Career › Re: Share Your Experience With Female Bosses. by ImaIma1(f): 6:20pm On Mar 19, 2017
I had a female superior that was wicked just because she could be. If you look good and someone commends you for looking good in front of her, you are in soup that day. She would make life hell for you. She gathers things she can use to implicate her colleagues and get them fired. She prides herself in the fact that people have been fired because of her.
She is very difficult to work with...creates bottlenecks and blocks to make the job difficult. Shes not empathetic towards anyone. When she's happy and excited, it means something bad is about to happen. She has been rejected in many branches because of her wickedness and ability to stifle processes. Even customers run from her. This is just scratching the surface. She is mean!!

Stop bringing the christian like story here, Let's stay on laws, he has done what the law of the land allowed, you defame me you get your punishment. it is always convenient for ppl when they see they can't win the argument on a normal ground, then it would be, "he should be christian like", There's nobody that will be Christ-like all through his life, we're not perfect, maybe this is the time Pst Ibiyeomi is not. Let her keep eating her insect filled beans for now.
That's how someone bashed my friend's car and instead of paying for the damages was asking if my friend was a Christian. That he should forgive him. My friend told him he forgives him but the car still needs to be fixed. And that besides, in the bible when David offended God, God forgave him but he still faced the consequences of his actions. Christianity is not synonymous with foolishness.

I applaud you for seeing the incarceration of this lady for what it really is. As much I don't like the woman or how she makes me cringe each time she writes or calls herself an "investigative journalist"which is a smack in the face of journalism or how much her pieces are riddled with factual inaccuracies, the authorities have arrested her on quite spurious and shaky grounds. Cybercrime should involve offences such as phishing or fraud or sexual offences. What she is alleged to have said about the pastor is libellous - nothing more. People are languishing in Nigerian jails without bail or charged and this exemplifies what is wrong with our judicial and policing authorities, it is a miscarriage of justice and abuse of due process. Other hand there are people walking around doing alot worse including our senators and politicians? We should arrest everyone for everything and see who is left. The pastor should have taken her to court and sued for damages. It is a civil matter and not a criminal offence. Everyone jubilating about her predicament, show me where in our constitution or law it mentions "cybercrime" the police have used this term to conduct unlawful arrests. They search your phone illegally, they see something they do not like which is actually innocous and they arrest you for cybercrime?! Having her arrested is abusing anyone's constitutional rights and for a pastor to do this shows how easily the scales of justice can be swayed for the rich and mighty. Only in Nigeria will every Tom, Dick and Harry can demand the arrest of another person without grounds or clear evidence and most times for offences that do not even exist. It should not be happening in a civil society. If someone says or writes something you don't like or approve, challenge them with facts or ignore them or take legal recourse. Stop being a cry baby about it. Cyberbullying? GTFOH grin if you are above 18 years old , you deserve koboko.
So because criminals are walking free, the police should not arrest anyone until they have caught all the criminals all at once?
Did she go against the law? Yes. I dont think any injustice has been done. If you go around calling everyone out and saying things that destroys people's character, you should be ready for what comes. And this particular woman has been talking without any form of caution. It's just time to face it.

Questions like what Internal control unit does and what Auditing is about. Accouting principles. They were objectives, fill in the gap and theory

Hello people i stumbled across this helpful thread. My husband and i are contemplating moving to Australia.

He wants to study general medicine. He has already has a 1st degree in medical sciences from Nigeria and I work in a bank presently. No kids yet.

Please how do we go about it? Do we apply for the school first or move first?

Also what are my chances of getting a job for myself when we move there?

Where do we begin? I would really appreciate your responses.

Remember that when u say all these things about ur country, u are part of it. U talk of ignorance. If u r nigerian in anyway, u actually wallow in this ignorance u did mention. Get off ur high horse and stop talking nonsense. It doesn't make u superior to we that accept that we are indeed Nigerians.

I laugh at people who want to be part of Nigeria
Nigeria is a big shame on the black race. The Last time I visited, the rot and decay was palpable.
I couldn't go near any of the cities, they were an unplanned jungle. Shambolic to say the least.
Illiteracy, ignorance, poverty etc was every where.
My only consolation was the pristine condition of my village in the south east and the fact that sons of the soil have tried to replicate any European village with their sweat.
Please people, your Nigeria cannot carry on like this. Things need to change.

OP u cld choose btw playing safe-being content with wht u r getting now n remaining there- or u can take a risk by taking d new job. New grounds means taking a step. Its a road 2 greater possibilities.
I think u shld also ask someone experienced to advise. They can see sitting down what we may not see standing.

I wonder how Buhari will achieve economic diversification when He and APC has rejected systems that makes our States LGAs and Private Sector the vanguard of national development.

Buhari will never eradicate corruption and poverty because he will never implement the following

Resource control

Fiscal federalism

Privatization

Political federalism

Decentralization of Nigeria

Restructuring of Nigeria

Institutions submitting their quarterly activities to public scrutiny

Which are the fastest route to economic diversification , citizenry prosperity and political stability

Buhari is not the Messiah

SW stop hanging to false hope
Is this by any chance a campaign?

i dont bliv ders anything wrong with dating ur age mate. as long as there is respect btw both pple,it will work. a man cld be 10 yrs older than his wife n she'l still be disrespectful.

and talking abt aging faster. younger girls cld start looking older.wht matters is how u pay attention to yourself.

This is akin to a guy saying he will never be nice to a girl again because his previous girlfriend broke his heart or something dumb.
Should you cease being a human being because one person did one thing or the other to you?

And from your story it desn't even look like anyone did anything to you.
Sounds like a crappy excuse to just show your true primitive self.

i am a lady and i hardly respond to guys that ask 4 directions. more than twice i have answered guys dt were asking 4 directions and they turned out to be con men.

they ask for direction to a place and when u tell d guy u dont know, he walks away and anoda man comes and asks u "what was that guy asking you?" "it seems the guy has dollars with him. if we help him, blah blah blah"

and i later heard that if u answer some of them, they cn jazz u. so most times, whn someone asks 4 direction, i jst walk away.

so guys, it may not alwys be shakara or forming. sometimes its experience

the one thing tht infuriates me the most about my fellow Nigerian brothers(especially) and sisters is the loud and lousy way they talk on the fone. no one really cares wht u r saying, so keep the conversation to urself.

anoda thing is whn some pple talk on d fone esp pple from a particular geographical area, they hold the mobile fone in front of their mouths whn they want to talk and take it bk to their ear 2 listen.they seem 2 forget that they cn both talk and listen with d fone at d side.

joe4christ: Now i see why most marraiges does not last nowadays.
The OP is right on point, it shows most of you are just adults in stature but not with your minds, cos so far i can see that you all reason like teenagers.
Ask married men who have been in marriage for 50yrs they would tell you even more.
Being the head of the family places lots of responsibilities on you and makes you the leader, you ought to be in control and in charge of all situations which u must'nt trade for anything cos it's your duty as a man.
But you playing gentlemansm would only give your wife the upper hand and one thing u must know is never entrust a woman with much power less she rule over your life.
All this just deals with wisdom cos u cannot even live with them without wisdom.
so many chauvinistic comments. a man being a head doesnt mean he hs 2 be a dictator.

u sound like whn u get married, u'l put ur wife in the guardroom or subject her to funny rules.

the best thing is to ask God for wisdom to lead ur family right in love and understanding. u dnt get respect if u dnt earn it.

whn there are too many rules, there is usually rebellion.der is also divorce whn d woman feels like the man dictates instead of love.

a man shld be a good leader bt shld remember to love his wife n family in the midst of it all.
