berrystunn:They didn't come back from anywhere. They are still standing by what they said on it since 2017. And it is clearly reflected here. They did not band or ask people not to trade it. |
Biafran4life:With NSE and Nigerian business you can not be too certain. The first two shots was March 2017. There was no pandemic then. The third one is late February 2020 while the last middle of March 2020..

alphascorpio:From personal experience/view Zenith Bank is not TB friendly. I have tried them severally to no avail. You should have accounts with different banks if you intend to invest in TB so that you can switch when needed. Banks like Stanbic IBTC, First Bank, GTB and Former Diamond Bank are those that works for me. I don't know if access is okay for it. |
SanctifiedSista:Who come ask you about am na? This tactic is outdated already. Go learn a new one. |
QuinModah:You have been around the investment section for a while but you it seem you just discovered this thread last night. I am surprised...! But not completely because those Agritech Welcome.. ! |
Opzyyy:1.5 quarterly. Rates are quoted per annum except specified otherwise. |
seyisanya:While thinking of liquidating and buying dollar from Bureau de Change, he should also be thinking of how to invest it back to his desired Euro Bond because that is where the difficulty lies. Last week, I tried to deposit dollar to an investment account. The teller asked If the account was mine and told that it wasn't. He then told me to ask the owner of the account to come and deposit himself. I just left without further enquiries. The next day I was at another branch of FCMB for same purpose. I enquired and was told to fill their registerand fill the teller for it. After several attempts to post, I was told that cash deposits are not allowed into that account. I can only make transfers to the account. That's where another problem lies. From what I gathered personally, Banks these days are not accepting transfer from a Nigerian bank dorm account to another especially when it was cash deposited. A dollar cash deposit made can only be withdrawn before usage as it is only dollars received through transfers that could be also be transferred to another account. So everything seem complicated.. So, if he is convinced that his fixed deposits should be converted to Eurobond the easiest and less complicated way to do it is to go with his broker especially if he is sure of getting dollars back when his investment matures... Of course that comes with a cost... Transfers in banks are not free too. So he will have to weigh his option and choose what suits him best... |
chigo4u:I don't think there is any. Though I have not gone round all the banks. Most banks I have interacted with treat dorm account as current account. Current account s do not pay interest instead you are charged for COT after transaction. |
Henryjp:The para-military agencies under ministry of interior of which Civil Defence is part was categorised into 3 Cadres. The least was Assistant Cadre where CCA belonged, followed by Inspectorate Cadre and the Superintendent Cadre which was the highest. The highest level in Assistant Cadre was level 7. From there if you wish to grow more you will have to get additional qualification and seek conversion. However, it seem things have changed there now different from what I used to know. |
Yes, it has been very slow opening it with MTN network and chrome. These few days and I was thinking it's mine alone that's affected. |

QuinModah:Nothing is 100%. Not absolutele but in general terms it very true. Even online business people that will not state their prices in the open but will want to draw you into their WhatsApp or Telegram page have an agenda; It is either they are not selling anything (but want to corner and dupe you) or they could sell the items at a lower price but want to corner you and sell it at an exhobitant price. |
StacyO:She should keep them for the abnormal days...There are days she must wear them..Those will come in handy then. |
NYSC - Was N9,500 Then, job was N40,000 |
emmanuelewumi:The hand writing was very clear on the wall... The easiest way I identify any investment not to enter these days especially if it is being marketed online is when there are group of people pretending to be investors cajoling other people and talking down other investment on the thread created for them. Even when they are not contacted. I was seriously considering Crypt0 before the recent CBN regulation and still willing to give it a try after but the display I am seeing here is not far from it so I missing it the juice in it. There was the days of Liberty Reserve as digital currency not too long ago. It existed from around 2006 and ceased to operate in 2013 yet nothing happened. For MBA, Nigerians started with MMM, Twinkas, Hi- Charity and a host of others it came with. The government warned but like flies that was destined to go to grave with corpse they didn't Listen and it came to pass. Then came MBA Forex and some other funny forex /Agritech investments schemes being marketed around of recent. Their agents target thread where they is serious money/investment discussions and invade to prey on gullible investors. Like MMM and MBA forex subscribers will say.. ' is it your money?' Then they are calling the same government to help them collect the money c "Maxwell when they all invested money that they could loss and not lose sleep." Hmmmmm |
Oritna94:Bukayo has been left out as a precaution due to a sore hip |
I was thinking I will see names like: Bukayo Saka - Arsenal FC Tami Abraham - Chelsea FC Folarin Balogun - Arsenal FC Authur Okonkwo - Arsenal FC and co... |
Racoon:Gen Danbazzau was inherited the same way he inherited power with everything that came with it. As soon as he is able to make his own appointments, he dropped him. Took Gen Ihejirika and subsequently Gen Minimah. |
olaNL:You did not understand the message passed before commenting. Check the word concession in the dictionary first. Do you know the terms of the contract? Do you know how much they have paid or will be paying the Federal Government on it? If you don't, then you do not have enough knowledge to comment on whether it's expensive or not. It much more than just developing a website or an app. |
olaNL:Seek to understand the message first before you start offering prayers that may turn back to hurt you. Even if the company is own by one of them, so long as it will reduce racketeering and unnecessary bribe seeking attitude of those NRC workers and they remit the government part of the money then all is good to me. I have someone that wanted to get a ticket for Abuja- Kaduna last week. One of their staff was given to him for ease of getting ticket. He called the staff to help to help him get one. The cost of the ticket was N2,600 and he sent her N3,000 only for the lady to call back and start telling her that why didn't he add anything extra na. If not that they deliberately delay the selling till when people are gathered in overwhelming numbers and very close to boarding time. There would not have been any need for even asking her to help in the first place. The lady kept calling to disturb to him money. He got to the station about 30 mins to the boarding time. The lady was not there but kept the ticket with her colleague. When he got there he gave the person he collected it from N1,000 and call the other lady to thank her that he has collect it. The first she asked was if he dropped the money, and he said yes. She then asked again if he left instruction that the money should be kept specifically for her because that is her transport for the day ooo. After hearing all this, I asked myself if NRC worker are not paid salary. I am not against giving tips if your mind tells you to but for someone to want to tie all her problems to customers who may have their own problems too is not right. Now if everyone have access to book online. It can will help customers to properly schedule their trip. You can book 5 days ahead of you so wish from the comfort of your house without the need to beg anybody. |
This your complain, is it only on Nairaland? If you dey use Twitter make it there then tag them and other influencers. |
Fheelzz:The actions of scammers are just like that of thieves, terrorists, ritualists, rapists and all others perpetrators of vices, they do not know nationalities. |
I just discovered now that GLeesMODEL and AlexReport are one and the same person though it may not be hidden before but I just noticed. Alex has made several attempts at laundering the image of this man. But those things do not work all the time. The Commandant General has been said to have bowed out on his own and handed over to his most senior deputy yesterday. |
From the horse's mouth.

michoim:There is more to this things than meet the eyes. A police officer just told me that has to be that way for some possible reasons. 1. He ought to have known better being that he is an officer. He should have been the one advising against such. 2. The kidnapping/car theft business is still thriving because of people like him who buys what they stole. Thus, he aided and abetted the crime. 3. His fellow police officer( Prosecutor) also proved beyond reasonable doubt that he was aware that the car was stolen before buying it. That is a conduct unbecoming of a police officer. It is also a very serious misconduct. |
ositadiima1:There are things you should not teach others no matter how much/well you know them. Those includes anything that's is criminal in the eyes of the law. That you know how shoot gun does not mean you should teach everyone irrespective of their aims for wanting to learn. Please be guided on that. |

Tumbulum:Which country? Abeg make we dey put blame for appropriate quotas. |
jboixxx:Some people could be uncultured that's why they will just insult people anyhow. That said, the particular post your post was instigated by the person he quoted. Personally, how a seller respond to customer is what will make me as a person reach out to him when I need anything he/she sells. I come here quietly observe and pick who to deal with. I will share a discussion with you. @Olayinkajr We are not all the same. No 2 people can be the same. Also, asking you treat a customer well is nothing bad. |
