Well, am sure we all are aware of the Bible verse that says "the wages of sin is death"
But to my knowledge,I find out that all humans must die and even some wicked people we know still live longer than the ones we call saints.

Sometimes, you will see some wicked people live so long till old age before they die and you will also see some kind hearted people dying young.

If the wages of sin is death,then why do this wicked people live long and why do we believe everyone will still die

I think there is more to this Bible verse than we see it

You are a spirit living in a body so when the verse says the wages of sin is death the death there applies to you, a spirit. Now how do spirits die? Well lets start with how all things die. If a thing cannot perform the same functions it was created to perform then it is dead. Based on this definition we can easily see how human and non-human entities or objects can die. You can say your phone is dead if it is in a condition where you cannot make a call with it, you cannot receive a text message with it, you cannot take a selfie with it (if it has a camera), etc. The more functions which your phone was designed to perform, cannot perform the deader your phone. Now apply this to a dead spirit. As a spirit you were created in the image of GOD so you ought to be like GOD in every way: compassionate, righteous in judgment, loving, holy, wise, powerful, courageous, enduring, strong, futuristic, strategic, visionary, humorous, patient, graceful, merciful, law abiding, etc and your spirit should have a form like GOD, like a consuming fire (Hebrew 12:29)...but the more you sin, the less of these functions you will be able to perform. The more you sin the less like GOD you will be and you will find that you becoming, the opposite of GOD, unsympathetic, biased in judgment, hateful, unholy, foolish, powerless, fearful, weak, with no taste for planning for the future, dumb, stupid, bland, impatient, without mercy, lawless etc. The more you sin, the more you lose the functions of GOD, the more you lose the functions of GOD the more you die, the more you die the more you become like the father of the dead, the devil. The devil started dying in the manner I described from before Adam since his great fall and he has been dying ever since. The other part of the verse you quoted says "....but the gift of GOD is eternal life..." and it suggests that the cure for death as I have described is the gift of eternal life and what is eternal life, it is "knowing GOD" (John 17:3) and to know GOD is not just mere mental assent that idolaters, muslims and even some Christians claim to have rather it is to become ONE with GOD as Jesus promised in John 17:13 and to be ONE with GOD is to be LIKE GOD. To be a consuming fire.

Mary was a sinner until the sacrifice of Jesus because "all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of the LORD" (Romans 3:23). The only sinless human at that time was Jesus (Hebrews 4:15). This means without the saving power of Jesus, Mary was as much a sinner as anyone else. You claimed Mary was not just the mother of the body of Jesus but also his personality. That is a blatant lie. Jesus had to be sinless, like Adam before he fell, to be propitiation for the sins of mankind. If Jesus had the same nature as Adam He would be disqualified from being the perfect sacrifice for the sins of humanity. Now if Mary contributed to the body and personality of Jesus then it means Jesus had the same nature as Adam because the nature of Adam passed down to all humanity through the process of procreation. The only way Jesus was to be born sinless was for Mary's womb to be used an incubator only. Yes, all Mary was was an incubator and nothing more. Jesus is regarded as the second Adam (1 Corinthians 15:45-47) suggesting that Jesus in the flesh was formed, just like Adam, and not born through procreation. This is the only way Jesus could be sinless yet in the flesh, not inherit the nature of fallen Adam and be the perfect sacrifice for the sins of mankind.

You need to quit this idolatry of yours. Mary cannot help you. The only way to the Father is through Jesus Christ. Jesus and Jesus alone is the way to eternal life. Quit this idolatrous dogma and get to know Jesus who funnily enough is still available in the FLESH. Mary is dead. Moses is dead. Paul is dead. Peter is dead. Most of the popes are all dead. The saints are dead...but Jesus is still very much alive in the FLESH. Jesus can walk into your apartment right now and eat dinner with you (John 21:12). Does Spending The Last Night Of The Year In A Church Service Make Any Difference?

It's about that time of the year again, when the churches across the nation usually record their highest attendance numbers of the year, during their cross over services.

The reason for the record attendance figures attained during these services, is mostly because many who rarely or never attend church services during the year, for some reason are also found inside church buildings on this particular night during the cross over services.

It appears they do so because they feel spending the last night or cross over service of the year was very important and makes a significant difference in their lives, regardless of how they spent the remaining part of the year after cross over service, even if they don't change their ways, or do any thing differently from how they used to do them.

However the truth is that just spending the last night or cross over service of any year in any church building would make no real difference in someone's life, except it is able to cause the person to change his ways and how he does things.

Moreover, if Christ were to come on the last night of the year, most of those inside the church buildings during the cross over service would still be left behind, so what's the point of just attending these last church services of the year, if one doesn't repent or turn away from his or her wicked ways?

What difference does it really make?

Not everyone who writes an exam gets admission, right? And not everyone who gets admission will eventually graduate, right? Many are called but few are chosen, right? So is the case with Crossover service. Many attend Crossover service but only a few get the needed wisdom on how to navigate the following year and even fewer obey and live in accordance with the wisdom learned in that Crossover service. Many are born but only a handful will be great...it is a choice and we all will have to make that choice!

Please I need serious advice here because I am so confused right now.

My wife and I have been married for a year now. We've been having intercourse without protection as man and wife and of course I have been expecting her to conceive which has not been the case. I am not really bothered because we are still young and new in our marriage.

So dude we are back to square one. The mere fact that we have had hundreds of thousands of deaths and over 690 days so far to test ivermectin's effectiveness in a very robust manner (whilst leveraging international cooperation in COVID research) but all we have are a handful of studies with samples that will most likely not be externally valid, that may not have, thoroughly, dealt with confounding health factors of subjects and that may still be undergoing peer review is an embarrassment to medical science.

We are talking about the lives of people here but politics has, as usual, clouded the great medical and scientific minds of our time. I lost faith in these folks when I learned that Fauci's response to proving that the virus was not due to a lab leak was a letter, not a paper resulting from a rigorous investigation, signed by prominent scientists claiming that the virus from was nature and that it jumped from animals to humans. Only for the CIA to put credence to the lab leak theory. This was the beginning of vaccine hesitancy for me.

Why is the research silent about the cause of death of the 80% of the deaths? If the effects of COVID extend beyond recovery then why are fewer deaths due to respiratory complications? Why is the study silent on how they distinguished between mild and severe COVID? Is the sample of 13,638 patients externally valid and can results from the study be extrapolated to everyone on the planet?

More questions, not necessarily related to the results of the study. Why is the vaccine always pushed as a silver bullet against COVID? Why hasn't promising drugs that could prevent and treat COVID been researched in clinical trials? Why haven't vaccine related deaths been studied despite the availability of data?

COVID news are more political than scientific and that is why I remain sceptical of the "opinions" of so called "experts" on this matter.

Jesus said we should let our light so shine before men that they may see our good works and glorify God. Yes some do their good deeds for the primary reason of receiving the glory before men and these people have their rewards from God but if you do good in the sight of men to the glory of God then you have done well. Secondly, in the interest of self preservation it is wise to have a record of your generous act. For example a lady you just helped could tomorrow claim that she was a hoe, you patronized her and the money you gave her was her payment or a man you just helped could say you were his client and that they money you gave him was the price to assassinate someone. Severally attempts to lend a helping hand has resulted in serious problems with beneficiaries turning on their benefactors. If you want followers or mentees to follow in your footsteps they must see your laudable actions. If you are an influencer you will influence no one if no one sees your good works.

In a nearby verse Peter asked: Matthew 19:27 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore? and Jesus said in verse 29 And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.  If you receive the equivalent of a hundredfold of what you have given up for Christ on earth then you are rich and more importantly you inherit eternal life. When Jesus talked about the "rich" in Matthew 19:24 He referred to those who are rich in terms of earthly possessions but not rich towards GOD (Luke 12: 20-21). This was the case of the rich young ruler who could not trade his riches for eternal life because he did not desire to be rich towards GOD and it was rich people like this rich young ruler that Jesus spoke of in the verse you quoted (Matthew 19:16-23).
