Because after a while, I want to share my experience on: MY FUNNIEST BREAK-UP EVER!🤣🤣🤣.

I've always thought the act of breaking up was always going to be sad and depressing, giving the few experiences I've had, and stories making the rounds. But, this one did not shock me o, neither did it make me sad instantly.

However, it makes me giggle especially when I recount how it all happened 😂😂😂.

Starting out...

I remember that beautiful morning when my tired self said a prayer before setting out that God should please send me a helper because I was tired of trekking to my bus stop every morning to catch a bus.

Omoh, like Zee World, on my way going, just close to my bus stop, that same morning, a car pulled up and behind the wheel was a huge, dark, gap - toothed, hansdome Uncle with dimples, whose smile just swept me off my feet.

There and then, he offered me a lift to work, and the Sunita in me could not just resist😄😄😄.

In his submission, he had seen and admired me on 3 occasions while trekking to my bus stop.

Shebi it's prayer answered? Ehn! I thought so, too.

But after 2 good years of no direction whatsoever, I decided to keep all the show of love aside, ponder very well on the constant quarrels and misunderstandings between us, while I get him and I to define what was going on between us as the 40+ Uncle was too relaxed for my liking.

Short text messages were the fastest media to reach him, so I used it.

I simply told him via the text that I can't continue the relationship anymore because I want to get married this year. Brother said nothing till the following morning when he came to pick me up so he could drop me off at work.

On our way, we practically dissected the text I sent, while I got to know some of the things I thought were wrong, and so I apologized immediately. Uncle told me it was ok - or so I thought, till we got to my bus stop.

Him: Watch out o before this funny bike riders hit you. I don't even know why they are this reckless self.

Mommas and Sisters, this 'later' was since 1st week of January o😁😁😁, and I never heard nor saw Uncle again o.

Initially, I missed him and i must confess, I still do sometimes - but I'm beginning to heal.

Yes, I'm 20+ and still single. Thank God I'm maturing now to know that though I'm being disappointed, it's sure is for a good cause.
