it has an indirect relationship. Banks that are unable to meet-up with this new capital requirements will either lose their licences or get them downgraded to lesser status. An international bank can lose its licence to become a national bank and so on.

When a national bank loses its national licence, it might become a regional bank. What happens to the branches in the regions it chooses not to operate? Staff will be retrenched in such places.

But in a situation he's unable to do so based on challenges beyond his control from the example posited above, it's rational for the woman to support her husband just so the family will weather the storm.

All I expected of her is to say, while my husband contributes all his income to the family wellbeing, I will support his effort with a percentage of my earnings. Be it 20, 30 or what have you. Anambra was never the seat of governance and FCT. Lagos was the seat of governance after amalgamation in 1914. From 1960 after independence it conitued to hold this status till 1992 when FCT was moved to Abuja. Anambra will be miles ahead of LAGOS if it had this rare opportunity.
