When a Staff resigns, dismissed or terminated . Even when there is a layoff for any reason. The impact is not only felt by the Staff or the Management, but the entire organisation

It's time to have pre, exit and post exit management of the workforce .Plan for Exits like Recruitment. Sometimes , when a Top Leader exits , the negative impact is felt by the entire team

I know of a story, once the Leader of the Team Resigned, everyone did , and the organisation was not only stranded, but negative narratives which may not have been totally true , flew about, and affected the Employer brand to attract candidates to the Team

In the Japa Era, we've heard of entire Team leaving the organisation in droves , guess what ?the rest start looking for exits ( band wagon effect ) is real among Millennials and Gen Zs

A lot of these issues can be managed, only if organisations just put strategies in place to manage exit considering the entire organisation

high rate of unemployment has resulted to:

1. management bullying their employees.
it is generally believed in Nigeria that if you quit a job, you will be replaced before you get home.
this is due to the high number of unemployed people in the society.
this gives many employers the confidence to treat their employees as slaves.
not minding the effect of the job on one's health.

2.many job seekers not looking into the welfare part of their employment contract.
after months or years of being unemployed, being called for an interview alone is a testimony.
when offered the job, the excitement blinds many from taking a deep view of the contract.
even when some persons peruse the contract and see inhuman clauses, the fear of going back to be unemployed for months will prevent them from negotiating further or not taking the job.

it is what it is.

The main reason men cheat is one word: OPPORTUNITY. Most men will undoubtedly cheat if they have the option to. In order to combat cheating, you won’t be able to continually fight temptation. You’ll eventually cave in. The main thing that you need to do is limit your exposure to those opportunities to cheat.

Men who don’t have any other options can never cheat! Chris Rock once said that “a man is only as faithful as his options”. The problem with men is that that they always tend to entertain other women they find attractive by flirting, texting, and spending time with them.
They enjoy the female attention because is feeds our egos and it becomes addictive. When you become too close with another woman, it’s only a matter of time before cheating occurs. This is a statement of fact.

What I suggest you do is to remain faithful is refrain from associating yourself with women that you find attractive. It’s very tough but it’s a discipline that you must learn if you can’t keep your hands out the cookie jar. If you find a woman attractive, don't go out of my way to get her number or try to befriend her. I suggest you just simply say “hi” and “bye”. Do not text/chat/message any women in your spare time. Ensures that you are never in position to be able to cheat because you haven’t established that kind of connection with anyone.

I personally don’t feel bad for guys that fall into cheating. They knew what they were doing from the beginning. You knew that chick was hot, you knew she was into you, you went out of your way to keep in contact with her, and you set the stage for it to happen! Don’t come crying to friends or family members when your wife is upset after seeing the inappropriate text conversation in your phone!

LIMIT YOUR EXPOSURE!! learn that discipline. Admit that sometimes, you feel “lame” because you don’t have any “options” despite being a young attractive guy or married man. But you have to make the choice to prioritize your marriage over feeding your ego.

I resigned as an intermediate software engineer from a Fintech company. Least to say I was offered promotion and salary increment.. I honestly just wanted to start a business and crypto was cruising then.
I resigned, but unfortunately fell ill after 2months! Everything lost balance from there.

Couldn't give everything the vibe I planned. The major project I had in mind also crashed, and crypto crashed as well!

I lost business deals, lost investments and this is me here still smiling and hoping all will be well.., as I look into starting a new biz soon!!

. Student loans are a financial burden which does not quite make sense on a pure accounting basis. So, you have signed up for a loan (a liability, surrender of your future earnings) and you have nothing to show for it. On the other hand, when you take a loan on a house (a mortgage), you have a liability (a mortgage) and an asset (a house), so when things get tough, you can sell the asset to cover that liability. And in a worst case scenario, you simply file for bankruptcy and walk away from it - with a beaten up credit score, but you recover fully in about 7 years (in US, bankruptcy is removed within 7 years from the person's credit profile). Easy. Simple. Elegant.

Now, we have a student loan. You take a loan and you spend money. You gain nothing tangible - no assets. You have an expectation of future earnings, but it's not a guarantee. However, once you are out of school, loan is due - regardless of whether or not you have means to pay for it, such as a job. Now, when things get very tough - let's say you need to pay rent and you need to eat and you would like to get a family - but the student loan is still there, and it's not going away. You can't discharge it in a simple bankruptcy. You can't make it go away in an easy way - it's a forever burden.


Summary

When we reach the point where politicians are running for office on a platform of, “free college for everyone,” you know that we have gone past the tipping point. “Free” college is just going to throw kerosene on this fire.

We are seeing some cracks around the edges, e.g. coding bootcamps and startup apprenticeships like Praxis, but what is needed is a better educated consumer.

I saw a question on career section this afternoon. “Should I go to school X or school Y? (Money is an object, but I might get some financial aid at school Y.)”

School Y’s cost of attendance is more than twice that of school X. No thought of can I afford either one of these schools? No thought of preparing a financial analysis. We have a generation of irresponsible morons whose parents are mentally absent. That’s why we have a financial aid crisis.
