I got this itel power bank ( 20,000 mah) from jumia about 5 months ago. It has been delivering well and even traveled with it for the yuletide where it performed well.
Just yesterday, I wanted to charge my phone and I noticed it was not charging. On closer inspection, I noticed there was no power. I remembered charging it full yesterday morning. Tried charging it when I got home and it wasn't charging.
I'm really angry right now. What could have gone wrong. It didn't fall or something. What am I to do now?

Please how many months/years does a good power bank last and I heard some nairalanders sell good ones. I used to see adverts on lumsing and romoss here but I can't remember the name of the guys anymore.
