I am caught in between painting and tiling the frontage of my build. I have seen half tiles and half painting and also full tiles /full paints.

Please advise, I wish to follow the current trend.

Before you’d notice this, things would have gone very bad.

This looks more like capillary action. The sandfilling of the compound and the installation of the interlocking stones seems to be a culprit here.
Higher ground level outside the building increased by flower beds and unplanned porches which takes the damp proof course above the ground level internally can also cause this.

Possible solutions includes (but not limited to):

- Sloping backfill around the building
- Installation of drainage mat and waterproof membrane around the foundation wall.
- Perimeter drainage

I’ve never been and will never be scammed in Nigeria. Trust is the currency of fraud. Since I have none then I’m immune.

Alright Ade. I will call you directly for more explanation. No need to go back and forth here. People might read things differently. If need be, and Focusmind is willing, alongside HSL Broker, a conference call wouldn't be a bad idea.

People dragging anyone around here without the way it's been done in the past here doesn't help anyone. It rather makes people look bad before the eyes of innocent members here.

In the course of work execution. Everyone experiences challenges. A good run with a client, might not be a good a run with another client with a different understanding of things.

boss thank for ur message this is adedward but remember u don't give this work to do in the first place, it's hsl broker u give this work to not me, and I am not the one came to install the windows because I don't want any probs, so if u see any complained about the windows u have to call hsl broker for repair and hsl broker will call me, but instead of doing dat u keeping call me, and I said I will help u to do it, but since today the person u give work to have not call me for any repairs in ur project, and u are keeping shout my name, did I collect work from u pls, u are free to tell everyone here if u give me work, pls call the person u give the project to do, pls if it's true u have anything to do with ur windows he is the one will tell me thanks,

Good morning all. This is a shout out to Adedward aluminum. He did a very good job despite the challenges he faced while doing my project. He lost his mother. May her gentle soul rest in peace. I know she is gentle because she raise a gentle and hard working man. He did not use my money to bury his mother and then start giving excuses as some would have done. He did not do a shoddy job and old wife tale as some would have done.
My mum visited the site and she prayed and prayed for the classy job that was done. My friend visited the site and was impressed. His performance on the windows now encourage me to engage him for the bathroom doors. I can attest to the quality of job he did for me and recommends him to those in need of his professional service.
I have given positive feedback to Imran roofing and Adedward Aluminum. If I give you work and you did not perform I will come here and shout.

I can confidently say that the Chief Willie Obiano International Airport Umueri when it begins operations, will be the busiest airport in the South after MMIA. Onitsha businessmen will turn the place to a beehive of activity as they fly to Guangzhou, Seoul, Germany, USA, South Africa, Taiwan etc to close multi billion dollar business deals and bring in billion dollar cargoes.

When was the airport christened Chief Willie Obiano int’l airport? I hope he doesn’t name it after himself...that would be immodest of him!

The routes you mentioned are good, but it all depends on Abuja approving them and allowing willing international airlines to serve the airport. I know why i’m cautious in this regard....this is Nigeria with its caustic envy, badbelle and ‘Ndigbo should be held down’ attitude!
