Have u ever wondered why after sometime your fone will be saying memory full, even if u delete all pics and apps in the phone it still says same thing?, it's caused by continuous updates. It will get to a time wen the ram will be filled up by the OS. The recent update my phone is asking me to do now is 3.4 gigs. Who does that?

Well, maybe it depends on the phone.
I've done 3 updates so far. Nothing of such.

Not all apps needs. Sometimes you just miss a special features that can't be hacked to the newer version. I didn't say updates are not good but man needs to be very careful before making an update. I go through app reviews before clicking an update icon. I care more for my pc software compared to the mobile device

Phone updates are different from App updates.

the bill also call for death penalty for anyone found culpable of using hate speech that leads to the death of another person, this bill could also help against jungle justice.

Let them impose a 50% tax on fuel consumption and let me see how many people will buy that your product.
If it's a product that has cheaper substitutes, you'll simply close shop.
In Nigeria, fuel is a public goods in the ranks of education and health, in Ghana and Kenya, it's not. That's the economic fact.

Lagos-Ibadan Railway project is over 90% complete and the locomotives have been purchased, and are currently being shipped. As a matter of fact, Rt. Hon. Amaechi and Prof. Osinbajo rode in a train from Lagos to Ogun state a few weeks ago for the groundbreaking of a Wagon Assembly Plant in Oyo state.

Well, the guy asked you to name Buhari's commissioned projects. Lagos-Ibadan Railway is not.
About the Abuja-Kaduna Railway. It's not Buhari's project. He actually didn't do anything more than the commissioning. The rail line was completed before Buhari came on board. I know of this, not because I read it anywhere or told, but because I saw it with my own eyes.
It's the only tangible thing I know Jonathan did.
The whole railroad thing is a blueprint the preceeds this government.
It's a good thing that this government is continuing on that path.

If you have any knowledge of economics, you should have known that PMS is in the category of public goods, a necessity, judging by our epileptic power situation. You can not tax fuel consumption when almost all businesses depend on it for survival. I'm quite sure, more than half of our daily fuel consumption is used in running power generators.
You're quick to mention Ghana and Kenya. How many homes and businesses run on generators?
