I decided to go out today to get a little tomato for the weekend and since i stay alone, i decided to buy both tomato And onion for 50naira. To be honest i was a little disappointed with the quantity, because here in the North I'm used to getting large quantity for the same price. I guess the tomato season is almost over that's why.

What do you think guys? Fair or not for such amount?

With what this seriki son has just said, I will advise the security agencies including the amotekun to go and fish out the so called Wakili. This shows that the dreaded Wakili has been behind most of the evils going in around that area. Seriki and his children are aware of this but did nothing. The people tried to confront him but failed. It is now time the security apparatus responds.

The Presidency has explained why pigeons released during the Armed Forces Remembrance Day ceremony refused to fly

President Muhammadu Buhari’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina said the pigeons could not fly because they have been kept in a cage for a very long time.

As a mark of peace, the president usually released white pigeons from a cage during the Armed Forces Remembrance Day ceremony.

But during the 2021 edition of the ceremony, the pigeons refused to fly after Buhari released them from their cage.

This drew negative reactions from Nigerians who described the development as a bad luck.

However, Adesina in an article titled: “Reflections from a wreath laying ceremony”, said: “When birds and some other roaming animals have been circumscribed for ............ https://janefblog.com/15977-2finally-presidency-explains-why-pigeons-buhari-released-refused-to-fly/

sold my salon business years ago, I spent almost 500k for everything shop rental excluded and I ended up selling everything for 150k..
My mistake was, I saw a good location, got a lucrative business to match such location but knew nothing about running a salon..
First 3 months, the guy was delivering well to expectations but later, it was complain upon complain.
Changed guys like 3 times. Initially, the money will flow and be good for 2-3months then the usual complain starts..
When I could no longer cope, I had to sell everything

This is how a president who is prepared acts. Not this one that spent six months finding angels.

You have executive powers, exercise it. That's why people gave you the mandate

President Trump has talked in recent days with associates about forming a new political party, according to people familiar with the matter, an effort to exert continued influence after he leaves the White House.

Mr. Trump discussed the matter with several aides and other people close to him last week, the people said. The president said he would want to call the new party the “Patriot Party,” the people said.

Mr. Trump has feuded in recent days with several Republican leaders including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.), who on Tuesday said Mr. Trump deserved blame for provoking the deadly Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol. Polls show Mr. Trump retains strong support among rank-and-file GOP voters.

The White House declined to comment.

It’s unclear how serious Mr. Trump is about starting a new party, which would require a significant investment of time and resources. The president has a large base of supporters, some of whom were not deeply involved in Republican politics prior to Mr. Trump’s 2016 campaign.

Third parties have typically failed to draw enough support to play a major role in national elections. Any effort to start a new party would likely face intense opposition from Republican party officials, who would chafe at the thought of Mr. Trump peeling off support from GOP candidates.
