In Western Nigeria, Govt Used to buy produce off farmers who deposit the produce with merchants, the govt fight for the best price in the intl market and then use a formula to determine how much the farmer gets and they announce price over the radio.

The Agro-allied sector in Osun has no answer to it in Anambra. That sector produces billions of dollars of farm produce per annum. Per capita income in Osun will be higher than in Anambra. Osun is richer because of the agro allied sector
