Romance › Re: I Lost my job, my girlfriend dumped me and nairalanders saved me from suicide by ghettochild(m): 11:19pm On Apr 08, 2020 |
Tankunland: Because I still loved her very much because of our history and how far we had come i didnt delete her number on my phone so I called and when I said hello she just started to weep, like weep profusely and I asked why is she crying and can she explain that picture on Facebook, she said she gave birth to a baby boy.
You can imagine my reaction guys. I was dumpfounded and didn't know what to say for close to a minute then she said she didn't abort the pregnancy I gave her money for as the pregnancy actually belonged to her baby daddy which makes the boy his.
At this juncture I was so confused and asked her was she cheating on me even those times mom just died and she said yes but I should forgive her and i been foolish forgive her but told her we couldn't date again but from my heart I forgive her because she showed lot of remorse through that phone call we had and after that day she would call and tell me how the guy is maltreating her, how he doesn't feed her and the new baby and I started sending 5k per week to her for her upkeep and that of the baby.
I made sure I called her always, made her happy and smile again. I would go from my end to hers at iyana ipaja to see her, we started becoming close again and when the baby was 3 months old the guy beat her up and I told her to leave where she was and come back to her mom's and I would take care of her feeding and that of the kid. I was making money and i sincerely loved her so I believed I was doing the right thing and I got seriously ill in December of 2018 all this while we weren't dating again but we were already so close again and i remember she came home with that lil boy to take care of me and oh Goodness this boy was the perfect replica of me.
That day she came she cooked for me, gave me my drugs, washed my dirty clothes and she decided to pass the night and we had the most powerful and most passionate love making session we ever had and cried together and she promised never to hurt or cheat on me again so I we decided to come back together. ( I had forgotten a leopard never changes it's spots). You weren't smart then.. How can she be remorse when she realized her baby daddy is still d person he has always been... She played on ur feelings knowing u loved her.. There r so many of this girl out there. Do u know why they make this mistakes.. They do so all in d name of first love or he is my babydaddy |

Education › Re: Lagos Pegs Entry Age Into JSS1 At 12 Years by ghettochild(m): 12:53pm On Apr 07, 2020 |
yers6: I swear!!!!!!!! This is the best policy in education sector in recent years. Was still discussing this very crucial issue with woman days ago!!!!
Imagine a scenario whereby some new generation 'sophisticated' parents wants their wards in JSS 1 at the age of 7, 8, 9 or 10 and by the time the kid is 16 or 17, would already be done with university! And then by 19 would be done with nysc and then start working. And for those in majority, may not get a good job at that stage and so, life problems start hitting them with so much frustration which they were not fully prepared or grounded to face and then they resort to drugs, prostitution and other dangerous vices just to keep face or survive!
And there is where the challenge starts. Because they are still teenagers with the enormous mantle of grown adult's headaches, they become so directionless in life especially because most Nigerian men don't intend to settle down maritally or even take life very serious till they are 30 years and above. FACT!
Come to clubs on the island and you would weep for the new generations our so called enlightened and cosmopolitan parents are now raising. You would see young girls of 15, 16 from mostly Christian and Religious higher institutions of learning like Covenant, Babcock (the Babcock lady giving head last year in the viral video comes to mind here), Redeemers, Mountain Top, Caleb, Unilag, Leads, Alkhima, Afe Babalola, etc, flooding some of the most exquisite, expensive and classy night clubs on the island, in Owerri, Benin, PH, Abuja every and every weekend!
Or why do you think new exquisite clubs are opening up every other day in Lagos and those cities mentioned? High rate of slay queens everywhere? Or astronomical numbers of mamalawos on IG? Or the fact that weed, codeine, and other 'get high' drugs are recording the craziest sales ever? Its beyond just the fact there are big boys ready to spend but simply because the young and willing underage girls from the higher institutions of learning abounds massively like the sands in the ocean. You see young girls at age 17, 18, 19 among them already having flapping and seriously sagged breasts**.
And you begin to wonder if they are not young girls from so called prestigious and religious universities where security was very tight, where morals were preached and impacted on all fronts, where their parents spend fortunes on them to be in so called best schools?
If you were one brought up in a strict home and responsible background and happen to see things as they are in those cities mentioned, you would weep bitterly.
Don't get get this submission wrong as this is not to generalise that all underaged kids in universities are bad or irresponsible. Far from it. Still a lot are well raised and doing remarkably well even after graduation. Because age at times doesn't translated to maturity. But the danger lies in having kids who are not raised well to fully absorb the crude shocks of life in the majority!
How can you explain so many 16 years olds in 400 level in universities but are already deeply enmeshed in drug abuse? Or the girls that have committed several abortions that they have lost counts? Or those who have been to 100's of exquisite clubs in and out of the country at age 16/17? Thats why you see so many childish comments on social media posts and forum especially on Nairaland in recent years and you begin to wonder, who are these so called young adults with terribly childish mentality? How can you then explain the highest numbers of young boys and girls committing suicides in recent years when we all know Nigerian rarely commit suicide? By time the damage has been seriously done on those boys and girls, you now see their mother's en masse in churches and other religious gatherings seriously praying and fasting for God to touch the soul of those already destroyed children.
We play and pray too much in this country! This is all beautiful nonsense u have just typed here... So u saying its cos these lots are younger or come from rich homes.. And who says poor man's kids ain't worse even if they can't afford going to night clubs... Bros ur brain dey pain u.. I see nothing here but hatred for kids from affluent homes.. Abeg go work n make ur kids enter university at age 23 to 25..ode oshi |

BTW, vitamin C can induce diarrhea, so get yourself some pampers before following Dr. Makinde's advice. You are stupid.... Did trump tell people to start using the chloroquine and for your info.. Its the chloroquine they are still using to combat the covid... Educated illiterate |

And if it's a must Naira Marley must face the penalty too for breaching social distancing rules. Then all other 20+ guests should be arrested as well
We all know the manhunt to search for the remaining guests will be audio

Romance › Re: How To Cope With A Stingy Boyfriend? by ghettochild(m): 3:20pm On Apr 03, 2020 |
mharyamikeola92: Pls help me move this to front page.
I am a working class lady and I hardly demand things from whosoever I love.
There is this guy that I ave been dating for years now. I don’t know what to call his behavior, whether it is stinginess or the other way round.
I noticed that whenever he comes visiting, he doesn’t bring anything and I get to cook and takecare of him. I was forced to talk 1 day.
The last time he came visiting, he brought bread and other stuffs along which he ended up eating all by himself. I decided not to cook or do anything but I couldn't take it so we went out to buy stuffs. I needed to use POS and I forgot my phone at home. So I begged him to transfer 5k to the lady and that I was going to transfer back to him when we get home. We ended up using the money to get chicken, pepper and other stuffs.
On getting home I demanded for his account details in order to transfer the money back and to my surprise, he gave me and I transferred the money.
My major concern is that this guy has never given me common N10 and he is working. I don’t know if he's worth settling down with cos I fear for my future. Will he be able to give if he has more? This is the guy that is already telling me to come meet his mum cos she wants to see me.
Pls no insults, just advice. You are dating a leech who doesn't see u worthy of his money but his dick |

lacasera14: Pls don't mind the moniker, it's only a passage. I and my boyfriend have been dating for a while. What we feel for each other is very strong and that led us to some extreme commitments like: His fingerprint can unlock my phone and mine can unlock his, our Google photos are synchronized so I see all his pictures and he sees mine in case of any intruder sort of, he has access to my facebook, whatsapp and messenger and goes through my chats. I do same. All these happened while we were still in same city. I left for a while (school purposes) and returned recently. After a while he locked his whatsapp with a password, prior to this, I noticed he chats with a girl and after the chat he'll archive it so I won't see it. He digs it up from archived chats to continue. Now he's WhatsApp is locked I can't access it, he has also removed my fingerprints from his phone barring all access to it. I've confronted him, he said it's because I go through his phone alot and he's no longer comfortable with it.
I think he's cheating, nairalanders what should I do? Yes he is cheating So let it be a do me n do you... And see who go taya |

aimuan: Hello Nairalanders.
pls I need a genuine advice.. I met this girl for like 2 months now,and we just start dating about 3 weeks ago..Sincerely I am not interested in sex or whatsoever now until maybe later or after marriage..
The reason I really want to marry her is because of her family.I know her sister and the husband, they are very kind,so that's why I am interested in marrying this girl..
But however, she speaks pationately with her ex,which add credence to the fact that they are still in love, though she told me there is no chance of them ever coming back, even though the guy wants her back..
I feel she may go back to him in the future given how they communicate..... Should I end the relationship and search for another girl?
Please I need advice Wake up jor.. Be smart before she go outsmart u |

Sermwell: I love my parents so much from the depths of my heart!! But my dad is a chronic gambler which I hate so much about him. he has been doing this for like over 20yrs now. We have sat him down to talk to him on several occasions but he refused to stop, even when my mum threatened to leave. I send 70k for both of them every month(40k for dad and 30k for mum)since December but my dad squanders his own in less than 2 weeks and be disturbing my mum for money. Now I just sent them for the month of March but this time around, it is 50k for mum and dad 20k. I will continue reducing his own share and even eventually stop giving him if he continues to gamble. As for my mum, she's the best woman in the world!(No flatteries). She's peaceful, calm, respectful, beautiful and most of all, lover of God. She's both a good mother to all of us and a good wife to my dad. I have been trying to find fault in my mum but cannot. My mum's kind are very rare. I say this with all sense of honesty!!
