you compared the death rate in Sweden versus other Nordic countries? Sweden is seen now not as the bold exception you are implying, but as a cautionary tale.
True. More people died in Sweden (relative to their population) than in other countries in Europe. Their herd immunity mantra turned out not to be a great idea. Their economy also didn't thrive better under COVID 19 than others in the final analysis.

OUR BOYS RARELY GO OUTSIDE THEIR TRIBE TO MARRY, AND WEN THEY DO IT IS WHITES.
Really? Many Igbos have wives from other parts of the country including prominent men like Chief Emeka Anyaoku. I have Igbo inlaws too.

Life has moved beyond tribalism.

Good initiative. They should be taught how to produce coconut milk and clean coconut oil/cream too. That can lead to the establishment of small scale factories which will employ more people and add more value to lives.

She owns the house after all.

How can you be a tenant in your own house? So she built the house and then dashed it to her landlord because she enjoys paying rent. Zombie ehn! grin
Anyone in Abuja can verify the true owner of the house.
Besides, finishing the internal space of a house to suit one's needs is commonplace. You only need the permission of the landlord.

It's best to verify instead of speculating or assuming. Always an avoidable sin.

I hold no brief for her. I'd rather wait for the truth in all these stories.

This picture when wen she was building the house.

Nairaland should balance this story.
This is not enough proof. You can choose to renovate your rented space to your taste with the Landlords permission.

Why don't we all wait for IGPs investigation and the subsequent outcome of the lawyer's moves if the respondent will show up with verifiable evidence? I would like to know the real truth not all these baseless allegations.

Meanwhile VP Osinbajo has denied this and may sue according to another report.

Sometimes I wonder why people are always targeting the VP even as he remains quiet and focused on his job.

You no GRA are labelled on plot bases, so the allocation and the land is labelled "Plot 48 Agodi GRA" located behind Skye Bank Agodi

It's all propaganda, how can 48 plots of land be available in a GRA that has been in existence since the Awolowo days, next to the Governors Lodge, Presidential Lodge and close to State secretariat and UCH... It's all lies

.
I wondered too. That's why I asked. I know the area quite well.

And to shame you, Ajimobi is the only Governor since 1999 to work from his personal home, staying outside Agodi government house for years
Please is the land truly up to 48 plots? Sounds like an exaggeration to me. I don't see how 48 plots can fit into the area described or maybe I didn't get the location right.

So is the school not running now. What common sense is in locking out innocent students who are supposed to graduate because of mere audit.
Why didn't he invite efcc if they refuse to audit.

Finally what stops him from building a university in I yo state.
Common osun state has one. And can boost of many private ones.
Ajimobi built Technical University in Ibadan.

The two parties should sheathe their swords. Let the man rest in peace.

Why are people so bitter? Declaration was made in 2011. Investigations should have been done at that time or a probe carried out by GSM if the facts were disputed. He schooled in the US and lived there for a while so having a home there is no big deal. Afterall he worked in the oil sector and had other businesses on the side.

GSM declared a huge balance too. No one is arguing about it because it is indeed possible.

Most governorship contestants are already rich. They just want power or maybe to serve the people.

Besides, it's time to leave Chief Ajimobis soul to rest in peace. He has done his best albeit with some faults as it is with every human being.

You can't be crowned until your dad is dead, you don't want a polygamus home. Why worry yourself? Sir, live in peace and let them not cause a problem in your family. When the time comes, I wouldn't be surprised if their Oracle chooses another on the accusations you killed your father to become King. I believe this is a conspiracy against your dad, be wise and stay out of it. This is what I would do if I'm in your shoes.
You're right about the conspiracy angle. There's truly no reason why he should listen to the oracle that has chosen a king against the culture of the people. His father can't be reporting to him as the President General and he doesn't want him to die now. His father should retain his position while the oracle checks again (if possible) for an appropriate king. Sometimes the elders have hidden agendas.

My dad has work in his company. He owns my dad more than 3 million as entitlement before my dad death 3 yrs ago not only him but also all workers that worked in his company. The name of the company is Associated Matches Industries and the company is closed down
Probably due to poor management by Nigerian workers. Reminds me of late Chief Adesoye whose companies (some) were run down by the people he tried to empower. Our people are often the problem sadly. Remember that he has other companies abroad that are doing well.
