Strange that some high profile Delta guy was awarded 300 contracts in just one area and received money upfront yet didn't start any! No one blamed him for non existent infrastructure in that area... because he knows their desire lies in free drinks and free money so he must have taken them to joints based on their caliber and after feeding fat on his "generosity" turned their eyes to PMB and the usual "poverty in the land" anthem is sung! The enemies are truly within!
