Like Farouk Lawan & Arunma Etteh's episode, this one is another charade! |
Igwe nile ga-ana n'uzu. RIP. |
Stella Oduah is a big disappointment. After making such a significant impact in aviation ministry she blew up everything with such a stupid quest for armored car at terribly inflated cost. She should save herself more disgrace by honorably resigning or she should be booted out. |
So unfortunate, RIP. |
If laws are enforced without fear or favour, Nigeria will be better place to live. Other areas to beam light are, Education, Lands, Housing, Transport...in fact everywhere including churches & mosques |
She's not mad. Some 'rituals' require the performer to go unclad so that it can be potent. I am not fooled. This is beyond entertainment! |
This is no case at all. Jonathan has committed no offense. If former presidents/head of states and vice/deputies of northern origin could perform Hajj during their respective terms, tell me why it is now a taboo for a Southerner not to perform a simple pilgrimage to Israel. |
Good night Michael. You have shown what 'love' is all about. Laying down your life for a neighbor from another tribe. Not a relative, not a tribesman, not a girl-friend but an infant. May God reward you with eternal life. |
frosbel: You creat the impression that there are many churches when in fact there is only one church with Jesus at the head .In reality there are many denomination of churches and even ministries that interpret Bible differently. I don't think that is hard to believe b/c even the church in Corinth also had similar problem which Paul set to correct by denouncing himself and Appollos as not their saviour but Christ.Unfortunately our generation is generally very stubborn. There is NO tradition described here(by the OP)that kills the spirit man but in stead benefits it. Sacrifice is a difficult term but entails one key thing-denial. The only grouse here is someone attempts to implement the Bible the way he understands it but got his fingers burnt by the act of his own. |
chymystique: Women- Weapon of Mass DestructionWeapon of man destruction rather |
For me, the team is not strong in the first place b/c they lack their key strikers. And meeting a strong team like Spain will require only a miracle to even draw. Next time when we are faced with such opportunity we should do better than this. |
smoothcrim2014: Ghana has had a depleted squad for years. In fact we have never been able to put Essien, Prince Boateng, Andre Ayew, Muntari, Gyan etc etc on the pitch at the same time.such an unnecessary comparisons and rivalry. Next time, let Ghana go and represent us if they can. No need for unnecessary rantings like children. |
The best thing is to go to court to restrain here from further use of state symbol for unconstitutional roles. Like her husband, they are mistakes Nigeria have made already. It's either we send them packing from Aso Rock or we bear with them until GEJ term ends. |
About 2.2million people are granted visas to enter Britain every year. Last year 296,000 people from India were granted six-month visas, as were 101,000 from Nigeria, 53,000 from Pakistan and 14,000 apiece from Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. They only gave figures of number of visas granted, they should also break it down with figures of no of people that actually travelled, figure of those that returned and those that didn't. Then we can know the TRUE picture of how many run-aways. They should also remember that some of these countries mentioned were colonised by Britain. As France is to Algeria, so is Britain to Nigeria, Ghana,India, Jamaica. Only if Nigeria has towed the path of US who were once colonised by Britain. |
ilugunboy: Poisoned mind filled with hatred....your world starts and ends in your enclave of Iboland...stop quoting me.This does not change the TRUE personality of TY.He is a silent criminal and a chameleon. If he likes he can buy all the shares in Dangote Cement or NB, that does nt chnage his TRUE personality. This man has so many questions to answer about the roles he has played in the history of Nigeria. |
advocate007: TY Danjuma is one of the very few elder states men still with values that Nigerians are supposed to be proud of. Unfurtunately i was disappointed wt the views posted on this page. But i get to understand that poverty and joblessness brings alot of selflessness and enviness. But people with the right knowledge knows that among other many deeds, TY danjuma still remain our dear most successful General, who had the clearest opportunity to serve Nigeria but proved to the world that his role in the 1966 coup was not a selfish one but solely an act of a very rarely- found patriotism to the Nigerian state.I seriously dey laugh ooo. Proud of who? Elder TY? Na waooo for we naija people and after we'll be crying in our closet that Nigeria is bad. |
History can never be swept under the carpet. TY Danjuma and his likes are part of the problem of Nigeria. They are chameleons which changes with its environment. Smooth criminals cannot fool us with gestures and donations as if we don't know who they truly are. |
This is not a yam per se. It is a mandrake. Where did u find it? It is a rare plant that has some powerful mystical significance. It was even mentioned in the Bible in Genesis 30:14-22, where Rachel, Jacobs wife begged for the mandrake found in the field by Reuben. It is an ancient plant with magical and hallogenic power. It is rare to find and do take the appearance of a baby. Just type mandrake in google and you'll learn more of this strange plant. sometimes I ask some foolish questions like why did God create something like mandrake. Why did God create even mosquitoes? Is it punishment? |
Who cares if Ikwerre or Etche and likes wants to be identified as Igbos or not. By their family names, village names, language, attire, etc it is difficult to erase the affinity. For political reasons it seems convenient for these communities to opt for non-Igbo ID. Like Peter Tosh sang, it doesn't matter where u come from as far as u're black man, u're African. And Bob Marley sang also on knowing ur history and ur destiny. No matter how u hate ur father's place u're still from there. |
Wonders shall never end!Is Nigeria worth dying for when we don't even understand ourselves. Can this story be true? Beware of soul brothers! |
Very good news from Russia. I can't imagine how a few peoples lewdness & unnatural sexual orientation should make western govt act like fools in the name of political correctness or tolerance. What a non sense. Russia have once shown that they are not part of the band wagon who doesn't think. Imagine Britain threatening Africa countries with aid ban for going against gay when the act itself is unAfrica. |
Nawaoo! Carelessness! |
tomakint: Too many clowns on Nairaland lately! Jonathan is taking PDP through a phase unfortunately, many goons especially from the oppositions seem not to see the handwriting on the wall that PDP is weeding out the bad eggs and thereby creating a stronger party faithful members who will be loyal to the leader, the man, Jonathan! By the time this process is concluded, 2014 will be used as a time to win new 'faithful' that will take the opposition by surprise - you can quote me!I dey laugh... ![]() |
too bad. She'll be terribly devastated. Life is cruel |
deols: I was surprised when NTA recognised Jonah Jang as the chairman of the governors' forum. Reading that Mr. President is involved got me speechless.Spot-on. Well said. GEJ MUST GO! |
Electing GEJ was a very serious mistake. How did this happen? For Peter OBI & MIMIKO,they should just join PDP & save us all these embarrassment. GEJ will eventually pull down Nigeria the way he's going. |
Jang & Mimiko really disappointed me. Must you lie when you loss election. So if there was no camera inside these guys would have lied on top of our head. |
Good men with conscience should not keep quiet when it mattered most. Fashola's action is spot-on and should set the tune for more suits. What is wrong with Jang sef? At his age he's still being used around by GEJ/AKPABIO to create bad blood among the Govs. |
All these GEJ boys, pls allow others to post sensible comments. Sometimes I wonder why u guys are like this. Your masters interest above all. I don't know why GEJ is so afraid of competition. Let me leave it to PDP, next thing now they'll say it's family affair. |
Gov Jang is acting like a kid. How on earth will such an old man allow himself to be controlled by GEJ/AKPABIO. |
~Bluetooth:don't worry it will soon reach ur turn, may be instead of blood it will be water and no mourning! |
