I and my colleague at work recently got romantic. Shes a single mum but she said it was a mistake. I need an opinion on issues concerning my marriage.

I got married two years ago, although left to me i would never have gotten married but i had to as the only son of my parent.

I live separately from my wife(a house i built, while i live in a rented place) and although we live in the same state but i can't just seem to live or co-exist peacefully with any other person other than myself.

My wife has really been on my neck lately, she came to my house last week with our child and refused to go back after a week. I am tired and i just wish to be alone please.

I am not a deadbeat dad, i give her 100k every month for food and utilities.

I just want to be left alone, i don't hate her, infact i appreciate all she does but i just love doing things on my own. I'll love my family structure to be this way, i mean coming home to visit my kids(when i have more) and wife every two weeks.

You should have remained alone instead of bringing the poor lady and child into a home without a resident husband and father.

Why do you think your wife will like to stay alone?

If she did, would she have married you?

Maybe if she gets someone else, to warm her bed at night, you would understand that a wife has needs other than monthly cash.

So my friend got this job in management because he knew somebody in that company. But there is high expectations from the company for him to deliver positive results as one of the managers in that company.

This my friend is a university graduate with second class lower result and this manager position is for guys with first class results.

He has never been in management before. Infact, this friend of mine have been at home as an unemployed since 2014. He is socially awkward and easily discouraged. Now he's got this huge job with a big pay, and he is telling me that he feels like a fraud.

I walked into the lobby of this cool office in a highbrow area in Abuja. I had all my credentials and my tie on because I was expecting a tough interview because it was a foreign company and the pay was the highest I've ever had.

At noon, one of the big men there walked out of the conference room, shook hands with me and said, "I'm X". I told him my name and he said they were going out on break, and I should join them after an hour.

An hour passed, and I entered the conference room.

The meeting just continued. No interview! I was already one of them because they had scrutinized my CV and I was good enough according to it.

I felt like a fraud o! So many brains in that place.

However, I fastened my belt, learned and put in my best.

In the end, I fit in quite nicely.

My advice to your friend, he should sit up and do the job.

He'll grow into it.
