Everybody has turned importer. Drop shipment iso’nu. AliExpress oran. |
Jinns (demons) are living in them. |
It’s a blessing in disguise. It will force us to think inward and be more productive, locally, and force foreign currencies to go down against Naira. |
The ‘market’ is for lazy Magodo wives and residents. They do t want to go to Ketu or Mile 12 market. |
Advancedman:You are wrong. She doesn’t need to. Every manufacturer holds that duty of care towards their consumers. See this popular case of Donoghue v Stevenson [1932]. If she could prove that the tomatoes paste company didn’t exercise care towards her by releasing such product into the market, the company could be held liable. |
Let NAFDAC take samples across Nigerian markets for laboratory analysis. It’s as simple as that. Let another independent lab do the same and compare their findings and then make the report public. The lady in question didn’t do anything out of order. She’s just being hara.ssed and intimid.ated for airing her view about a product. |
ollykay619:Tell him to indicate the brand name against each material, and probably show you the pic s of the ones you are not familiar with to see how they look. You can then go online to first of all check the average price. Go to the market and buy your materials yourself, after asking him to commit himself that he would use them once you bring them. Lots on artisans rip off clients on materials purchase. And lots of them end up buying the other brands because they didn’t specify most of the exact brands they would use when giving you quotation. Negotiate well on the labour. Labour shouldn’t be more than 150k, max for the whole work. Money is scarce these days my brother. |
masseratti:Those protesting death on the street are parts of the ones Buhari called lazy youths. They can’t occupy Nigeria for bad governance but they can stay glued to their TVs and phones watching irrelevant things while some people have ignited their candle life, at both ends. |
Speakz:Hope? May be they get Uzodinma sha. 😁😁 Have a great day, bro. |
Wetin dey the book? Who he sign am with? What are the milestones? Audio. |
Awon obi iya t’obi’mo oran. Go to Ikorodu and Sango and Abeokuta etc. Same thing. You will see vulcanizer etc joining c.ult group I don’t know what they derive in it. |
ehay:Amen. And you too. |
ehay:It’s a pity; I am not able to do that. I have no contact there. Search round bro. You should get someone to fix it. |
ehay:Even though you didn’t mention your state, the labour for such shouldn’t be more than N20k per door because he is not spending more than 3hrs on making and fixing a door. There’s no biggie there, with right tools. |
ehay:For construction alone or including hanging of the the door and the frame? Which state are you, please? |
Let’s take our states back from these governors. They will finish Nigeria in our life time. Let’s start the process of recalling politicians that don’t do our bidding. |
Some people’s tickets just dey cut anyhow. Hope heartbreak won’t kee some ha.ters bayi. It’s good we start regulating social media contents. Lots of f.ake news flying around. |
CodeTemplar:Help me out 😁 78b divided by N10m |
CodeTemplar:Thanks for the correction. I meant 7.8 million homes |
CodeTemplar:You are right. Original 100% galvanized steel bridge cannot cost more than N2B, including logistics. That’s N6B. Such type of bridges are allover the abroad they go and the bridges last more than 100 years. They never think in that direction except the ones they will use to steal. Alternatively, the remaining N72b out of the 78billion Naira can build more than 78 million homes at a cost of N10 million per simple home and still fund the interlocking road due to aquatic nature of the state. Having an approximate of 7 million homes across all the states alone will lift people out of the shantytown and new industries of home services and building materials will emerge. |
CodeTemplar:50% of the contract sum will be diverted. Signature project, my feet. Awon ole gbogbo. |
smokey12345:Check what I wrote, please. One 8x4ft of HDF or MDF leaf would be enough for one door, since OP is talking of inner door. The same thing is for using plywood. Where the dimension for entrance door is higher than that of inner door is when you may need a foot more of wood (provided the door is not that tall and wide, using jointers like mortise and tenon. Hard woods like oak may also be used, we are not that expensive. Having right tools, and be able to use it well, make woodworking looks like a walk-in-the-park. You can check how to use dowels too. |
Since it’s the same copy they served to all other political parties, it’s good to see other political parties copies and check if that inscription is on their own. It is as simple as that. Can Obi’s or Atiku’s media personnel share their own copies? I don’t think APC will be that daft to write such for the judges and still leave the inscription for other political parties to see when APC knew copies would be served to other parties in the suit. Obidients, let’s be thinking straight, once in a while now. |
All those problems you mentioned are majorly African problems. Problems from fake spares to fake or substandard lubricants or oil, inexperienced mechanics, lack of modern diagnostic and repair tools, not servicing or carrying out repairs on time, effects of bad road etc. the problems are endless. I have never seen any car broke down or being pushed over here in Europe for years. I have never seen, on any dashboard of any vehicle here, where CHECK ENGINE light comes on. There’s no adulterated fuel here. Who would sell it? Wetin such personal go say im chop belle full to dey sell that kain fuel? Which government official go even allow such fuel or substandard part to be sold? If you enter an auto service center here and they open up their system where you are, you fit run maaaad because diagrams and technical jargons you would see on their screen, which have to do with a diagnosis or a repair they want to carry out on your vehicle. Scanning through lots of part numbers (with diagrams) alone, just to make sure they give you the exact best part can make you go c.razy. As long as poverty and corruption are still in Nigeria, those things you mentioned would still be there. It’s in the first-world country that you would see that every vehicle brand is good. Lots of brands (not only in vehicles) are here that have never being sold in Africa because we can’t use or maintain them due poverty and hardship. That’s why China has come to our rescue to give us what is fit for us because Africans are poor. |
She looked like SS, after deeper look at that pix. Or probably she’s suffering from certain ailment before her death. May God rest her soul. |
Wheyrhey. Cost of printing the large picture nko ? + the chuachua that follows the printing? Who told the wheyrhey that the rice will not be re-bagged before being sold? Flimsy excuse. Dem done get Nigeria, big time. |
State government don see us finish. They can’t do nada than the mediocre they are used to. The best way is to invite private investors to do these things and allow them to recoup their investments. I am sure it’s going to be a win-win venture. They would make money, our lives would improve, there would be jobs, crimes would reduce, economy would prosper. Let’s give serious investors the opportunities. Things like longer tax holidays, ridiculously reduced land-use charge and licenses with strict basic standard of infrastructure we expect from them. Our local investors can team-up with foreign ones that have needed technicalities. Walahi, we are suffering from non availability of basic infrastructure in Nigeria. |
MTFindout:Your WAEC. It will help you reduce cost of authentication and legalization, since you are applying for undergrad program. |
I don’t know that of PDP but I know that of LP. Na maaad man. |
He has come back to continue loafing around and doing nothing tangible for the state. Take a cue from the hospital that treated you abroad and replicate it across a Ondo states. After all, you are sitting on both state’s and local governments’ allocations every month. Imagine if oyinbo that you ran to their hospital didn’t do such facilities, will you still be alive today? Akeredolu, use this second chance God almighty gave you to turn things around for your people. I see no reason why Ondo state can’t have lite rails connecting Ile-Oluji to Igbara-Oke to Akure to Ondo, Ore, Igbotakun, Irele, Owo, Akoko, Igbokoda, Aye, Okitiupa, Ijaw etc. Issue licenses to private contractors to construct better roads and let them toll it. Now that states can generate electricity, target 40,000 kilowatts for your state and invite investors to invest in generation, transmission, and distribution with at least 40% stake of Ondo government in those ventures. These would attract other goodies to Ondo states. Tourism is a key money-spinning potential for Ondo State due to the landscape and scenic views the state has. That’s what Switzerland is eating. All of you are du.mp assss leaders, Akeredolu. Digitize database of civil servants and automate so many routine and repetitive work and free up the civil service. You can do this by announcing very good redundancy package for those moribund civil servants. I am sure 65% of them will embrace it. Prove us wrong that you are different from others because I haven’t seeing anything you have done since you became governor of Ondo State. Whereby kan n ge fila kangor kiri. |
Oga, suspend their oga patapata indefinitely if they exceed that 2 weeks. By the way, my Ondo people will say orí yéye ní m’ògún, ti àìsè l’ópò. Abeg help us free many inmates who are innocent from our prisons. Lots of people were rounded up by our police officer and were either charged for wandering. Lots of police officers who are looking for promotions use this tactic to get ‘forced’ conviction on Nigerians, as police prosecutors in our courts and end up remanding many innocent Nigerians. Except those on death sentences, please free these people. Some of them have spent more years in prison than what the law would even recommend as their punishment, assuming they were found guilty. Let them go and think of what they can do with their life. Use the opportunity of freeing them to renovate our correctional centers and upgrade them. |
