I'm really impressed with Mikel's decision. It shows he has the interest of the country at heart. Trust some players they will force their way through depriving others the opprtunity to play for the country.

Thumbs up Mikel. National Interest first.

Here comes another Thomas. It is Taye Taiwo so it has to be a joke but I guess if the topic had the name of Roy Keane, you will believe forgetting he is long retired and now a coach. Your focus will be white.

Doubting Thomas you gat to get your a.s.s out of here fast. Do you think Goal.com is that thirty naira paper you buy and read at the bus stop?

The show was sponsored by Nigerian Breweries and not Guinness
Oh thanks for the correction or reminder.

Damysa:
personally I thought Darey would win but Emeka won with a very slim chance cos he was the last to arrive and applied less efforts.

Minutes into the last task I gave up on Emeka because he was so slow and probably tired, I think he too didnt know he was going to win or was he just being calculativehuh.
Now you remember Ecclessiates 9:11

The race is not to the swift, neither the battle for the strong, nor yet bread to men of skill but time and chance happeneth to them all.
Celebrities › Re: Emeka Ike:-winner Of Gulder Celebrity Showdown! by Meldrick(m): 9:41am On Jun 01, 2010
Did anyone see the expression on Dare's face? I was quite dissapointed. Immediately Emeka Ike dug and shouted that he has seen the gublet, Darey was about muscling him out of the way to get the gublet but he just gave up. I saw dissapointment written all over his face because he was really close to the area where the gublet was hidden. Daddy Showkey was really matured.

Congrats to Emeka but Guiness must concentrate on enrishing the poor people living in the creeks.

I really respect and understand your opinion. But on the bolded lines, i need you to tell me, how many privatisation OBJ did during his regime that is a success, that was trully sold to the public not sold to himself and his cronies, cos thats not what privatisation is all about.
Secondly on not killing Nitel i disagree, he contributed and thats for sure, fine it was in a bad state when he came, was it too bad to be redeemed? could anytin have been done to salvage it?cos i clearly remembered Nitel also started GSM services and their number was 0804,did he privatise it?if he did then should it have been much better?or completely go underground?before OBJ there was Nitel,no matter how bad it was it existed, but after OBJ what can you say about Nitel, in as much as we give him credit for the introduction of GSM,it was an innovation waoting to happen at that time, irrespective of who would have been i government. And i hope you know nigeria's GSM rate is the most expensive in the whole world. My dear brother their is no way the total collapse of Nitel  wont be attributed to the cursed Gorilla in ota
A baboon calling an achiever a Gorilla.

A gorilla you call him and he has ruled your country as a military and democratically elected ruler. Nigerian businessman Aliko Dangote has denied planning a move to buy a 15.9% stake in Premier League side Arsenal.

Maxidoe:
OBJ this was a man:
-Who slept with his daughter inlaw and broke the marriage of his son
What has this got to do with our country Nigeria. That was his personnal affair. He is an adult who can do anything with his personal life. It doesn't affect you. It didn't stop your food from digesting.

Maxidoe:
-Institutionalised corruption
You talk like a child. What will you say of Babangida. Corruption was democratized under Babangida and that's why his government was referred to as you chop I chop government.

Maxidoe:
-No government ever increased fuel price like he did.
Nothing in this world is static. You don't expect the price of fuel in 1960 to be the same in 2010.

Maxidoe:
-He counducted the worst election in Nigerian history.
Still talking like a child. What will you say about a man who annulled a free and fair election. Is that not the real devil? Obj is still better. At least you say his election was rigged. There is no place in the world where you have a perfect election even in America but if Babangida had not annulled the June 12 election, it would have been on record as one of the freest and fairest succesful election conducted in the world.

Career › Re: I Am Confused - Job Satisfaction Or Renumeration? by Meldrick(m): 6:17pm On May 20, 2010
Someone made a very good point (the second post) and that is reality. Sincerely 75 - 80% of people in Nigeria do not have job satisfaction. They only work for the money because it has become imperative. You gat to pay ur bills and you relatives keep breating heavily down ur neck.

My dear I agree with you on the peace you experience outside Lagos but sincerely the opportunities are in Lag. Your wife will surely graduate and she will need a job. You have to allow her catch into the windows of opportunities in Lagos.

I strongly advise you endure in Lagos and make more money. Men 90k looks so large but it is nothing especially with a family man. After you must have settled well with your family in Lagos (especially when ur wife secures a job), you can start exploring your area of interest but now chase the cash.
