Meanwhile chicken poo is money here. Families who have backyard poultries have people who purchase their chicken poo, even paying in advance. I need some now and know it won't be easy to get it since this season is the peak of demand

There is nothing bad about traveling but the problem Nigerians have is that they don't like to think ,they want others to do the thinking for them ,we don't like taking responsibility for our actions and we like shifting the blame of our failures on others. Instead of people spending time and hours andbeven weeks making sensible research about the place they are going and what they can do there and how the place is ,they will rather choose to believe the agent and even if you warn them they will tell you the agent has done all the ground work for them
This was how someone took some ppl to Gabon and told them that Europeans usually come to buy fruits in morning and leave in the evening back to Europe, stupidly some ppl to believed him.

The little black skin left, on his scalp, keeps reducing and I'm sure it will be gone in a couple of years.

It's one of the gardens located between the CBN office and Plateau Club, Jos.

Update: Birds continue to feast on the apples, the redder (riper) ones attract them more!

I believe you should write a letter to request one and submit it at their headquarters at Rwang Pam. Ensure that you speak to one of their officers. And follow up. They have them in stock.

As has been noted, apples are grown in Plateau State. A programme is located in Bokkos while some families in Jos have a tree or two in their yards.
The pictures are of a tree here. The seedling supplier said it is the Anna variety.
This is its first fruiting and birds are feasting on the apples while we are waiting for them to mature and ripen!

I did the same NERC route in 2006/7. After their intervention, I still had to push by going to the MD at Marina. His secretary directed me to the officer in charge who then directed me to get a form at the Ijora office. Got the form and was directed to their office at Bar Beach. I waited for over four hours to see the South Afrcan boss because they said he'd left the premises to attend a meeting.

When the man returned he asked why I wanted a prepaid meter so bad when they were facing opposition to the meters even from their staff.
I told him we wanted to pay for what we consumed and stop being ripped off via the estimated bills.

The meter was installed the following day. It was a great relief not to have to go down to join the group around the Phcn officials demanding to see bills when they came around on their disconnection drives.

When you count the cost of two trips to Nerc at Abuja and the stress of moving around Lagos, it wasn't easy but it was worth it.

You must fight to get your due. They won't give it to you on a platter because they make a lot of money from estimated billing.

I believe some people don't like the fruit that you get from grafting fruit trees. A friend complained about eating a grapefruit that was sweet. She said it was the result of grafting and was very unlike the natural grapefruit which is a bit sour. She stopped buying grapefruit till recently when she got a link to a family at Ayobo who sell fruits from their ungrafted tree.

Botswana i believe is one of the best (if not the best country) in Africa right now. I was there early this year to pay the bride price of my lovely jewel i met in Europe, and i was shocked at what i saw. The village we went to pay the bride price has more social amenities than some major cities in Nigeria. My brothers that accompanied me from Nigeria almost wept when they saw the difference...A very strong currency (1 pula = #36), 1st class roads, constant water supply, trust, safety, policemen doing their job the proper way, friendly people, organized way of life... even their healthcare is free and my wife was sponsored abroad to study by the government. My brothers even started making plans to visit Botswana again while they were still there . That country is the pride of Africa. However, Nigeria is still my country and will do anything i can to better her...as bad as it is, there is no place like home! But i am favored to have a 2nd home called Botswana!

I'll appreciate your responses. I want to understand what is required.
We use a submersible pump for our well and it pumps the water into the overhead tank. Do we expect the same for the borehole? It's not close to the overhead tank. It's about 12-15 metres away.
Will the borehole submersible pump do or is another surface pump required?
The borehole is 70m deep and the overhead tank is about 4m high.

A big shame. WAEC needs to review its security processes and follow up these websites. If it gets the people behind them it will be able to know where its system has been broached and take the needed action.
