That was a minute fraction of what we had earlier imported and successfully passed through idiroko enroute onitsha. We have been amassing and will continue. We have rocket launchers and some light and heavy machine guns in undisclosed locations scattered all over the eastern states. So nothing to worry about. We won't make d same mistake Ojukwu made starting a war with no guns and amunitions. By the time the disintegration of this entity starts, there will be enough to go round all men of 50 and below to defend the sovereignty of the Biafran nation. Biafra in our consciousness.....

rman: This is what a logical person will do. An opportunist will see a chance of becoming a millionare.
If it that easy, the banks will be out of business
Bros, a Branch Manager does not have the powers to take this manner of decision, at best, he will make recommendations to the Group/Central/Head Office. Internal Audit will be brought in to review the circumstances, and guess what, they will recommend that your card had expired and you were provided a new card with the usual debit which you had agreed to from the point of opening the account. THe matter will be relayed to Legal Dept to confirm, and the Unit will tell the police (they usually have those relationships, I know because i have been there)that you are a suspected scammer and they should keep an eye on you. When next you have an appointment with the Branch Manager of that Bank, you will have Their Chief Inspector (Audit), Legal Staff, CSO (Chief Security Officer - watchman) and indeed 2 plainclothes policemen joining you in the meeting. THose guys will go to all extent to ensure they do not pay out or back to you even the N1, 050.00 you are complaining about. I know the system so just chill.

guy you are so dumb, did you go to school at all, and if yes, have u done any business or transaction with any bank. For your information, to open any manner of account, you would have aceded to those deductions and all other set off against funds in your account. If you bring this matter to me, i will advise you not to waste my time and yours in court, but if you insist, i will charge you so badly that you wount give it a thought anymore. By the way, you want to sue for N250m?, na so you greedy reach?
Education › Re: Nigeria Tops Examination Malpractice Index World-wide by hardbody: 2:19pm On Jul 13, 2012
The Ohuabunwas and the Emeagwalis and those other Nigerians pulling rugs off the feet of Oyinbo people in their universities are also doing those based on skills acquired through exam malpractises. Anyways, i always thought that being a 'first' or coming out tops implied dexterity. In simple terms therefore we are good in what we do, and we can only do better.

You have effectively albeit unwittingly excluded some of us who would ordinarily have been interested. The use of geographical restriction (Abuja only) disqualifies some of out here in Lagos, although the arrangement would have been mutually beneficial since some of us share similar aspirations.Weldone though.

And BTW, i love the level of tribalstic hatred going on here, it means we can all aspire to wipe off other tribes and turn Nigeria into a massive graveyard. Generations unborn will read in the history books that there used to be a country called Nigeria, just d way i read about Hannibal of Carthage and Phidipedees of Sparta. Gosh, my people cant wait to revenge.Biafra in our consciousness.

I have had cause to read and hear about all those people that had hands in the biafran genocide. Please where exactly is this Adekunle man now? What has become of his generation, i am willing to single handedly take them all on, if he is not a coward, can he or someone that knows him step up and tell me where he is?

dayokanu: And what about Igbo soldiers who killed defenceless civilians in their bedrooms? We should assume that one never happened?

The day a Igbo man ever takes responsibilty that day they would see changes

Everything wrong with them must have someone to be blamed if its not hausa, its yoruba, Its Ijaw its berom

If u werent such a dolt, you will realize that there is a cause and effect in the activities of men. I aint gonna join issues with ur sorry slowpoke a.ss, but all i gat to say is, for the middle belt infantry that killed defenseless civillians in their millions, for the westerners that believed that starvation is a legit instrument of war, una go see how dem define nemesis. Many more will have to suffer, many more will have to die, dont ask me why. As for ur Adekunle, all he had was brawn not brain and Hediot that you are, more than 20yrs after, the games have changed, if u doubt it, lets get back to d battle field. There is a word called venom, ever heard of it? I have not forgotten or forgiven. Fwool.
if not Sardauna, its Awolowo, or Gowon or Saro-Wiwa. What a bunch of cry babies sucks to be Igbo for real.

Let 1967 repeat itself and the response would be same

Adekunle is wasting to pummel you once again

The greatest mistake in naija is that it was not divided when Ojukwu sort for it. I believe Gowon will be regretting all day. Gowon and his people are now reaping one naija with the same fulanis he fouth with........

He who kills by the sword should expect to die by the sword. Chikenah. The guilty shall never go unpunished. The blood of millions of helpless mothers, children and their parents decimated in cold blood both during the pogrom and the biafran unrest has come calling. I repeat, in the words of Bob Marley, many more will have to suffer, many more will have to die......dont ask me why

I just finished watching part 2 of the Nig-Biafra civil war and after some further research, i realized that majority of the infantry that decimated innocent civillians in the eastern heartland with air, sea and ground support from Britain and th US were soldiers of middle belt extraction. There is a word called nemesis, it is coming in the form of boko haram and unknown gunmen. The blood of the innocent children and mothers killed during that genocide is still seeking for revenge. In the words of Marley, many more will have to suffer, many more will have to die, dont ask me why....

My challenge was raising enough money to buy the car in the first place (Mercedes Benz 200 flat booth). As soon as i did, i had continued to drive it till i gave it out to a cousin who still loans me the car once in a while. Of course several others have come after that 'german error'.
Politics › Re: Lawyer Offers To Prosecute Otedola For Free by hardbody: 7:07pm On Jul 05, 2012
Reckless Eediots making stewpid comments. It is the like of you fwools that hinder the very good intentions of the limited few who would otherwise be willing to stick their neck out for the common good of the lowly and down trodden Nigerians. If that dude is seeking attention or cheap popularity, is it still not better that a voice comes out from the crowd to speak on behalf of you wretched eediots? Whether he is a charge and bail lawyer or is into what we call ambulance chasing, the real issue here is that he is a lawyer first and wants to utilize his exertise gratis to attack an issue on ground. Some dimwits are comparing him with Gani Fawehinmi, did Gani start overnight to provide scholarship to people, did he not start building up the financial empire by running an NGO and receiving foreign grants, did he indeed take up each and every case that was on call in teh Nigerian courts? How can one, except you are a DOLT suggest that the guy should concentrate his efforts in going to find reprieve for 'ashewos' in detention, infact how many of such cases will he be able to manage?

Some of the people here are so 'rretarrded' that it becomes impossible to even reason with them the way you could reason with a bright kid in kindargaten class.
Even if he appears to have a bad case or has chosed the wrong handle in this matter (by choosing to go after Otedola instead of Farouk), at least he is showing an intention to provide service without charge. If for nothing else, teh guy should be applauded and encouraged to do more. EEEDDIIIOOOTTSS.....
Car Talk › Re: Memories Of Your First Car by hardbody: 9:40am On Jul 05, 2012
My first car was a 1982 Mercedes Benz which i personally went to Cotonou and paid for (together with an agend that will ferry it back to Lagos)after like weeks of reserach into cars. cummulatively, i had serviced that car for less than 10times till date. I had driven and parked it for more than one year, then i commenced teh refurbishment of virtually all aspects of the car except the body. When concluded, i gave it out to a cousin who still loans it to me to drive down to the villa and use it there when perhaps i fly into teh eastern parts. Fond memories, i am wanting to buy another Benz 82 as a vintage car, all these guys taht are into car sales, Fhemmy and co, any one for grabs?

Romance › Re: Why Do Men Cheat? by hardbody: 5:07pm On Jul 03, 2012
All the reasons given above are correct plus the singular fact that men cheat because they can afford to. Really and trully there is no reasonable justification, so why bother. No man likes to eat same soup, all the time everyday, it is just our make up and women are gradually getting to terms with that fact of life which in any case need not be right or correct but still happens.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Mainstreet Bank Sacks Over 650 Staff by hardbody: 2:30pm On Jun 26, 2012
I really feel for them. When i chose to quit banking some years ago, quite a number of people asked whether i was going out of my mind, but i knew then that the bubble was going to burst someday. The same thing happened when i walked out of telecoms, some people still wondered whether i did not need a check up at Yaba-left. I trudged on. Today, i am in an industry that is looked down upon but provides a level of employment stability. In days to come, i will gradually wind down and go into my own line of business. Lesson in life? Dont settle down and assume that nothing will go wrong, dont eat with all your five fingers, plan ahead and remain a constant step ahead of the employment market. Dont forget to put God in teh first priority. Once again, i wish the people well and hope they get something doing to keep putting bread on the table and keeping the tummy warm.
Family › Re: Couples Crying During Wedding... Why? by hardbody: 1:31pm On Jun 25, 2012
The lady cries because she suddenly realizes that her p. u. ssy has been mortgaged for the lifetime of the husband, the man cries (do they really) because he realizes that his life has been handed over, he cant join the boys for drink and hang outs without telling the wife, No more tombola nights, he cant afford to get tired wednesday night and stay back in VI to resume work on thursday, he is probably imagining lengthy family pay-outs that he has suddenly inherited. He is probably wondering where to get the money to pay off the band boys, the balance money for the hall, etc. In simple terms those tears are not of joy, there are of uncertain future, both mediate and immediate.

I SAY SO.
Romance › Re: Dumped After Blood Covenant And Abortions by hardbody: 2:40pm On Jun 14, 2012
I have read through the story and the comments, some mild, others harsh, some very terrible others reasonable. There were some taht came across as hopeless others conveyed pity and a possible rehabilitation. I think the lady in question is reading and taking notes so that at the end, she is the one to take her decision based on well thought-out analysis of points here made.

I tend to think on my own part that i sympathize with this lady and hope that she finds the heart to move on with her life. Admitted, four abortions are way too much for one person, but then, it has happened, sh shold just cut her emotional losses and move on. that guy may not come back to her, but he will definitely feel regret in his lifetime. As for teh charade called Oath, its rubbish, it stands for nothing and will never create a problem for her.

But wait first oo, the lady is too fertile, how was she taking in per second per second? God works in a miraculous way sha, there are some women willing and searching for just one over a period of many years, this one just they manufature them like say the things wan go out of fashion......
Politics › Re: GEJ Seeks Senate Approval To Rename UNILAG And 2 Other Federal Universities. by hardbody: 5:42pm On Jun 06, 2012
A few days ago i broached this same issue with some folks while we were stepping down after work, i recall telling them that Universities are set up by statutory instruments, thus any changes will only be legally effected by carring the legislature along and getting their approvals. I am not very certain now whether the President could veto their negative resolution, you need to see how those imbecilic eediots paraded their ignorance arguing in favour of GEJ. At that point i knew really and trully that a country can only get the type of leader it deserves. This legal angle is much too elementary for any Attorney General and Minister of Justice to even reasearch on. The simple truth is that we are a failed nation bereft of leadership while quite a large number of the led are no better than their leader. Rather than weep, i laugh for Nigeria, for without these things happening, the disintegration might never happen. Carry on GEJ. MUMU X 2

Literature › Re: 'my Names Are', Or 'my Name Is' by hardbody: 4:43pm On May 23, 2012
The correct usage is........'My name is......'

The proof is in the logic, you only have one name (personal to you at any given time), if you have several, those names represent just you in the singular. English grammar, and the owners of the language at the height of their illiteracy woukd not say my names are.

This claim is diversionary. What they are really planning is to divert attention of the security machinery so that there will be a hollow gap in the west and southern part of the country where they will inflict heavy casualties. I hope the security aparatii are not going to be hoodwinked by this feinting approach, it is basic tactical strategy in modern day guerilla warfare. Let he that has ears hear.
