/ MMM crash in Nigeria will be monumental. Easy money does not exist (not to the general public) People at the bottom of the pyramid will be rich with the little greedy guys left holding empty bags. Warning signals all over the place. Will it happen today/this week/this month/this year? May be not. It usually comes unannounced. The element of surprise is the best. \ |
He has been declared wanted since last month as engineered by Mr. Arthur Ezeh. There is an ongoing land dispute between Ukpo and Abagana. Arthur is from Ukpo. Owelle is from Abagana. Arthur had already taken control of the land with the support and connivance of CP Anambra state and the AIG controlling the zone. Based on available information, Abagana folks have petitioned the IG of Police. Their case is still loading... \ |
ginggerxy:/ Buhari failed once and knew that he ain't got it upstairs and joined the army. He rose through the ranks and became a General. Well, your buddy Albert Einstein here couldn't figure it out the first time. Like they say, third time is the charm. What did he do thereafter? He joined a gym to lift iron. Wow! What a smart dude. I don't have to call him names. WAEC already proved it. / |
Bolustic:/ Are you celebrating the £20? Look around you and see how the gap was closed in a few years. Nigeria gave your folks funds through banks to buy up shares in UAC, etc. Buildings belonging to Igbo people were seized and shared by the rest. With the same £20 pounds, Igbo people now have choice properties all over the nation and the world. What were confiscated are now all dilapidated. Their blessings have been multiplied a billion folds. They came back around to stand shoulder to shoulder with your lazy behinds in Nigeria and beyond. Go figure! It reminds me of the song, "started from the bottom, now we are over here". But I can understand. If I were in your shoes, I will be seething with envy, anger and sense of disappointment too. / |
33bandit:/ His action supports my theory that folks who spend a lot of time in the gym to look good are LOSERS. Failed WAEC three times? Confirmed olodo! \ |
buffalowings:/ Don't worry about it. Her death means one less slowpoke to worry about. It is natural selection at work. \ |
/ The tithing issue has been overflogged. Any slowpoke that takes pride in handing over his/her money to all the scammers-in-disguise should be obliged. There are 10 commandments and more rules in the bible. But only "tithing" is pursued with threat and intimidation because it supports the flamboyant lives of the pastors. Some Christians cannot help their neighbours but are quick to hand over wads of cash to jet-flying pastors. You cannot bribe God so stop sowing unnecessary seeds that go into Zenith, GTB, or UBA as the case may be. The tithes are used to build schools that morons' wards cannot afford to attend. Yet they are still defending the snake oil salesmen. The good thing is that US clamped down on a few and exposed their flamboyant lifestyles using the congregation as cash cows. But in Nigeria, nobody cares. |
/ USA: Where Nigerian musicians/actors/actresses go to kill their careers. Hopefully DBanj wont happen to Tiwa, Jim Iyke and Davido. Only songs with features seem to be surviving. \ |
/ In batch processing, some products are bound to be bad. But then God is perfect. So there shouldn't be any room for mistakes ab initio. \ |
/ If Buhari and Mugabe can do it, why can't she? Mama is planning her retirement. \ |
Seun:/ One of the attributes of a good christian is denial. They treat the bible like a buffet line where they pick and choose the chapter/verse that fulfills their preconceived ideology. If you corner them, they will start adding twist and turns to a rather vivid statement -- blue becomes grey and white becomes milky. Most people did not choose Christianity. They were conscripted by their parents. \ |
4C2215131:/ It is a business. Every equipment should be under the business name. Unless you intend to lease the equipment from a third party. If the business fails, the equipment goes into recovery process. Eg. If this is a transport business. X buys a car for the business for N2m. If after two year the business fails, do you think he can ever get N2m back considering the depreciation rate of the car? No. If he liquidates and get N500k from it. He balances his account and eats the loss/profit as the case may be. Focus on the 60/40 for now and work diligently to grow the business. If the business grows well, you may open subsidiaries that when put together may surpass the 60% he is getting. At this point, focusing on the money shouldn't be your main focus. You are the face of the company. The good thing is that if you do well, loyal and satisfied customers will follow you everywhere you go. That alone is worth more. / |
He deserves at least 10 years in kirikiri. All these religious terrorists should be annihilated -- be it muslims destroying churches or Christians destroying shrines. Christians cry about religious intolerance but are not any way better. / |
Jesuobu:/ You preferred life in the fantasy island. Companies do needful audit of a position when the person is on vacation. It opens all covers. I have copies of speech by NOI and Sanusi as far back as 2013. They prophesied that recession would be in the horizon. But then the same NOI turned around and said Nigeria was the biggest economy in Africa. The first alarm was how much dollar value to attached to Nollywood in the recalculation. Some of us took preemptive steps to liquidate movable assets and repatriated the funds when US dollar was equivalent to N190. This is not limited to Nigeria. Leaders in US, UK and other countries in the world continually lie to their citizens to calm frentic nerves. NOI was rightly tutored in that aspect. The worst thing about Buhari is that he is a bad communicator. Most people don't understand what he is saying. The best intention must be properly communicated to be effective. By the way, it is very easy to debate with you. As a black fellow, I understand that you are most likely to be hindered by emotions than suscribe to logic. \ |
/ There are males making all kinds of excuses to dodge females. There are males making all kinds of effort to attract females. There is only one deciding factor. Figure it out and your life will be good. \ |
Jesuobu:/ Fastest growing economy doesn't disappear over a few months. There are no infrastructure and manufacturing base to support the claim. It is an arbitrary claim supported with fictitious data. But you bought into the hype/propaganda the insane way all of you swallowed the "change" mantra. LOL. \ |
/ It is not going to happen. NOI works well where policies, procedures and protocols are already programmed. World Bank is the place but she is a minion for some specific agenda. OBJ described NOI succinctly when he stated that she works well when told what to do. But then, it is not like the decision-makers care about what Bade Adebolu in Ado-Ekiti has to say. \ |
Abagworo:/ They are asking you about intrastate roads and you are talking about streets and boulevards within Owerri. Imo State has the worst road network in the entire country. \ |
/ There is so much money to be made in the world. The smart ones figured out how to be at the receiving end. The cost of iphone (excluding the proprietary software) is $292. Well, some will not pay $1 for a mad man's shirt but will pay $400 for Kanye West's Jesus T-shirt. Go figure! Branding is the key. \ |
madridguy:Emphasis mine. |
/ He deserves it. It is a common know knowledge: "Steal big if you want to go to jail. Steal small if you want to die" / |
60/40. Investor: 60 Managing partner: 40 The person with the fund has more to lose. If the venture fails, both of you walk away. But he will walk away with additional N2m loss unless you have a forgone alternatives that are valued as much. In such case, both of you will be even. But your situation doesn't fit that scenario. With your expertise, can you start the business without the fund? No. With his fund, can he start the business without expertise knowledge of the intricacies involved? Yes. If you want to appreciate his input, try getting a business loan from a bank. The risk is if you get a loan from the bank and the business fails, the bank expects their fund with interest back. The extra 10% you are giving up should be looked at as the tuition you are paying for the startup. Once the business is running and profitable, you can then re-negotiate for 50/50. There you have it. \ |
orisa37:/ No. That was a bad call. It is a very tough decision to make. If CBN lowers interest rate, naira may hit N600/$ and inflation hits the roof. I think CBN should create special fund for business with special rates. State government should encourage and subsidize agriculture, factories and manufacturing industries and stop issuing licenses/permit to build hotels for now. The first goal should be tackling unemployment. |
midolian:/ The best response ever. If Jonathan had done his part, we would have been dealing with the remaining half now. Let the new President hound Buhari and cohorts. That's the balance needed since the legislature and judiciary are useless |
Pidggin:/ The account was frozen pending investigation. PEJ came out herself to claim the money so she needs to justify how she came about the fund. Do you remember the Ibori bribe money to the EFCC years ago? Many parties laid claims to the fund but couldn't prove it. In this case, Patience is not guilty because she has not been convicted. She hasn't even been arrested. Perhaps all the insults she heaped on Buhari during campaigns have turned into karma. Like I said, right or wrong, someone who knows that she is a target should know how to wriggle out of such situation through midnight calls by her husband. |
hats:/ If you don't know the answers to these questions, you have no business running the startup. It sounds like someone with a dream but no vision. \ |
/ No knowledge is a waste. Instead of pursuing knowledge, Nigerians pursue education for the title. No zeal. No passion. More often than not, parents choose courses for their wards. Ever wonder why with millions of graduates in Engineering, Nigeria still depends on foreigners for major projects? Nigerians run to India and the West for major health conditions. An illiterate in the creek can refine crude oil but the so-called Chemical Engineers cannot formulate ordinary annointing oil. I believe Nigerians have the wrong concept of education. They still live in the pre-colonial era. Sometimes the only way one can prove to be educated is by correct English grammar. Then you think about it. China, Japan, Russia, Germany and other technologically advanced countries do not speak nor teach in English. Nigeria is a lost case. \ |
What human trafficking? All the ladies know what they were getting into and their parents encouraged it. Is there anyone in present day Nigeria that is not aware of what goes on in Italy? They even have incubation locations in Lagos. These ladies are more interested in the exchange rates than their lives. It is same as saying that drug traffickers are ignorant of the trade. They all want big houses, big cars and good life. These women chose what they believe is the easiest way out--spread legs and get paid. Afterall there is no overhead. \ |
/ The man was not beaten. With the anointing of the hands, they delivered him from the evil spirit of theft. \ |
/ There is no reason a wealthy fellow cannot have issues in this day and age. IVF is readily available and the success rate is promising. In one shot, they can have 3 babies and call it quits. Then continue to raise the kids and enjoy themselves. \ |
