The issue is that he did not lodged the application. The wife lodged the application with the husband as a dependent. Unfortunately the wife was not aware of any previous visa refusal for his husband but the wife had no visa rejection before so it was her assumption that the husband too did not have visa refusal as well.

You have to reply them truthfully and apologise that's all you can do, hopefully the ban will not be implemented.

Answering no when the answer is yes is regarded as misrepresentation

? Has the applicant, or any person included in this application, ever been in Australia or any other country and not complied with visa conditions or departed outside their authorised period of stay? You answered “No”

? Has the applicant, or any person included in this application, ever had an application for entry or further stay in Australia or any other country refused, or had a visa cancelled? You answered “No”

? Departmental records indicate that Damilola Solokon has had applications for entry for Canada and USA and he has not travelled to this countries.

Please advise when did you apply and what the outcome of the visa applications was.

On the basis of the information above, you have in fact provided false and misleading information regarding your visa history on your current visa application. Your visa application may therefore be considered for refusal on the basis that you do not meet PIC 4020.

You are therefore invited to provide a detailed written comment on any of the above information. In addition, you are requested to provide any information that relates to:

because I lost 400k to this process because I didn't do some certain illegal needful going on at the embassy, I didnt want to spit it out here and told him what to do to save him stories too.

ask him I didn't offer to help or receive money from him. I only told him the tune that is being danced to at the embassy and left the decisions to him.

if he does it any other way and successfully he should feel free to share with the house too

let's not ignore questions when we see them and when someone else attends to questions we counter their efforts or opinions.

..i do not need anybody's money via visa scams. I just reapplied for another long term visa after loosing almost 400k ,so I do not think I am hungry.

I just want to help because I know how it feels when you need answers but don't get it. just how do you feel when you pray to God for something and it doesn't actualise?

This is the classical case of guilty conscience playing out here, my question to you was.. why do you want to answer the question elsewhere and not here even when the question was ASKED here, i did not mention fraud/scam but your answer to that simple question exposes your true motive.


Next time you see a question here and did not want to answer it feel free to move on but don't request that the question should be moved to another section.

I have a quick question, my uncle invited me over for his wedding anniversary, so I'll be staying at his side and according to the form i filled , he is the one sponsoring my trip. But he said his account statement isn't needed, so he has refused to send his account statement.

Also do I have to schedule flight ticket before I go for the interview?

If you are not doing very well in Nigeria getting the visa will be a miracle because attending wedding anniversary is not a good reason to visit US, as its you are a potential immigrant.

I did not see the case you are referring to, i visited this thread because of somebody advertising visa services and at the same time Sugah asked that question and straightway i knew how it will turn out this way.

I'm not in support of people who mock others because of their grammar or writing skills, i don't like it and its not something i do or support.

This Twoods story.. is just a clear example of how corruption fights back with people that have a clear stance on certain issues. I would have to say it was extremely low... for whoever brought his brother's issue to this thread. We all hide under the guise of wanting a better Nigeria, but would still castigate people for saying the right things no matter their approach.

The brother's issue is just a smokescreen, the main reason for this hate campaign is because of is view on certain issues..especially fraud while calling the name of God.
