We must FIGHT for our freedom. How we do it, when we do it and where we do it will be a mark of our genius. But to do it, WE MUST!

Above all, if we resolve for an armed struggle someday, it MUST be totally an offensive armed struggle and NOT a defensive struggle as was the case of Biafra. You must capture your enemy's territory and capital to defeat him. You don't wait in the bush around your village hoping to win a struggle.

And you want to fight war in this present world Armed struggle can never get you anything. Rather economic emancipation will get it for you.
Igbo's have inexhaustible availability of vast human resources, not just in Nigeria but around the world. even Nigeria understands our potential. But we do have a big weakness??
Ability in Harnessing this vast human resources. Channeling it for purposeful benefits.
I don't even believe we separate from Nigeria, want we are even saying is justice, equity, making Nigeria work for everyone.

We should first start having visionary leaders/governors with vision to overhaul the economy of South East. Oils economic prowess will be gone in the coming decade, we need to start working towards that.


I don't want to start writing long epistle, but the path to development is plain. The news we ate discussing here is one of them. Developing gas reserves is a visionary move because gas is the future of energy. I quoted in my subsequent contributions that chevron recently acquired a big North America oil company for $50billion because there major priority is now gas and the company they acquired had huge gas assets. Chevron are already positioning themselves for the future. Seplat taking this initiative is a very good move and will benefit South East economy and Nigeria inclusive. Ivheard that Nestoil Ernest Azudislu is also developing huge gas assets towards Anambara. These are men that have eyes on the future,
So our focus should be deep, economic development for our region. Not war.

Its good local oil company is investing in our gas fields. IMO has gas in huge abundance Abia and Anambra also have good reserves adding the ones in Niger Delta.

On the issue of citizenship in heaven, Jesus Christ told his 12 Apostles that they would sit beside him and judge the world (12 tribes of Israel). Why didn't Jesus say dis to the 70 disciples as we are told in Luke 10:1 that he sent out 70 disciples. It shows that there are a select few whose citizenship is in heaven. At verse 9 of Revelation 7, we see another set of persons described as an "uncountable" crowd. This uncountable crowd are those who would reside on earth. This is because verse 9 identifies them a holding "palm branches", verse 15 says they are rendering sacred services to God "day and night" and verse 16 says they will "hunger no more", nor "thirst", nor be "scorched by the heat from the sun".
These items: palm branches, day and night, hunger, thirst and sun are only found on earth. U may say "isn't it when they go to heaven that these things wld happen"? Well I ask u dis: would u say something shall be no more in a place where it never was?
Hunger and all the other factors were never in heaven, so why say they wld no longer be, when they were never there in the first place?

There is no confusion anywhere.
Revelation 22 talked about the new heaven and new earth, for the old will pass away.
Like he said this our present mortal bodies cannot stand the glories of heaven, therefore like Apostle Paul wrote we have a body not made of this Tabernacle but prepared in the heaven's. God dwells in the heaven, earth is for men.

Don't live above your means
Don't waste money to impress anyone be it any woman
Don't jump into any investment, study it very well and use a piece meal approach

I strongly disagree with freeze. the books of psalms and proverbs are two books in the bible that helps us in our relationship with God as well as those around us.

I align myself with other things he says but for him to say those books aren't good for doctrines, I say a capital NO.

It is because those books will convict them of there sins. Proverbs is the book to read for wisdom, how to run a business, having a good home. Which this generation falls short of.

Example

Proverbs 5 teaches against adultery, it instructs every man to drink water only from your own cistern or well,, meaning your own wife

Proverbs 6 teaches you to learn organization from an ant who without an overseer or ruler but knows how to gather its food in the summer

Proverbs 14 vs 1 a wise woman builds her home, while the foolish one tears her home down with her hands

And the best Proverbs 31 about the virtuous woman.

The man have been abusing his wife whom he married as a very young woman serially.
And he got his reward and payback.

Don't beat or abuse a woman, it always ends fatal. My dads cousin had a case of very abusive husband. The man married her when she was 17, she had 5 kids for him. This man terribly abused this woman, till finally he drove her out of his house. He was very wealthy.
He banished her children from seeing her. She was able to see those in boarding school. It was terrible.

The woman became hopeless. We were in primary school and she was living with us, very unhappy and miserable.
Then my dad advised her to go write waec, she did passed very well. She was very good in maths. Got admission to unn. Studied maths, like play graduated, like play got scholarship to do MSC passed very well, did PhD. During her MSC the evil man died, her sons then grown brought back there mother. Today she is a senior lecturer in a big federal university. Her children are married, with kids and she completely settled.

With the way oil is going, its future very uncertain. I still have a huge doubt about this investment dangote has done.

hmmn, Dangote stylishly endorsing Malam Nasir El Rufai. Truth be told, The north problem is the north. Thay have the largest landmass and get government support in loans and fertilizers. The governors siphon their money with no one raising eyebrow. Their leaders prefer they are uneducated and impoverished so that the masses cannot challenge them. After throwing small money at them, they shout rankadede and queue in line to vote them again and again.

The main thing is that the north don't know how privileged they are. They control government, appointments and positions, they get Lion share from government purse, they still have vast arable farm lands. But they have not maximised there opportunities and potentials.

Like Aliko is raising alarm, if they don't wake up, a time will come when they will loose these opportunities. They must wake up, put on the thinking cap to better there people.

True the man has created plenty jobs. I was in Abuja airport 3 weeks ago and I saw a lot of young people working for the company, the same thing in Lagos airport.

That he was denied licence is a blessing. One of the things I have discovered is that denying a person something intensifies the desire and passion. And when you get that thing you value it. But when things come easily, there is no deep value for that thing. And this is the major problem we have in this country. Most of the people that got things, was on a platter of gold so no value to things. The same way when they run businesses, no passion along the line it dies. The sweetness and value for things comes as a result of denial and hardships we faced before getting that thing.
