just normal igbo meeting. What with all the questions?

Does their outfit warrant the police to unlawfully arrest them?
You guys should be smart, recently an arrest was made in the same Gwagwalada about a guy who trained this IPOB armed wing and lots of things were discovered there in your area. Should have given you clue that any gathering of igbos whether legal or illegal will definitely fall under the radar of security agency.
Please just stay away from anything that will stand you out for the meantime.... unless of course you feel like facing the security agents....

Aaaah...mine are a dating couple. They fight to finish, lady will curse and cuss...tell the guy to return all the cash she loaned him, she'll then take Uber and return to her father's house...3 weeks later, she go return, smiling! It happened 3 times, and since I moved to the place, she became familiar with my wife, each time they fight she comes crying to our apartment.
Last fight I witnessed was bloody! Broken glass, windows and plates! She threatened the guy with a knife. I stepped in and separated them tactfully. I advised her to go back to her dad...as I saw her to the cab I asked why she would say her guy should die only for her to later desire his d.ick. she laughed. Anyway I spoke to the guy thinking I was doing a good thing, cos I advised him to stay away from her for a while to gather his thoughts...I was a fool...the guy turned out to dislike me!
Anyway, I've moved out from there... but I know they're still together!

Look at the yam the poster is holding, it's moisture content is almost at 10% only... this kind yam dey sweet to roast and eat with palm oil and pepper!

It was my lil bro birthday. He should be around 7 then and I was just 10. Both dad and mom were both trying to put food on the table, none of them remembered the day and I too. Shebi na person belleful dey remember birthdays?

The Indian movie started when my lil bro went to buy a family size cabin biscuit which was sold around #120 or so then. He was running around chanting "today is my birthday, take biscuit" which he started from pop man. Popsy couldn't eat the biscuit but rather went inside and started crying. Felt so sad seeing him cry for the first time and promised myself to be the best for my parent and siblings. Eventually lost both of them couple of months back and I'm all here with my siblings.

It will end in praises!
Oooooohhhh Lord!! Tears of a parent!!
Lord, help us that our tears before our children will be tears of joy .... always!
Sorry bro...may their souls rest... like you said, it will end in praises! Amen

I started a non governmental initiative in 2017, it’s called Support the Needy.
I get emotional when I see kids going through a lot, hence the reason for the initiative.
I haven’t been doing much about it though but I try to do my best when I have.
I don’t take pictures or start screaming on social media, because that doesn’t make sense to me.
Keep up the good work sir! Your reward will be from the Almighty!
When I see kids going through what they shouldn't be going through, I know most parents can't bear it... they just live through it...

I'm still in school there has been several scenarios.

But one I won't forget was when I was little I would leave objects in my school pockets and my mum washing my uniform would warn me not to forget stuffs in there that one might just injure her one day ....like the stupid boy I was I didn't listen one day I was just playing in the compound and my mum just screamed ye I rushed to see waht happened only to see blood everywhere ...I kept my eazor blade there my mum almost cried in pain I broke doen In tears and just knelr down begging her. My mum who would nearly kill me for the slightest offence just quietly said haven't I warned you not to put stuffs there.. she bandaged the hand and kept washing I swear the image is still fresh In my head till now I still see the scar on her hand.

That just one
What about the times she came back late form work or when shes putting up money for things int he house

Or when the house we haven't even moved in got burnt. My woman almost went mad

My pops not really an arround man when things were so bad for him and I saw him putting money out on the bed calculating how he would spend.
Or when I overheard him on the phone the words "I'm doing all this for the children please don't let them go hungry"(in Yoruba)
I don't know what led to that but my heart broke

Or when I'll have to massage his back and leg at the end of the day

All in all I swore if I won't make it for myself I must make it for their sake and for my children and yes my siblings children I want to be that uncle they'll call and his name would open up doors.
Oh dear...oh dear... very touching...may all your prayers come true! Amen

Hmmm long story...
The lawyer insisted the kids were young and the properties they were eyeing wouldn’t be enough for our education but the family insisted. They said they own their younger brother, hence entitled to the property.
They took over the house in Oyo state, demanded for two shops at Ogun state (my mum had to tell the lawyer to give them) because they kept threatening us. Immediately they got their share, they left our house immediately but with a promise to be back because they couldn’t possibly be the only one managing the properties

Six months after his death, terrible things started to happen.
I used to be bold and fearless and even when my dad died, I was in his room all through alone and wasn’t scared. But six months after, I realized indeed spiritual things dey occur, fear Dey grip us inside our house, we go wake up with thousands of ants on our bed. We go Dey see snake and cat inside compound.
Imagine that you are in a house you have lived for 12years and all of a sudden, you can’t walk in the dark.
My mum had to borrow money, relocate us to a church. She tried to make sure we were comfortable. I slept on cold tiles with my sibblings for months. It got to a point, my mum saw paper and thought it was money.
The properties were still there but their rent wasn’t due and my mum’s shop was outside our house.
Though she is a caterer, she tried getting jobs at that time so we could just eat.
The day I wept bitterly was the day I went with her for a catering job, a lady who wasn’t even up to the tip of our finger started to insult my mum because my mum gave her a quotation for 150people instead of 200 (her husband actually asked us to reduce it though).

Well, we went back home after some time, we couldn’t keep running.
Till today, my mum is still the one managing those properties, my sibblings don’t even care about how much it is worth. We are all trying to build our future from the scratch like we have nothing.
Hmmmm....God will be there for you...
The situation is better imagined!

My mother took me along to the market, a very busy one, vehicles were moving here and there, sellers with their wares on the road side. I remember vividly my mother wanted to buy bananas from a woman selling bananas at a road side, and while my mother was pricing the bananas, she was also looking out for bus to take us back home, i noticed she was always looking back while pricing those bananas, like she was in a hurry.

In my little mind I was in a hurry too, like the woman should pack those bananas quickly and hand it over to us so we can leave and enter a bus to take us home. We were still in front of the banana seller, i remembered vividly my mum slipped some money into my pocket to give to the seller because the seller was looking for nylon to package those items.

I was focusing on the bananas waiting for the woman to hand over the bananas to me, my mother sensed i was not looking at her side, so she left me there and rushed to enter a bus. I cried loud shouting 'mummy!!', seeing that the bus was already moving.

The banana seller looked with horror in her face and she took my hand, along with those packed bananas and ran towards the moving bus. People on the road helped us to stop the bus, I entered the bus with the bananas in my hand crying and shivering. The banana seller shouted at my mum bla bla bla. I was at most 5 years old then. I'm 35 now.

So it is possible to remember some long time events especially if they were ingrained on your soul. Some people even remember their past life experiences.
I held my breathe all through reading this story...boy! I was glad it ended well...if not I would have wept!
Thank God for the banana seller... I'm sure your mom had nightmares after that... chaiiiii...

I'll never forget the tears on the streets of Lusaka!
Marc Vivien Foe of Cameroon collapsing and passing on during a match 2003.
Sam Okwaraji too...it shocked me because I watched the match only for me to hear the following day Sunday that he died! I'd never heard sudden death so suddenly....RIP to them all.

Hi smiley
Sorry, I don't know if he is willing to take me to Nigeria or not.
But I told him many many times about I wanna visit Nigeria one day.
I really don't know if he wants me to see his family or not.
I stopped to think about or expect about see his family anymore.
That's always making me feel sad.
So I stopped to think about it.

Few months ago, he showed me some his family pictures.
This is first time. I was really happy!
But I know this is very strange.

We are still not living together.
He still working and living in another prefecture.

He is paying house rent where I'm living.
Here is our house! Most of times I'm living alone.
But he is paying. I think this is his care for me and I really appreciate him.

Sorry, I don't know what is meaning husband should? embarassed
What is common in Nigeria?
My husband paying our house rent, Is this strange? or common?

Anyway, Thank you so much for asking!
I appreciate you!!
Thank you too for your response.
I'm sure others may have told you that in Nigeria and most parts of Africa the husband usually pays the rent and provide money for the house needs like food and clothing and hospital needs etc. But of course if the wife is working she can also contribute... it's up to them both to decide that.
Anyway, it's good he's warming up to you by showing you some pictures of his family... maybe as time goes on he will also bring you to visit his family in Nigeria.
Cheers.

We are good now. Very calm now!
I'm a problem person. Not my husband.
Sometimes I'm confusing, weak etc.
I'm a trouble person.
Very very confusing person.

When I got calm down, I told him what I was thinking about.
He listened my talk. He is a really good person!

I'm always bothering him, disturbing him, annoying him etc.
But he is a super man!
He still allowing me like this. Super husband!

I must always appreciate him.
He is still with me. We are still laughing together!

I still have chance to trying to be a good wife!
Of course, I'm not perfect. Sometimes I'm still making mistake.
Sometimes still making him feel bad, angry etc.
But he still giving me a chance!

I still have something worry about.
Sometimes I'm still trying to tell him.
About a week ago, maybe.
We discussed about it on the phone. I could tell him my opinion and he also told me about his opinion.
We were very calm. Not quarrel.

I really want him to think about his life and happy is first and priority.

Thank you so much for asking about us!
I appreciate you!!

I hope you are good and stay safe!!
Hi
I followed your situation up to a point but I will love to know if he's now willing to take you to visit his family in Nigeria.
Then, is he now living with you and taking care of you as a husband should?
Please you are at liberty not to answer....cheers and best wishes.

Hmmmm!
What can I say!!!
The one I know is: due to a man's inability to impregnate his wife, he will encourage her to meet any man of her choice or, both will choose a man to do the job!
I almost fell victim in 2015, the lady had been eyeing me, I knew because she'll always compliment and say "your wife dey enjoy o!"
Until the day the husband asked me if I could help them! I trembled!
Story plenty!
