FamilyRe: Should Parents Have A Favourite Among Kids? by kinguwem: 4:37pm On Oct 25, 2012
Children behalf differently. The behaviour of a child can either be attractive or repulsive to parents. Not all parents are skilled in personnel management. The result is exhibition of child favoritism.
EducationRe: Oyedepo To Lay Third Varsity Foundation In January 2013 by kinguwem: 2:33pm On Oct 25, 2012
Techwriter: Why are so many Nairalanders offended with tithing? Those paying there tithes are building schools to help improve the standard of education, and buying jets to aid evangelical exploits while some jobless people spend all their time on Nairaland criticizing them. Those paying are not complaining and nobody forced you to pay.

The next thing people will say now is that the schools are expensive. Go build your own, make it cheap and maintain the standards maintained by these 'expensive' Christian universities. Many of you prefer to hear that pastors are paupers but musicians are money bags. That's why pastors brought up by such congregational mindset keep looking for help from corrupt politicians and musicians and prophesying lies in the process in other to survive. I am not in Winners, but I don't advocate poverty-it is not a virtue. Jesus was not poor-stop decieving yrself
What is christianity all about? Our saviour & the early missionaries lived a life of sacrifice to enhance salvation of mankind. Some churches today are more like business enterprises than faith based organizations. Jesus was against accummulation of earthly riches but advised believers to store their treasures in heaven. The love of money is the root of all evil.
Christianity EtcRe: Share Your Testimonies Here by kinguwem: 8:01pm On Oct 23, 2012
I lost my dad some months ago. It wasn't easy initially. He had a befitting burial on 28TH July, 2012.
Immediately after the funeral, I was able to secure a plot of land with an uncompleted flat in a layout in Jalingo.
A month ago I was invited for a job interview at JUTH.
I'm optimistic better things will happen before the end of the year.
PoliticsRe: SSS Summons Senator Zanna Over Boko Haram Commander by kinguwem: 2:15pm On Oct 23, 2012
The senator is contradicting himself. A drug addict may do anything to get his routine shot. Anybody that is calling for the withdrawal of the JTF from Maidugari is likely to be a supporter of BH. The war against terrorism cannot be won until the sponsors of the act are exposed & prosecuted.
PoliticsRe: Aviation: Storm Over Ethnic Agenda by kinguwem: 7:28am On Oct 23, 2012
Nigerians are generally myopic & egocentric. The minister has achieved what other ministers were unable to achieve. Merit & professionalism should not be sacrificed at the alter of mediocrity (federal character & quota system).
PoliticsRe: Gunmen Kill 7 In Yobe by kinguwem: 9:45pm On Oct 20, 2012
What a people! These people want to take us back to the dark age. Killing of persons including a medical doctor which is a scarce resource in that state demonstrates the state of primitivity of the people.
FoodRe: What Weird/Disgusting Things Have You Found In Your Food? by kinguwem: 5:35pm On Oct 20, 2012
The following animals (insects) must be found in an unadulterated palm wine: bees, ants & flies.
PoliticsRe: The Senator Hiding The Wanted Boko Haram Commander. (Premium Times Report) by kinguwem: 4:26pm On Oct 20, 2012
It's a shame that a senator that is maintained by tax payers' money is the one sponsoring terrorism in his own locality. If the other senators don't have the guts to call him to order, nigerians should be on the streets to call for his prosecution. Only the firing squad befits this man. Curses will follow him & his family all the days of their lives.
PoliticsRe: Civil Service Promotion Exams To Be Abolished 2013’ by kinguwem: 8:03pm On Oct 19, 2012
The abolition of civil service examination will not be in the best interest of the civil service. The FG is planning to promote mediocrity, favoritism & bribery in the civil service.
NYSCRe: Words Of Advice For Current & Prospective Corpers by kinguwem: 7:30pm On Oct 15, 2012
Corp members should be security conscious anywhere they are posted to. They should not hesitate to leave any hostile environment. They should empower themselves by engaging in self employment programmes and postgraduate studies. For those who are not engaged, it is an opportunity to search for a life partner.

PoliticsRe: Bankole - Our Leaders Love To Rule And Die In Office by kinguwem: 9:30pm On Oct 12, 2012
Bankole is a disappointment to the youths. Without people of his calibre assisting them, the elderly politicians cannot perpetrate themselves in office. The youths are usually used to snatch ballot boxes & to kill political opponents. The youths are not resourceful. They prefer to earn a living through crime.
PoliticsRe: CPC's Statement On The Killing Of Uniport Students by kinguwem: 10:10am On Oct 11, 2012
The CPC's statement though commendable is not impressive. I would have been impressed if the party acted this way during the post election crisis in 2011. The morale value in the country is appalling. There is no value for human life. Something should be done urgently to restore the sanctity of human life & protection of lives & property.

HealthRe: My Experience With A Quack Doctor by kinguwem: 6:30am On Oct 11, 2012
The health care delivery system is facing serious challenges. The currently acceptable practice is evidenced based medicine. It involves a lot of training & research. Our universities, teaching hospitals, health ministries & parastatals are not properly equipped to manage current health challenges.
A doctor that refers when in doubt is a good doctor. Usually, when treating children, a thorough physical examination is necessary. Unlike adults, children may develop pneumonia without a history of cough. Cough is usually a late symptom. This may result in a misdiagnosis since other diseases such as malaria, sepsis, gastroenteritis usually present with fever. A follow up of patients is very important after the initial visit. During the follow up visit, new diagnoses can be made based on new symptoms & clinical findings.
PoliticsRe: Ankio Briggs Condemns Jonathan’s Broadcast by kinguwem: 7:03am On Oct 10, 2012
A solution to this problem is the construction of a buffer dam along the River Benue. We pray that the allocated funds will be used accordingly.
CrimeRe: UNIPORT Students And ALUU Villagers Fighting In Port-Harcourt by kinguwem: 9:21pm On Oct 07, 2012
Some Ikwerre people are naturally violent. They must have been drunk before committing the barbaric act. They have attracted trouble to their community.
CrimeRe: Father Of UNIPORT Student Lynched “for Stealing Phone” Speaks by kinguwem: 2:58pm On Oct 07, 2012
Jungle justice is barbaric & should be condemned by all & sundry. The perpetrators of the act should be identified, arrested & prosecuted for murder.
PoliticsRe: Names Of Slain Mubi Students by kinguwem: 2:43pm On Oct 07, 2012
For the barbarians that killed the students who laboured to seek knowledge to brighten their future, the following curses have been placed on them:
1. They shall all die premature and shameful deaths. Their days shall be full of sorrow & pains.
2. Illiteracy, poverty & disease shall follow their familes all the days of their lives.
The curse can only be broken if they repent, confess their sins & do restitution.
PoliticsRe: Achebe's Civil War Memoir's Invitation For Fresh War — CPC by kinguwem: 2:07pm On Oct 07, 2012
jadakiss213: BTW,Why did Ojukwu say Awolowo was the best President Nigeria never had??
. That was the best way he could pay tribute to him. Leaders usually make mistakes but that does that make them villians. Events of the past are lessons for the future. The truth must be told so that lessons can learnt. Remember, no mistakes, no learning.
PoliticsRe: Onaiyekan, Sultan Nominated For 2012 Nobel Peace Prize by kinguwem: 8:08pm On Oct 06, 2012

Did I just hear sultan, this people are such a big joke.
Sultan peace award,is their peace in his own state, they are only making a mockery of Nigeria by nominating him.
Why waste a slot for him when infact it is glaring he wont win

Though he hesistated in speaking against Boko Haram, perhaps he needed to be briefed properly. However, he has been preaching against religious violence even though he initially
attributed the activity of the group to bad governance.
CultureRe: What Amuses You The Most About Nigerians? by kinguwem: 7:53pm On Oct 06, 2012
Nigerians are very superstitious. They usually attribute problems to demons. However, corruption is a way of life even though the love of money is the root of all evil.
Christianity EtcRe: Church Dilemma - Serious Replies Pls by kinguwem: 10:02am On Oct 06, 2012
It's a waste of time going to a chuch that can't uplift you spiritually. Being a pastor's wife doesn't give you an automatic visa to heaven.
PoliticsRe: Bomb Blast Kills 3 In Jalingo by kinguwem: 9:03pm On Oct 05, 2012
Only a person died. The corpse is yet to be identified. About 8 persons sustained several forms of injuries.
PoliticsRe: Anti-Islam Film - Boko-Haram Issues Threat by kinguwem: 6:12pm On Oct 01, 2012
Boko Haram will make history if they can kill the producer of the film or bomb a target in US.
I thought they will also destroy Saudi Arabia for deporting their women.
They should not play the ostrich by killing innocent nigerians.
PoliticsRe: Nigeria @52! Say Something Special And Positive About Her. by kinguwem: 12:52pm On Oct 01, 2012
On the ocassion of our 52ND Independence Anniversary, I pray for good governance, steady eletricity supply, good roads and health facilities, a more rigorous fight against corruption, improvement in the security situation and eradication of Boko Haram.
Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Gowon Did Not Cede Bakassi - Akinjide by kinguwem: 3:08pm On Sep 27, 2012
Chief Akinjide is hiding something. Bakassi was ceded to Cameroun during the civil war by Gen. Gowon. If he has a contrary information, he should prove it.
HealthRe: NHIS Introduces Voluntary Health Insurance For Self Employed, Small Businesses by kinguwem: 8:26pm On Sep 22, 2012
The NHIS is good but in practice it is a waste of money to an enrollee. Most health care providers provide only cheap drugs and investigations. They complain that the monthly capitation per patient of N550 is inadequate. The scheme is beneficial to low income workers with large families.
PoliticsRe: Lawyers Protest Bad Roads In Aba by kinguwem: 8:49am On Sep 22, 2012
The lawyers are not serious. Are they not the ones that win elections for criminals? Hippocrites! Why are they crying wolf? A lot of them are cursed because of the love of money. They have better options. They should rally for the impeachment of the governor. They should also use the FOI bill to expose the fraudulant activities of the governor and his cronies. If they cannot do any of these, they have failed the society.
PoliticsRe: Ogun Halts Migration Of Fulani Herdsmen Into The State by kinguwem: 8:23am On Sep 22, 2012
We'll never develop as a nation until we do the right things. Once state governments invest in mechanized agriculture and animal husbandry, nomadic cattle rearing will no longer be lucrative. Lives will no longer be lost from clashes between cattle rearers and farmers.
PoliticsRe: CBN Stops Otedola, Dantata From Bank Loans by kinguwem: 8:05am On Sep 22, 2012

Was Tinapa a viable investment? Another abandoned white elephant project.
PoliticsRe: Fuel Scarcity Persists Across Nigeria. by kinguwem: 7:01am On Sep 19, 2012
A lot of nigerians are unpatriotic. They vandalize oil pipelines and hoard petroleum products. Oil marketers are trying to create artificial scarcity to frustrate close scrutiny of their activities. The FG should encourage more private investors to established refineries in the country.
IslamRe: To Muslims who react violently to Video against Prophet Muhammed (SAW) by kinguwem: 7:32am On Sep 17, 2012
God is a warrior and a mighty man in battle. He don't leave is fight for man. Man cannot fight for God because God is alive now and forever.
