I believe offer A will be good for him looking at his present location of residence. Transportation being the key element, if it will cost him about 3k a day both to and fro, at the end of the month it will be 90k. He still has 110k to himself. Option B if it cost him about 2k a day for transport, by month end he has only 60k left for him. Option C offers accomodation, how will it be deducted from his salary? My advice is for him to go for offer A.

First have bountiful savings that can cover you for a session from school demands to personal petty cash.

Secondly you said you have a high in demand skill, that doesn't change anything, do you understand the dynamics of attracting customers and securing revenues from them? without this very skill you may experience lack, therefore test this skill within your environs and see how you could secure a good and sustainable customer base, if it doesn't depend on people, say skills in forex or cryptos then by all means if you have consistent results and a proven mentor you're good to go.
