Lol. Don't mind that werey guy.

I don't know where they get their assumptions that all Nigerian women want to be stay at home mums. Certainly not me though. cheesy

Now I understand why you clamour for statistics all the time.

Hmmmm that's true. That's why some women have gap years after childbirth and all of that. Returning back to the workforce won't be all that easy.
Leave Twitter people and their foolishness. The late girl's brother came out to debunk the claim of everything they've been insinuating.
Look at the way those people were happy the lady died instead of them to face the murderer!

There's no justification for murder even if a lady decides to follow a rich man. Women get killed too even with poor men.

Sometimes I'm disappointed at Wizarab's hot takes on Twitter because he's a lawyer and also my senior colleague from school. He should know better.
To an extent, I appreciate his pro-men's tweet because the likes of Uloma, KikiMordi and Moe were running on rampage with false and baseless accusations of young men, with Uloma behaving like a very beautiful witch castigating men upandown. For fighting against that ideology, I applaud Wizarab and Co.

However, when people lie, even in order to advance their ideologies, I find it distasteful. My issue is his lie, and he had to delete everything after the brother denied everything. Unfortunately, the narrative has spread. That is the issue with lies narrated many times, people start seeing them as truth.

As for women who like money, women are humans, humans like money. As a man, I don meet women wey dey like chook eye for man money, I cut them off or don't associate with them. I steer clear off from what I don't like. Other men should do the same and leave the women for men wey fit afford their costs. I wonder why customers who can only purchase Aboki wristwatches get annoyed that Rolex's watches are expensive. Even at that, as you said, women married to poor men have been killed by their husbands. The issue is murder, not whether she too like money or not. Na why I dey happy when UK authorities arrest those modafvckers. It gives me joyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy grin

As for the data, that is the reason for the so-called "gender pay gap", rather than companies intentionally paying women less than men. Unmarried women earn as much as married men.

3) Our village farmers no longer go to farm. The inflation on food price is just beginning, in 2 years time, we all will see how scarce food will be. From every corner of Nigeria, the story is the same.

You go to farm, its either armed men kidnap you or you get killed. You succed in farming, when its time for harvest, the armed men either loot the farm or they burn it down. The stories are the same everywhere. Even in the South East where people are saying ESN is protecting them, the killing of farmers is happening there. And the worst part of it, there is no solution in site. Go and ask all those with rice mill and see how they now struggle to get rice to mill, unlike before when the farmers beg them to come and buy. If care is not taking, soon the food we will be selling at the markets will be food imported from neighbouring countries. The industrial and commercial farmers we have mainly serve our industries. What makes food cheap in Nigeria are our local farmers who farm from all angles, but currently those local farmers have either been killed, their farmland destroyed or have abandoned their village and have gone to the city for fear of been killed. We all saw the video of Benue people running away from their homes. 90% of those people might not come back to their village again, and these are the farmers that help make food cheaper. Go to Jos, Benue, Zamfara, Katsina< Kebbi, Nasarawa etc. Same stories. Farmers are being displaced. Go to Niger state, Kaduna, same thing. Just pass Birnin Gwari area in Kaduna state. A farming community, bubbling with farm produce markets have now been reduced to ghost towns. These states are the farm powerhouse of Nigeria. Yet instead of govt to tackle this issue, they are busy bursting and sealing peoples warehouse and Nigerians are hailing the govt. If I may ask, is this the first time that people started doing "storage of food commodity." Instead of the govt to tackle supply issue, they are busy release "storage". When the "storage" finish, what next.

I will end with this... You dont blame a Lion for preying on the Antelope, because its the nature of the Lion to feed on live animals. So also, I dont these fulani men for trying to displace people across Nigeria, esp in the south, it is in their nature to conquer lands. I blame the people, esp the
Buhari ensured that happened without hindrance, but we have Nairalanders who keep attacking me for calling out his incompetence and their support of the incompetent dullard in 2015.

The other one voted for Buhari in 2015 after attempting illegal migration during the '90s. He is in his 50s.

You nailed it, should bauchi, kogi nd others have lots of entry level jobs paying as low as 80~100k, the cost of living will automatically increases, its basic &simple econs. An example is oyo that was touted as one of cheapest before not now anymore. Although, the stats nairametrics put up is debatable cos there is no way those states will be ahead of lago7
Food inflation, not cost of living. The heading is wrong. The body mentions only food inflation.

"match up" - Not on the same level, intellectually, financially, popularity. Men study and work to be able to afford and provide a comfortable life, most women still want to be seat at home wives and so eager to marry a rich man even after their dad trained them in the university.

You are right, i don't support crime, but do you think that mother and her daughter never knew that guy killa boi was a criminal. If her dad was alive, he would have beaten common sense into his daughter, but trust some mothers, once they kno the guy has money. They don't care about the source of the money. Until sh*t happen, they will start shedding crocodile tears, they could have avoided.
Have you met women working in corporate Nigeria? You know, the auditors, bankers, doctors, senior teachers, nurses etc?

As for wanting to marry a financially stable man, it is appropriate because, in developing countries, most women tend to resign after marriage. In the developed world, women's earnings plummet because they have to leave the workforce for some years after the birth of their first child. It is called the Motherhood Tax/Penalty. https://www.economist.com/interactive/graphic-detail/2024/01/30/how-motherhood-hurts-careers

As for the slain lady, there was no report of the dad whatsoever. That was the mere figmentation of the fogly-looking Wizarab10 who conjured mumbo-jumbo in his regular Manchester alfa meilism.

I and my colleagues travelled to rural areas across all region in Nigeria, sensitizing the villagers on the need for having bank account. This is under our financial inclusion drive. After our journey, I can say that Nigeria is blessed beyond measures, we have too many resources and tourist areas that can bring in huge revenues to the locals and the govt also... But thats not the reason why am creating this thread.

My reasons for creating this thread are as follow:

1) If status quo remain, Nigeria will be conquered by the Fulanis before the year 2100. Let me not expose much, before some people will come for my head, but by the year 2100, the population of Christians to Muslims in Nigeria will be around 85%muslims and 15percent christians.

The traditional rulers across all the state and locality will be emirs, all the elected officials across the arms and ranks of gov will be muslims. Some states name could be renamed because it may sound offensive to them. You will no longer hear "Obi of this", "Eze of that", "Oba of there" "Olu of here", "sarki of this" etc all you will be hearing is emir, emir, emir and emir.... Kwara is a case study.

These armed men flow in from the entire west africa and gradually take cover in our forest. Its only time that will reveal their plans.

There is nothing new that you wrote that I have written for donkey years on the Internet! Nothing new. Mind you, it is not 2100, but 2050. By then, Nigeria would be an Islamic Republic. The name would be: the United African Republic (the release then was a teaser). Nothing would stop it unless the country divides. But here is the catch: for a country to divide in this century, there has to be a war. Kosovo, Sudan and Sudan are good examples. There has been no peaceful division of any country in this century and won't be any till thy kingdom come. Even that of Sudan was successful because the US supported South Sudan after the elites lobbied the Democratic and Republican Parties. Unlike Omar of Sudan, who ab initio was sanctioned by the West, the West LOVE Fulani elites, and in return, Fulani elites have worked their through eh corridors of Western powers.

Northern Christian elites tried doing the same by lobbying the Republican Party using the Evangelical Wing of the party. That recorded a bit of success as Trump called out the persistent butchering of Christians in Nigeria and enlisted the country on the list of countries that persecute Christians in the world. Just to state it here: there are more slain Christians in Nigeria than China or North Korea. Yes. A Christian from Benue would LIVE A LONG LIFE practicing his/her religion in Pyongyang than Markudi. That is a fact. Unfortunately, the work by Northern Christian elites was cut short by Trump losing the election and the Islamist lovey-dovey Democratic Party coming to power. Who was elected? Biden. Who did Buhari, the biggest patron of Fulani militia, meet few days before the 2015 election? Biden. Obadiah Mailafia was part of those Northern Christian elites who worked with the Evangelical Wing of the GOP to inform them of the atrocities Christians go through the north. What happened to him? The only way pressure can be continued, or at least publicity against the heinous slaughtering of Christians in the north, is if Trump wins this year. If Trump loses, forget it, that is the end. By then, the Evangelical Wing would focus on preserving the White dominance in the US. In other words, they would have to fight for their survival before someone else.

I am surprised you didn't mention the Muslim-Muslim presidency, which would ensure there is an uninterrupted Muslim presidency for 24 years! That is, Buhari, Tinubu and most likely El-Rufai (since the present VP is from the North East). Here is the plot: El-Rufai would choose a Muslim; after all, it was allowed for eight years. He did it in Kaduna, and the new governor continued from where he stopped. Once started, that is the end. It does not end. El-Rufai's VP would be Yoruba; I am thinking Fashola. 2015 - 2023, 2023 - 2031 and 2031 - 2039 all having Muslim presidents, with the last two having Muslim-Muslim presidents and vice. Yemi would be the last Christian elected to Aso Rock.

You also did not mention the silence of the fake pastors in Nigeria, especially the tie-knotting, British English speaking and UK/Canada/USA crusade hosting pastors and their gospel noisemakers musicians. Let me it state unequivocally that NO PROMIMENT PASTOR IN THE SOUTH except Oyedepo has condemned the brutal slaughtering of Christians in the north. None whatsoever! Nigeria has the highest concentration of wealthy pastors in the world, all located in the south. But none of them has offered succour to Christians in the north! None at all! In fact, none has organised a crusade in the north! In fact, the last time Adeboye was in the north was to solicit for the release of his RCCG members who were kidnapped. He met with the then governor, El-Rufai, who your lovey-dovey never-should-be-criticised-man-of-god described as "kind and caring man". Yes, one of Nigeria's most prominent, influential and wealthiest pastors called the governor of a state where Christians have been brazenly murdered as "kind and caring". What about Poju Oyemade, who invited El-Rufai for a talk show? Let's not forget the IFitness-gym loving pastor of Paul Adefarasin.

It is why I don't regard any pastor from the south. They are for their pockets! All your pastors have second citizenship. In fact, top RCCG and Winners Chapel pastors have either American or British passports. I see Christ Embassy as another church that can ensure the elite pastors possess second citizenships.

Gerrard59:
This pastor, just like his other pastorprenuers, whose churches have branches in only economically viable states and Abuja, has never condemned the continuous, consistent and relentlessly butchering of Christians in Northern Nigeria. In fact, no megachurch General Overseer has whispered, let alone murmured, as to why Nigeria has the highest number of slain Christians globally than even an atheist nation such as China. Meanwhile, Nigeria has some of the richest pastors in the world, and actually in Africa.

It is why I am not moved or fazed by what a Nigerian pastor of a church based in the south has to say. There is nothing they know about the Bible that I don't know. The day anyone who knows me off Nairaland sees me in a church in Southern Nigeria, know that I am there to hunt for toto to fvck. Nothing else. I will be there to hunt for beautiful, naive, and sometimes confused ladies to have sexual romps with. I will have them give me different sex styles ranging from cowgirl to missionary to reverse cowgirl to spooning. As icing on the cake, I will request for exhilarating anal rimming, then continue to a sensational BJ which will end with me cu.ming on their delightful faces then finish off with cu.mming into their mouths. After which, they swallow my hot cu.m. I rather watch paint dry off the wall than listen to whatever a so-called mOG of a church in the south has got to spew, whereas none has condemned the killing of Christians in the north.

Modafvckers!
My dear friend also asked this question and here are the responses: https://www.nairaland.com/6702307/whats-future-southern-nigeria-north

I also predicted the same thing immediately after Tinubu's victory: https://www.nairaland.com/7621766/tinubus-nigeria-nigeria-2050

You have some ignorant Igbos (I met one yesterday) who believe that Igbo land cannot be Islamised. Don't mind them. In fact, islamising the region would be very easy. It is simple. Kill the men and marry the women. As you mentioned, it is happening in Enugu and there is a large Muslim population in Imo. You also mention the discoveries in Abia. Once Benue and Plateau are conquered this decade, the next focus would be on the south east. Once the region is conquered, that is the end, as the southeast contains the highest concentration of Christians in Nigeria. Islamise Igbos, and Nigeria becomes an Islamic Republic. The south south would be a walkover. You see, this ignorance many Nigerian Christians have is not even my issue, but the arrogance with which they have display it. I have met someone from Plateau and told him Plateau would be Fulanised, but he said "it cannot never happen" and "I exaggerate events and issues". It is the ignorance and arrogance that makes not to pity Christians in Nigeria. As I told the ignorant and arrogant Igbo lad yesterday, I would stop discussing Nigeria's future till when events unfold completely. But one thing is clear, I would GLOAT, MOCK AND DERIDE all your tie-knotting pastors and hand-waving Christians. I am so goooooood at gloating at people I warned.

In fact, my wish is to be somewhere in the Caribbean laughing when Nigeria becomes an Islamised Republic! I would never deactivate this account because I would be here to MOCK, DERIDE, SCORN, GLOAT, SNEER and SPIT at their faces. It would give me the stiffest erection, which I would use to fvck Carribeans baddies while their sons slam heads five times daily wearing 3-quarter trousers and your daughters adorn the Niqab like 21st century masquerades!

Nigeria would be Islamised, nothing will stop it. Trump's emergence might slow things, but if he loses, that is the end.

Oga TWoods,

The majority of a country's wealthy WOULD always be in their dominant society. The wealthiest Singaporeans, South Africans, British, Japanese, Koreans, Russians, Chinese, Emiratis etc., all reside in their countries. It is logical and simple mathematics. Why would/should the majority of Nigeria's wealthiest reside outside Nigeria - where there are more Nigerians than elsewhere?

Forget that thing o. A typical Nigerian lady expect you to prove that you're capable of caring for her and her offsprings. While a few immature ones would be concerned about the infatuation which y'all call 'love', the majority of Nigerian girls would go for guys who are financially capable and generous. You just have to prove your capability to be the man and breadwinner of the house.
That is a female's behaviour across the world. Women are hypergamous. ALL over the world, women want men who can provide.

That mother, is day dreaming, if she thinks anything would happen. You can't roll with bad boys and expect them to behave responsible. And she the woman or her daughter can't say, they don't know that boy was into alot of shady business.
No be that Killaboy who butchered his girlfriend and fled? That is a criminal offence. Just because a woman follows a rich boyfriend does not mean she should be killed. We should condemn murder in its entirety. If a woman bills you too much, let her go. On one hand, we criticise women for following rich men, but we also have women who have been killed by poor men.

Murder is a crime, no ifs or buts.

Sadly, the average Southern youth is not interested in farming. He would rather be wearing tight jeans up and down, displaying unnecessary anger and rudeness on social media, blaming government for everything under the sun and demanding that govt subsidise every aspect of his life, making references to 'in the abroad' or 'in a sane climate' despite never stepping foot outside Nigeria, and generally deluding himself about his place in society and the world.
Yet the south is more prosperous and safer than the north. Global economics and trade have shown that regions with high agriculture GDP/employment ratio tend to be poorer.

Another Nigerian who missed Economics classes during his SS1 - SS3 days.

@bold part, the mindless printing of money ought to have been tied to real output that can translate goods.

Instead of handing idle or barely working civil servants salary from such money, they should have worked with manufacturers of food. Give themational strategic grain reserve. InsteAd they handed the governors who went straight to the forex market. The last place any sane economics want to take printed cash to.

The sensible thing to do at this moment is import of food to curb short term hunger and aggressive production drive to boost GDP in medium and long term. Dry season farming is good but not enough.
No mention of the destructive activities of Fulani herdsmen who are have slaughtered people across the country and their farmlands.

You people are not ready to tell the truth. I won't be surprised you campaigned and voted for Buhari in 2015. It is so glaring.

Una never see anything. Prepare to buy bread at 5k soon. Fuel will soon be increased to 750 to reduce subsidy payment . Landlord will increase rent to reflect new price of cement and other building materials. I heard Uber corolla is now 5m, no more hope for the average Nigerian to buy tokumbo car unless they will manage Nigerian used that is giving the former owner problems. As dollar is increasing, price of rice is going up as well. Today diesel is 1400 and it will soon reflect on commodity . Custom now use 1500 to calculate duty and this new development is yet to reflect on commodity. When it does, some people will start living on trees and eat the leaves .

I think APC voters should just admit a mistake was made so we can forgive them and start planning a way to compel the government to think of its citizens first
They will never do such a thing! APC supporters are not only wicked and cruel, but also proud of it. These people have proclaimed that they don't regret voting for APC, and would do it again. Look, you need to know the people who you call fellow Nigerians. An APC supporter is ready to see you suffer even if s/he knows the solution to the problem affecting both of you. People who campaigned for Buhari in 2015, notwithstanding his antecedents dating to 1984, then voted for him in 2019. Some even voted for him in 2011 and repeated it till 2019. Those people are demons!

There are the tribalists, too. As long as it does affect other ethnic groups, especially Igbos, they are satisfied. Their sole aim is never to see an Igbo man or someone who Igbos support in Aso Rock. It gives them an erection so bad!

Organise an election today between Tinubu vs Peter Obi, and the former would win for that very reason. Pit Akpabio vs Kwankwaso, and the latter would win it. Do Atiku vs Jonathan and the Waziri of Adamawa would win. In fact, pit Udom Emmanuel against a goat and your fellow Nigerians would vote for that goat.

You need to understand how your fellow Nigerians think.

Cc Gerr.ard59. Damn then you guys are suffering there omho and now with the salary Threshold, things will get harder.
Good luck to those involved. Very few people would qualify for that salary threshold sha. There are many factors which contribute to a fresh immigrant who studied in the UK attaining that threshold.

It doesn't go that way believe me, the moment you are cool, you care about her, and you are comfortable as a guy, she start taking you for a fool. Don't let it be a surprise that the girl you are caring for, spending on is busy nacking one street urchin who doesn't care about her existence until he wants to flex his john thomas.
Then that girl/lady doesn't genuinely like you.

No genuine desire, no relationship. You, as a man, deserve to be liked too.

Does Nigeria still produce enough cocoa for export? undecided
Nigeria currently exports more cocoa than Ghana. Ivory Coast and Ghana had serious weather disruptions, thus pushing buyers to move to Nigeria. As I write, Nigerian cocoa farmers and exporters are making a lot of money.

Na Buhari cause wetin we dey go through now or why are we always good at looking for others to blame when the person to be blamed is someone we 'like'?
Buhari closed borders; allowed his Fulani brothers to wreck people's investments and destroy lives; didn't stop oil theft; permitted brazen printing of the naira and corruption and many more.

Why do you Buharists find it hard to accept your darling incompetent ret@rd was a colossal failure?!
