Great guys! Very well done!! |
Looking great! |
ezesun:That's really sad. He should go for counseling and watch his health. Misery is a silent killer. May God be with him. |
@op Resolve all these issues with your wife before you get married. Frankly I don't think it wise for a woman to marry into a family that she doesn't love. Love is what makes the burdens of marriage easier to bear. If only she knows that dumping your family will make you miserable and that it will rub off on her. Probably you didn't give her enough opportunity to get close to them and understand your family relationship and your expectation before proposing marriage. Marriage is far deeper than a fine face and other mundane issues. It's a lifetime commitment for serious minded people. By the way, does she expect you to relate to her family the same way? |
I thank God for her life. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow her all the days of her life. God bless her much more. I pray that she is able to get a prosthetic (hope I'm right) hand soon. Technology takes care of disability in wonderful ways. |
So beautiful! Kudos to Prof. |
Foolish guys who have no confidence in themselves are everywhere these days. There are so many willing women. Get someone else if your prime target is not interested. No be by force na. ![]() |

I buy cocoa powder produced in Nigeria. It's from Ile Oluji in Ondo state. There are a few other companies too like the one in Ede. The one located on Lagos -Ibadan expressway (between Isheri and Ibafo) seems to have folded up. Their product was good too. Check Shoprite for various brands of locally produced cocoa powder. |
Osun ....preparing for election it seems. |
May God rest her soul in peace and comfort her family. Journey mercies @coolbreeze8898. Ojo a jina sira. May God guide and protect you too as you serve. |
Beautiful! |
Nbote:I think so too |
eezeribe:Wondering why that (adoption) should be anyone's headache. He's happy with his kids no matter what anyway. Besides how do you know they're not from his wife? Advanced technology makes a lot of things possible these days. Crown it with God's blessings and you succeed in accordance with His will and divine purpose for your life. I'm happy Tony and his wife are blessed with the twins. May God make them and his beautiful girls a source of joy to their parents always. Amen |
divinecode101:She wasn't just a dumb tailor. She was a banker (IMB) one of the foremost merchant banks in the 80s. (The blue glass building facing the sea on Ahmadu Bello Way.) She became a fashion designer after that. From a good and rich family background, she partially schooled abroad and her level of exposure probably worked for her. Beyond all this, many others had this same opportunity and did nothing with it. Some even sold off their licences. Let's honour her for striving to excel against all odds. She's a pride to womanhood and has been so helpful to the less privileged especially women. God bless and guide her more. |
I pray that he's found alive and well. Divine intervention by God's grace. Amen |
shervydman:Ambode said so in a recent speech. Its obvious that he's building on the foundation laid by Tinubu and enhanced by Fashola. Broad St/ Marina, BRT, Ikorodu road, clearing of Oshodi, Lekki Ikoyi bridge, ramp at Ozumba Mbadiwe, resurfacing of Western Avenue, link to Alimosho via Ajao Industrial Estate, many new inner roads in Ajegunle, Ikotun/ Egbeda/ Ejigbo/Isolo, new road/ bridge linking Isheri Osun and many more were solid foundations for the new upgrades. I was surprised once when a driver told me I could get to Idimu/Egbeda from the Island through Surulere without any stress. Beautiful roads all the way! Same with access to Orile via Ijora. Remember the campaign theme was focused on continuity. |
starkid1996:Ref the IBB quote. The same IBB was forced out because Yorubas stood up to fight against the annulment of the June 12, 1993 election. Not all battles are fought with arms and ammunition. Find out why only Yorubas contested as Presidential candidates in the 1999 election. However, tribal bashing with a lot of half truth here and there is not worthwhile. This country will thrive better with mutual love and respect on all sides. Countries that are progressing focus on aligning their strengths and figure out how to downplay or control their weaknesses for the larger good. |
RETIREDMUMU:Think positively! Build a solid relationship before thinking about sex. If you focus on sexual curiosity aka lust, you'll always be disappointed. You have to love the person for good reasons to keep the relationship alive. |
She should apply for scholarship after sitting for SAT. Congrats to her. Go girl! God bless you much more. |
Samson and Delilah comes to mind. |
TINALETC3:Amen! |
Misguided young man! Pity he allowed himself to be used by the devil. |
13yr old ke! Some people deserve to be castrated. ![]() In the lighter mood, this is wicked collabo between Oduan and Biafran. ![]() Crime knows no tribe. |
@kn23h et al Thanks for the updates. I was in Ibadan recently and saw a lot of progress. Many beautiful areas now. |
God bless his super mum with long life in good health. May she reap bountifully from the fruits of her labor. May God also bless Corper and siblings with good jobs/businesses, good spouses plus health and wealth to look after Mama very well in old age. She deserves the very best. |
I'll always remember you Dr Ameyo. Graceful, loving, selfless and charming. Your self sacrifice didn't surprise me...only I prayed and wished for your survival. God knows best. Rest in peace beautiful and kind lady. |
clarocuzioo:Shouldn't we leave this debate so we can move on and find a solution to this anomaly that is ruining our nation? This is one way that we can reduce costs and apply resources to develop the country and improve the lives of our people |
Ostella2:The end of the OSU caste system is long overdue. |
Beautiful campus! God bless him much more for the scholarships he gives to indigent students. One can see why Ede people insisted on having his brother replace Alhaji Isiaka at the Senate. A good family with nice pedigree. A mix of Igbo and Yoruba, Christian/Muslim and they all get along well. A lesson for Nigerians. |
It seems this matter was mentioned during elections and dispensed with. I can't remember the details though. |
First female face on African TV is Mrs Anike Agbaje Williams. First female to drive a car is Mrs Funmilayo Ransome Kuti ( Mama Fela) @op Well done. It's good to know our history. We should also have a compendium of all firsts irrespective of tribe. |
