Havesomesense:
I think a rich man, if he desires should have more than one wife.
What do you think?
Should a poor man have less than one wife? What has the number of wives got to do with your wealth? When did women become goods and services? One man, one wife simple rule. Any deviation from this is an invitation to chop unlimited suffering!

Romance › Re: Close Eyes And Marry Her With Her Past by efficiencie(m):
cutecommend:
Looking for a decent girl today is not as so easy. We have decent and God-fearing ladies, and we have many ladies who have sex. Before you meet your wife, she might have had several sexual partners, probably met bad guys, probably done lots of bad stuff.... You will just have to close your eyes, ignore the past and move to marry her like that...
But why do many like suffering bayi? Yes every saint has a past and every sinner has a future but it is the height of foolishness to "close your eyes, ignore the past and move to marry her like that". Because your eyes will not remain closed when you get into the marriage. More often than not the ghosts of a person's past always haunts their marriage. If a lady has destroyed her womb due to repeated abortions and you mumuishly "close your eyes, ignore the past and move to marry her like that" you will soon discover that she cannot have a child and another wahala go start. If the lady in question is deeply in love with her Ex but because he is not financially ready she could not settle down with him and you mumuishly "close your eyes, ignore the past and move to marry her like that" you will be the second husband and the father of children that are not yours. Instead of saying "close your eyes, ignore the past and move to marry her like that", I would rather say, find your match, open your eyes wide, know her flaws, reveal your flaws to her, together work towards mutual rehabilitation and be dedicated to supporting each other in the journey of change.
Romance › Re: Help! I'm Not Sexually Attracted To Her. Advice Needed. by efficiencie(m):
phranco:
I am in a relationship with a girl I'm planning to get married to. I love her and we vibe together and play most times. From my own assessment, she is good, down to earth, knows how to cook, humble, respectful, and she is also very beautiful naturally, infact she passed 70% quality of the kind of woman I want in my life.

The problem is that I'm not attracted to her sexually. She has a small body, and doesn't have nyash or should I say small nyash (sorry for the offensive word). I'm not aroused if I'm with her. I can manage to have sex with her just once, even if she will stay five days with me, and I know this gives her concern.

I like ladies with backside, height and chubby. but the ones I have come across doesn't even measure up to this my girl in character.

Does sex Matter so much in marriage? Cos I'm afraid I may cheat on her or get sexual satisfaction outside our marriage. I'm just confused right now.
Dey dia dey deceive yourself. You will soon be aroused by the woman that will ultimately bless you with high blood pressure. God has led you to the woman that will help your apparently miserable life but to suffer dey hungry you. You had better grow and quit being a mumu boy. The way you are speaking you will cheat even if you are married to a sumptuous lady...Grow up. Rehabilitate yourself. Deal with your sexual flaws. Marry the lady that will support you in the journey of life and be devoted to loving her and being true to her!

Was at a high class lounge for a friend's birthday party on the eve of Christmas... every one came hand-in-hand with their partners... but as a carefree lone ranger that I am, I went there alone, hands-in-pocketcheesy

Sitting on a sofa, I browsed through the guests, looking to spot the best damsel present at the event. As luck may have it, the damsel that caught my interest was sitting alone close to the bar with a glass of wine.

I walked up to her and asked "can I join you?" Sure she said... so I did join hergrin... and ordered for my favourite chocolate vodkacheesy

After taking few glasses... my conversation became even more interesting with Shantel... yeah "SHANTEL" that's her name... she looked even more beautiful and I start feeling soft for her suddenly... I was falling in love....grin

To be continued grin

It was time for the naughty devils basket game...

Romance › Re: Am I Really Guilty For Ending This Relationship by efficiencie(m): 3:12pm On Dec 27, 2021
Princeadebayo11:
Salute fellow Nairalander, hope you are staying safe and I hope you are all good.
This is the first time I will be breaking a lady's heart ever since I've started dating, it was them that normally end the relationship themselves. But this time around my recent relationship the break up came from me and ever since I told this girl the relationship is not working that we should give it a break she has called 2 times after that accusing me that I wasted her time for almost 4 years which, I tried to let her know that during that 4 years of courtship we only saw each other 10times because it was distance relationship.
Though this girl was the one that woo (toast) me herself back in 2017 but I just had to accept her because I don't want her to feel dejected or embarrassed, I just accepted the proposal out of pity thinking that as times goes on I will develop feelings in the relationship, but the fact is that the feelings normally come anytime we had sex and once she travelled back I will start seeing myself as a single guy. She was the one that normally calls all the time, it's just like she was the only one in the relationship, and she is 24 years old while I am 26. Last week I just decided to advise her that the way this relationship is going it's just like we are wasting our time that she should have plan B in case if things doesn't work out between us, but it seems she didn't understand because she just flared up immediately I said that and started shouting God will judge me for doing that to her. The reason why I ended the relationship was because we can go for like a month without communicating and Both of us will be fine about it and she is planning to settle down next 2 years which I don't see myself in any marriage in 2023. But ever since then I've been having this guilty conscience that even I hardly sleep throughout yesterday night and I have been calling her that ending the relationship doesn't mean we've become enemy that we can still be friends after that but she didn't pick. To be sincere I want to get married to someone I love not someone I will be managing, because marriage is a long journey.
Just that I need to let her know my stands that I am no longer in relationship before it's too late for her to get a perfect man.
I know some people will abuse me that I am still a kid, no problem. I know because I am 26 years old
Dude I am sorry to say this but you are very stupid. By your own admission you claim you are not ready for marriage even in the next two years yet you have been sleeping with the said lady. By your own admission you said you accepted her because you didnt want her to get embarrassed but you went ahead to use her before dumping her. Is that not wickedness? You knew you were going into a distance relationship with her and you knew you it wasn't what you wanted but you did not end it rather you kept sleeping with her. From a man to a man, I must say you are very wrong and someone else somewhere will do this to your wife wherever she is.
Family › Re: Can A Young Man Marry In This Economy?? by efficiencie(m): 12:47pm On Dec 27, 2021
Ugmama:
The rate at which prices increase in Nigeria is alarming. Those that married earlier than covid period would think price of goods were expensive then, but now they will know how far.

I pity young people who are yet to be married especially those who don't earn much. How can they cope with price of things in the market? Even dowry go don put money too...lol

So my elders in the house, mature minds in the house, married folks in the house, please come to our rescue and advice us on how:

1. To be able to survive this economy as it regards to marriage.

2. Secondly, at what age were you married and advice you intend to give young folks for a successful marriage.

I pray things will get better for all of us.

Please share your view guys and ladies.

Thank you and compliments of the season!!!
Marriage is about support. You are getting married to get support and provide support. Find a spouse that believes in this view of marriage and life will become easier. If you have to be established before getting married then your wife is useless. Your wife has to have a hand in your progress and journey to the top and so also you should have a hand in the progress of your wife.

I started with my wife when I dropped out of post grad school and was so broke that I never had more than 30k in my account at any time. She was with me and supported me when I returned to post grad school as difficult as it was. She was there when I was unemployed and roaming the streets of Nasarawa looking for 20k teaching job. Without her assistance I wouldn't have taken my first real job and today we are happily married and doing fine by God's grace.

Marriage is about support. Find a woman you can support and that supports you and your life will be significantly easier.
Family › Re: I Was Chosen As King: Should I Damn The Consequence Or Forget About It Entirely? by efficiencie(m): 12:34pm On Dec 27, 2021
JONNYSPUTE:
....Good morning folks. Sure we are all good and managing the effects of pandemic well?. To God be the glory.

This is going to be long because I will want us to read and understand it very well before commenting. Reason is because any decision taken is going to affect both myself,my immediate family members, extended and the entire community.

I have been thinking about the way forward since December last year.

It happened that we lost our king (Eze) 5years ago and the community has been in turmoil due to the inability of the elders to select a new king.

Reason is that it is rotational between my village and the other village.

My village is now supposed to bring out the next king and my compound has been told to bring out somebody to be crowned as a king.

I never envisaged or dreamt of becoming a king in my life because.
(1) My father is still alive.
(2)I'm not the most senior in the entire family.

But then, the elders met me last December and told me that the diety in the community has selected me to become the next king and that I have to pick another wife from the community before I will be crowned.

I told them point and blank that the oracle is mistaken due to the reasons I mentioned above but they are not taking it.

Now everyone in my village is against me for refusing the offer and saying I'm doing it be cause I don't want to hurt my wife which is true.

Now my question is,What do I do?
Should I damn the consequence and pick another wife and be crowned a king in other to make my community happy or should I forget about the whole idea entirely and allow the community sort themselves out?

I'm confused here. N B. My wife is aware of all this.

Thanks.

Please bring this to front page cause I'm no longer myself. So many sleepless nights and selfish advices from the elders in my community. I really need to hear the truth from people I don't know.
Ma guy run ohh. Don't mortgage your future because of Kingship position oh. No matter how much of a king you are Buhari still has total and absolute power over you and soldiers can wipe you slap on that throne oh. Asides that sef do you want to destroy your home by adding another wife? Are you ready for the politics associated with the position? Are you ready to do the hideous things that African kings do? Remember that no matter the benefits associated with the position, "uneasy lies the head that wears the crown"! If I were you I will reject the position and let them settle themselves.
Family › Re: The Way I See Marriages Nowadays. by efficiencie(m): 12:11pm On Dec 27, 2021
Truvelisback:
Good day, Fellas. Nowadays, marriages are no longer the way they were in the past. In the past, Love and intimacy were really genuine. The word Love, marriage or intimacy is gradually dying. Nowadays, many people get married to just to bear children, some just For the sex or to satisfy their sexual desire, some just for the money, etc. Sadly after achieving all these above, marriages becomes so dull. If someone says Love or marriage is a scam or it doesn't exist, i may say the person is right because of what marriages are like, nowadays. If u have anything to say, take this mic.
Well the Bible prophesied this era:

Matthew 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

If we don't love God, we won't heed His commandments and if we don't heed His commandments we won't love our neighbors and if we don't love our neighbors how will we love our spouses? Nowadays many go into marriages with horrendous secrets only for the secrets to exposed later and the marriage ends. Extra marital affairs are now a normal thing with many young unmarried guys seeing the advantage in sleeping with married women and vice versa. Vows are easily broken and soon enough vows will be scrapped entirely since no one is really obligated to fulfil them. Marriage is now an economic good. A man's income not his character or personality is the determinant of the acceptance of his marriage proposal. Men nowadays don't even have a criteria for marriage they just see a lady with substantial yansh and booby and boom they are married only to divorce her a week later because she snores at night.

Unfortunately it will keep getting worse until the world reaches a breaking point.

Good morning Nairalanders. So yesterday as we were watching the Chelsea match in a viewing center, a big, rotund woman, (very big, tall and round) stepped into the arena, at first I didn't really noticed her even though I saw her walked in as I was sitting close to the door (this is my ideal place for sitting when in a large crowd), next thing I heard was a big commanding scream "my friend come with ur phone".

At this point, people's attention were drown to the woman who made the high commanding order, and swiftly i wandered to see who the command was to, lo and behold, it was to a man who is much more older than the woman.
Older in age, but emaller in stature.

And it happens to be her husband.

Now I saw the man step back to where he was sitting, unplug his phone from the wall socket, and made way to meet his commanding wife.

See, while this was going on, I saw on the man's face some trembling reactions. He was kind of shivering and muttering something which even if everywhere was silent no one would have heard.
He was frightened and embarrassed at the same time.

Boom!, The man left with his darling wife. Then some people around me reacted by saying, ah, if this woman is this rude to her husband in public that means in their home the man is in soup.
And some sort of sayings...

"Now, my question is, what should be the right age difference between spouses"?

I didn't just like that incident of yesterday.
I realized the man was way advance than his wife aside the fact that she was very much bigger than the husband in size.

And she appears like a husband beater!!

I think this big age differences between spouses may have lots of disadvantages between them in the long run!
Most especially when one of the spouses becomes disrespectful and mean.

Guys/ Ladies what do u have to say??
There is no right age difference. Age is just a number and, in my own opinion, not a true reflection of how a person has aged biologically, in terms of wisdom and experience. I have met persons with more years that are outstandingly foolish and persons with fewer years that are remarkably wise. I have met ladies in their 30s that look, act and think younger than ladies in their 20s. So age in terms of how many years spent alive is nothing as far as I am concerned. As far as domestic violence and toxic individuals are concerned age as we know it has nothing to do with it. There are 15 year olds with enough bile and malice to kill to 30 year olds and vice versa. Find your match, irrespective of age difference, and live in accordance with the standards of marriage and you will have no issues...breach this, and you sufferings will never end.

Am just curious. With the current state of economy, as a lady, can you marry a guy whose salary is not up to 50k monthly?

Candid opinion please!
What are you bringing to the table? If you are bringing something to the table and you are willing to support him then fine you can go on with him...but if you are bringing nothing to the table then you should steer clear of that guy. If you are bringing something to the table but you don't feel you should support your man then leave the guy...but please of you are going to leave the guy because he is earning 50k please ensure you leave him permanently. Don't attempt to return to his life when that 50k morphs into 5m so that it can be well with you. Shalom.

As poor as these mumu police officers are they will victimize fellow poor Nigerians in service of the rich political elite. They will be bodyguards to the children of millionaires and billionaires but their own daughters are somewhere getting stretched in exchange for cash and their sons become gun toting miscreants. They will brutalized suffering civilians because the gun they carry gives them a transient feel of power but they will go back home to face the same realities that the average poor person feels. This is why sometimes I don't share their pain. They deserve their pain.

Brush up on the chances of getting admitted to hospital and deaths between those that are vaccinated and the unvaccinated.
JPAL-IPA released the results of randomized controlled trials revealing that vaccine hesitancy is higher in developed countries than in developing countries. Meaning countries where science has advanced greatly have higher proportions of people doubting the so called vaccines than in developing countries (where there are lot of apes who like to obey). There are teeming doctors and medical personal in developed countries rejecting the investigational vaccines that you are so much in a hurry to guzzle and you do not see that as reason to exercise caution. As of today there are no findings on the long term effects of the vaccines and there has been no investigation into the deaths of person who died after taking the vaccines and you do not see this as being a sign of trouble. You have made science your religion and not the basis for decision making. You take the words of scientists hook, line and sinker without seeing the consensus in evidence from multiple rigorous studies. That you made scientists your god does not make you a person of science. Science welcomes skepticism. Science asks "what if we are wrong"? Science welcomes informed doubt. Ranting, shouting, guessing or quoting the words of Dr. Fauci does not eliminate doubt. What eliminates doubt is the evidence from multiple studies corroborating the same theory and we are yet to see this.

Hogwash....the man is a leader of a cult. His followers perceive him as their god. They follow his doctrines and traditions against commonsense in most all cases and those who try to rebel or spur change are either bullied into submission or cast out of the group. undecided
Do you have statistical evidence for the statement in bold font? I thought you are the rational one who would like to base his statements on reason or empirics. How many of his followers have reported that Kumuyi is their god? Can you state a number? By your own submission you have shown you have no knowledge of what cults are. You just label any church leader a cultist. Membership in cults is mandatory and once you are in there is no going out. This is a strong feature of most, if not all, cults. If dissidents are cast out of the church then it is not a cult. If people are not forced into being members then it is not a cult. Every organization has their ground rules and violating them has consequences. You will not regard you boss at work to be a cult member for mandating every employee to wear suits every day to work or risk getting fired. The church also has ground rules. Someone in the Corinthian church slept with his mother and that person received a curse from Paul (1 Corithians 5:1-5). That is clearly a ground rule. If you will remain in the church you are not free to sleep with your father's wife even if the law of the land does not criminalize such an act. In the Galatian church, anyone who preaches variants or perspectives of the gospel different from what Paul preached was cursed (Galatians 1:8 ). This means that in the Galatian church no one is permitted to share views of the gospel contrary to what Paul shared. Using your standards, Paul would easily be as guilty as Kumuyi for stating rules that could lead to the expulsion of members from the church - afterall who would like to worship where you can get cursed.

Kumuyi misled most of you guys with his cult group he tagged church

In the Bible, drums, piano & other musical instruments was used to praise God but kumuyi said it's not biblical to praise God with musical instruments so they don't use drum in the cult group packaged as church

Kumuyi said it's bad to watch TV whereas he uses same TV to broadcast all his TV activities infact deeper life member only observe services by watching TV which is nothing but stupid & hypocritical attitude from th cult leader named Kumuyi

Pastor W F Kumuyi sees all religious killing under Buhari as nothing even when a pastor of his cult group was murdered in cold just because Buhari is close friend of Kumuyi

Kumuyi was so blind that nothing is working under Buhari but will always sing praises of Buhari at every slight opportunity to do so because he wants to be Biharis friend at all time

The same Kumuyi who banned his church member from wearing wedding garment but his son married his wife wearing wedding dress & nothing happens thereafter

The mumu Kumuyi threatened to stepped down as G.O but many years have passed but he's still the G.O

Anybody following W.F Kumuyi teachings is not only stupid but completely mad
In all you have typed you did not show how Kumuyi is a cultist and how his ministry is a cult. A cult is defined in the following manner: A religion or religious sect generally considered to be extremist or false, with its followers often living in an unconventional manner under the guidance of an authoritarian, charismatic leader (Source: American Heritage Dictionary). Now does the DLCM have extremist doctrines or ways? No. There is nothing they do that is extreme. In churches like MFM, CAC and Chosen Ministry they also advocate a strict dress code and fashion characterised by modesty and the emphasis on the adornment of the spirit than the flesh as depicted (1 Peter 3: 1 - 5). In MFM they also do not use DRUMS though they use other instruments and as it was explained to me the reason for this was that in most African societies drums have been used for diabolical purposes and that it could be used to invoke demons that could manifest satanic dance styles in during praise and worship. Hence I would advice that before you label a group of people cult members because they do not use drums you should investigate why.

In the case of TV viewership pastor Kumuyi was right. He was right about TV being a source of a lot of pollution and this was the basis for the ban on TV. Does this mean TV is necessarily evil? No. It means TV is being used a tool to pollute the minds of many. If your TV is configured to only view channels that edify I am sure Kumuyi will support that. This also extends to social media and other forms of media through which polluting scenes can be viewed.

Kumuyi may be a close friend of Buhari but this does not make it mandatory that his church members must also be friends of Buhari. Kumuyi does not have to be right on every single thing just as Peter was not right in Galatians 2:14, Diotrephes was not right in 3 John 1:9-10, Demas was not right in 2 Timothy 4: 10 and Paul himself was on the verge of a fall in 2 Corithians 12:7. He only needs to be right on the fundamentals of Christianity. Kumuyi will be judged for his works just like anyone else. We all are susceptible to being fallible but thanks to Jesus we can now come boldly before the Father and obtain mercy and grace to help in the time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

Kumuyi banned revealing wedding garments and not wedding garments generally. Why must my would-be wife appear before a pastor, friends and family with half of her breasts in full display? Kumuyi's son (with his bride) was sanctioned for the wedding gown they chose which seemed to reveal parts of the bride's body.

Cults are known to have doctrines that make leaving the cult punishable by death (as is the case with apostacy in Islam and many islamic countries) but in DLCM no one will order your execution for leaving the church. Kumuyi is not authoritarian because to be authoritarian you need to have power and authority to mandate laws and customs but Kumuyi neither has the power nor authority to mandate any behavior.

There was a time anyone following the teachings of Jesus Christ were considered to be heretics, mad people, lunatics, blasphemers etc. You cannot do anything meaningful in life without being considered to be out of line with the orthodoxy and this is why no one in his or her right mind will take your last statement seriously because as far as DLCM members are concerned your views are out of line with what they consider to be orthodox and this makes you every bit what you described the DLCM members as being.

...and by the way, I am not a DLCM member...I am not a member of any denomination. All Christians are my brethren and every minister of GOD is my fountain (1 Corinthians 3:22).

I'm a young hard work guy who's planning to settle down someday. I have a girlfriend whom I have gone to see her family with my own family , as in, we have done our introduction, what was remaining was for us to fix a date for our wedding.

But this girl started showing some nasty attitude. There was a day she came to spend weekend with me and I gave her some money to buy some food stuffs to cook, that day i received the greatest shocke of my life , my fiancee warmed me never to send her message like that again that she is not my slave.

As if that was not enough. Another day she came to spend some days with me but when she got to my house I was not at home that day. She went to the bathroom to get some shower but unfortunately there was no water running in the bathroom because we didn't had light for 2days so we couldn't pump water. Normally when there's no water like that we usually fetch from the next compound. Though I live in a room and parlour self contain with water running in my kitchen and bathroom.

To cut the long story short, my fiancee refused to fetch water for herself to take her shower. She had to call me on phone to come home and fetch water for her to take her shower. When I eventually got home at late hour, I took the bucket went to fetch water for her to bath just for peace to rain. I later asked her why she had to call me to come and fetch water for her to bath knowing fully well that I was not around. She said in her house, she does not fetch water that her dad usually call Aboki's and buy water from them. She told me that she can't leave a suffering life of having to fetch water, she can never do it.

Please nairalander is this a good sign or bad sign to watch out for?

Family › Re: My Younger Brother Is A Bone In Our Throat. Pls Help! by efficiencie(m): 11:33pm On Dec 24, 2021
Cyntie55:
Good day nairalanders. Season greetings to y'all. I'm so angry right now. Please I need mature advice.

My father is not a learned person but he make sure all his children are graduates. My younger brother(last born and only son) rounded up his Nysc few months ago, we're just 2 girls. My elder sis and I. My elder sis is a nurse in Austria (3 years now), she's married with a kid in Austria. My big sister send money home once in 3 months, and I have been the one receiving the money. I share the money exactly as instructed by my big sis. I have never cheated anyone, Infact my Dad and Big sis communicate very well. My Dad trust me so much.

My younger brother is always angry, He said he feel cheated all the time. He shouts and talks to me anyhow like I'm his mate.
Honestly speaking, I gave my younger brother more love and respect that he could ever imagine. When he was serving, he would call telling me he need 10k urgently, sometimes 20k, that he will pay back. Immediately I will send it to him and he would never pay back. Same thing he does to my father.
If we ask him what's he using his allawee for?? He would angrily say so is becus we're sending him "chicken change" that's why we're asking jamb questions.

He said we don't regard him, he called my Dad a SIMP, he said my Dad listen more to my big sis and I....but he don't listen to any of his suggestions.

My brother is a 2:1 (second class upper) graduate in economics from UNIBEN. After his Nysc all he does is to sleep and eat. My Dad's good friend told my brother to come to Lagos and resume work with him. He refused. My Dad ask him if he wants to further his education (masters or professional courses)he said no....Okay follow my Dad to his cement shop and help him (my dad even promised to pay him salary) he refused....I overheard him on a call with a friend and i suspect he's now into yahoo yahoo.

Look at what happened. My big sis sent us money yesterday to celebrate this festive period. She said I should give my brother 50k, I should take 80k and give my father the rest (abt 250k). My Dad is always aware of everything.
I even added 20k out of my money and I transferred 70k to my brother, I was left with 60k (becus she also sent me hair and I plan to sell it becus I already had enough). You can imagine this ungrateful idiot started insulting me, that I cheated him. the fool angrily withdrawn the money from his account and SET IT ON FIRE (70k). He called my elder sister and started warning her saying "if he can't receive the money henceforth, she should stop sending him money again that he's the man of the house".
My Dad gave him a resetting, resounding, hot and dirty slaps. He pulled out a knife, deflated my Dad's car tyres and ran away from the house.

Everyone is not happy. I don't want my brother to live a wayward life. He's 24 years old. Please nairalanders Help!
Your brother has eaten in the same pot with the elders, if you know what I mean. Your brother is dangerous and a potential threat to your life and that of your Father and your elder sister. If all you said is true about your brother and I were in the place of your Dad, I will ostracize him immediately, give him his inheritance immediately, sell my properties that he is aware of and move to a location he has no knowledge of. Afterwards I will put him in prayer because he is on a path to self-destruction...nevertheless it would be good to also hear his own side of the story!

T0T0fucker:
good day all,

I really do need your mature opinions on this issue, I'm a young man in my early 30s. due to my personality am the kind of guy that flex alot. night life parties, clubbing and the rest.sometime last year I happened to be at the club, just like any other day..I took a girl home. (one night stand) we had sex and in the morning she left after I sorted her out.

She took my number though and from there we started chatting, due to how we clicked easily.. just like every other guy..I decided turn her to a friend with benefits...from friend with benefits....she started acting all up like a girlfriend. (coming to my house to pass the night and she can decide to leave whenever she wants) during this period, we had consexual sex raw because I was beginning to trust her a little.... that she wasn't really that bad.

Fast forward to the ending March this year, one issue led to another...and she stopped coming to my house...though we still talked sometimes on phone... later I got to know she got hooked with one rich yahoo boy.( which I didn't Care, because me na block on my own)

Next thing I saw on her whatsapp status was her traditional introduction rights, inviting her friends and well wishers, I congratulated her and moved on. after some time I saw her upload a pics of her baby bump.

Na wa o, na so it dey quick, fast forward to yesterday evening she just put to birth... which she also sent on her whatsapp status. retweeting her friends who congratulated her on her status.

Now, I haven't congratulated her yet, this has got me worried.. thinking.... "WHAT IF THIS CHILD IS MINE" I have every reason to believe it's mine.

1) calculating the month we broke up and had sex last to this December she gave birth is like few days pass 9 months.

2) the way she acted on the issue that made her stop coming to my place again... showed she already had this planned out (picked the yahoo boy over me because she knows am not going wife her...due to how we met )

3) the baby she uploaded is quite fair, and I also am fair in complexion. (her man is black)

With this I have every reason to believe that child might be mine.... but am really confused don't know what to do... have been thinking ever since yesterday night.

Can I fight this now or I should wait till the baby is grown?

Moving on when I know I have a child somewhere, my offsprings is not an option.. because I feel scammed already.
You scammed yourself dude. Walk to the dude's house and tell him the child is yours and that you want a DNA test. Come here and gist us what happened next.
Christianity Etc › Re: Does Man Bear His Sins Or He Suffers Also From The Sins Of His Father? by efficiencie(m): 12:11am On Dec 22, 2021
AntiChristian:
1.The LORD is slow to anger, abounding in love and forgiving sin and rebellion. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation.’
Numbers 14:18

2. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God,punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me
Deuteronomy 5:9

3 I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me (Exodus 20:5).

In the second and third verses (which also explains the first verse) we can clearly see that the scriptures say that the punishment of the fathers will be extended to the following generations PROVIDED THEY HATE GOD. So here we can see there is a condition and this must be highlighted

4. God justified a calamity to the people: It is because your ancestors forsook me (Jeremiah 16:11).

Dude quote the full verse. This is what the full verse says: "Then shalt thou say unto them, Because your fathers have forsaken me, saith the LORD, and have walked after other gods, and have served them, and have worshipped them, and have forsaken me, and have not kept my law" (Jeremiah 16:11) Here the LORD God being a just God was going to punish the children of Israel in the same manner as He did the Caananites, Amorites, etc because they were basically doing exactly what these people God punished did, worshipping false gods. Idolatry violates the first law of the ten commandments and its punishment is death. For the wages of sin is death.

But the opposite claim is recorded in the Bible as well.
All man will be punished only for their sins.
6.Fathers shall not be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their fathers; each is to die for his own sin.
(Deuteronomy 24:16).
7.Everyone will die for their own sin; whoever eats sour grapes—their own teeth will be set on edge (Jeremiah 31:30).
8.The one who sins is the one who will die. (Ezekiel 18:4).

9. Yet you may ask, ‘Why shouldn’t the son bear the iniquity of his father?’ Since the son has done what is just and right, carefully observing all My statutes, he will surely live. 20The soul who sins is the one who will die. A son will not bear the iniquity of his father, and a father will not bear the iniquity of his son. The righteousness of the righteous man will fall upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked man will fall upon him. 21But if the wicked man turns from all the sins he has committed, keeps all My statutes, and does what is just and right, he will surely live; he will not die.…Ezekiel 18:19-21

All the verses quoted in verses 1-4 are in agreement with the verses 6-9 because the punishment of the Fathers will only pass on to the sons if the sons are also sinners. The very verse you posted, Ezekiel 18:19-21 proves this point. If the son has done right and is just, observing the statutes of GOD he will live because he has chosen not to hate and GOD and hence the punishment of Deuteronomy 5:9 does not apply to him

Where does this leave Original Sin? This is the idea that we’re born fallen and deserve hell because of Adam’s sin, which infects us all. What foundation remains for Original Sin if it is undercut by the Bible itself?

Paul said: "For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died." Romans 7:9. This verse shows the effect of the original sin. Paul being alive without the law is in references to his life as a child not aware of the law or conscious of right or wrong but when the commandment came into his awareness and he knew what was right from what was wrong, sin revived in his and he died. Death here is not in reference to a physical death but to a supernatural death where he becomes unable to relate with the Father due to the residual levels of the HolySpirit present in him. Man is a natural sinner, one that does as he pleases irrespective of the consequence of his actions on others and hence the law was given to provide man with GOD's opinion, the standard, relating to acceptable conduct. However being devoid of the HolySpirit he could not live up to GOD's standard easily and hence there is reward for denying your desires drive by sinful nature for the purposes of living by GOD's standard. This reward was clearly stated in Joshua 1:8 "...thou shalt make thy way prosperous and then though shalt have good success". Hence any man who lives by his desires (sinful nature/original sin) and not in alignment with the law of the LORD is subject to the punishment and if his sons also lead by their desires (sinful nature/original sin) they will inherit the punishment meted to their Fathers (in agreement with Deuteronomy 5:9) but if his sons deny their sinful desires and strive to live in alignment with the law of the LORD they will find mercy and live (in agreement with Ezekiel 18:19-21).
Hence the original sin, the inheritance of the punishment of the fathers and the exemption from the inheritance of the punishment of the fathers are all consistent

Traveling is part of enjoyment and education.

But as you travel, learn to look at the beauty of nature.

Make sure you look at the trees, rivers, rocks, mountains, valleys and the countryside.

Look at the houses on the way, in the remote areas and in the towns and cities as the journey progresses.

Make sure you appreciate the beauty of the Savannah in the north and the rainforest in the south for those going from north to south.

Try to behave as a child by asking questions in your mind concerning the small things you see on the way.

Questions like: Why does that bird I am seeing over there have 3 colors in it's feathers?

Why is that river flowing through that forest. Of course, those questions need not be answered. It only helps you to be a child temporarily.

It helps to heal someone's body and soul. It heals someone in a way undreamt of.

Don't just stay in the bus/car praying for the journey to end.

Try to enjoy the journey.

Make sure you buy any local delicacy of any town on the road if such delicacy is sold along the way.

Relax your mind, afterall being agitated during the journey would not suddenly land you where you are going. Why must you tense up when it would not help you in any way? It won't help you arrive sooner.

So relax your mind and make sure you enjoy your journey because it heals the brain.
You put pictures of people flying to their destination and yet speak of traveling as though you are talking to persons traveling by land. Oga nor dey misdirect people oh. For those who want to see trees, enjoy the view of rivers etc get your heart ready to also encounter the awesome beauty, unimaginable ambience and the breathtaking experience of bandits, armed robbers in uniform, boko haram, kidnappers, ritualists and of course a lot of evil spirits.
Christianity Etc › Re: Can The Creator "Judge" The Created by efficiencie(m): 1:23pm On Dec 21, 2021
KnownUnknown:
I told a Christian that if man is made in the image of god, then god is a supernatural ape. Of course he vehemently disagreed.
However, he didn’t explain why humans have similarities to other Apes (of course he can’t explain anything) So I maintain that this god is Super Chimp. He gets angry and throws shit everywhere like an ape.
Your conclusion about GOD being a supernatural ape is based on the assumption that since man has similar characteristics with Apes then GOD must be an Ape but your assumption has flaws. (1) You mention "Ape" like that is the description of a single specie and you claim GOD must be like such a specie. Presently there are about 20 species of apes (Source) so which of these species is the exact form of GOD. Remember you have to search for the earliest specie of apes in the evolutionary tree. Good luck with that search. (2) For your statement to make sense you have to also assume that man evolved from Apes (and hence Apes were created in the image of GOD). However there are questions you cannot answer concerning the evolution of man from apes. (a) Evolution still cannot conclusively tell us how matter transited from inorganic to organic. (b) Evolution could not explain the Cambrian explosion. (c) At what point in the evolutionary tree did the mind evolve? (that is even if we know what the "mind" is) (d) We are yet to discover the site of the mind-body interaction and we also don't know how mind-body interaction evolved. (e) Evolution does not explain the evidence of intelligent design observed in all of creation (the double helix structure of the DNA, the fine-tuning of the cosmos with the incredibly fine precision of physical constants, the comprehensibility of the cosmos and the incredibly impossible odds that the universe generated information by accident (origin of information accident).

These points all attack your tacit recourse to evolution as the basis of your argument! Quite frankly you have to be an undisputed champion among fools to believe that random undirected events happening over billions upon billions of years could account for the amazing levels of complex ordering we see today. Someone will tell me that the appearance of the Fibonacci sequence in flowers, plants, crustaceans etc is a sheer accident. Madness on an unimaginable level.
