The current beats dominating Nigerian music are beats copied from the Ghanaian Hip-Life. Nigerian musicians started adopting the beat (which is a mixture of highlife and hip-pop) after collaborations between some Nigerian and Ghanaian musicians like Tony Tetuila/Tic Tac, VIP and Tuface etc as well as exposure to Ghanaian music on Channles like Music Africa which started in the early 2000s.

Nowadays, when u listen to songs from Nigerian artists like Duncan Mighty etc, you will see the influence of the Ghanaian Hip-Life style dominating the rythmn

My friend, the greatest attention has never been on Oyedepo or Adeboye. The greatest attention, whether in terms of persecution or praise, has been on TB Joshua. The difference isTB Joahua has consistently demonstrated the fruits of the anointing on him and has been able to cpnvince more doubting Thomases through his  accurate predictions,preaching, humility,miracles and charity works, while t the other pastors have been showing the stuff they are made of, whether by slapping an innocent girl, buying and flying private jets, operating the most expensive schools beyond the reach of their members and being bootlickers of presidents, governors etc

The so called Bishop is ignorant of things of the spirit and has indicted himself by his words and actions.

Again, by saying that the girl went back to the wicthes society, it means he has acknowledged the fact that the girl was never delivered. TB Joshua does not just give rice.money and bible to people. He uses the anointing in his life to cast out the demons and deliver the people. He does it in the full glare of the congregaton. Note how the new Channels are far better, more capacious and more efficient that those they replaced. Fashola will actually consolidate on his first term and some of us will be here, with evidence, to shame the lies and bad belle driven by nothing but undiluted hatred.

My friend, road construction is meaningless if a govt decides to increase tuition fees in a state university by over 700%, beyond the reach of the common man.
It is criminal and devilish to increase tution fee from 25,000 to as much as 250,000-350,000 in a state/country where govt is still not willing to pay N18,000 minimum wage. Of what use would the roads be?. Does Fashola expect road users in Lagos to be illiterate and ignorant youth of the state who had been deprived of education?
Education must be paramount in the mind of any serious government, not just doing roads, at inflated costs and destroying other peoples lives and future. Roads are not more important than education.

Please, stop blaming Tinubu for all of Fashola's failures, bad policies, high handedness and lack of compassion for the poor masses.

Tinubu was Governor for 8 years, tell me when medical doctors went on strike for over 100 days!

Tell me when school teachers went on strike as long as thiey did under Fashola within his first term.

Tinubu created LASTMA, KAI and other agencies, but these agencies were not as useless and as nusiance as under Fashola.

Tinubu started the road re-construction in Lagos. Tell me how many poor masses' house were demolished without any compensation for more than 2 years.

Tinubu built low cost housing estates(atleast I know of the Milleninuim Estate in Akowonjo0/Shasha axis) among others. Tell me a single low cost housing estate built by Fashola for the poor in the society.(Fashola has consistently said his govt wld provide houses for only the MIDDLE AND UPPER CLASSES, indirectly telling us that he does not have any house for LOWER CLASS).

Tinubu built markets affordable for the ordinary people. Tell me a single market built by Fashola that is affordable to the poor.

Tinubu introduced a free waste collection programe using the PSP. Today, Fashola govt has turned it to a money extortion venture, imposing arbitrary bills on people, even in places where the services of the PSP are not needed.

Tinubu established BRT/LAGBUS Bus service system and the rates were relatively affordable. Compare that to Fashola has increased the fares on multiple occassions without any justification.

Tell me single market of poor traders that was demolished and terrorised under Tinubu the way Fashola has frustrated marketers in Yaba and other places.
Infact, the traders in Mille 2 had to go on striker because of the extortion by Lagos State under Fashola.

Tinubu did not close down Computer Village, Ikeja, for one day. But Fashola had closed the place down for all sorts of useless execuses, using tax a cover-up

Tinubu may have his faults, but he should not be blamed blindly for every evil that Fashola is making Lagosians to go through.

Fashola to me is clueless and a deceitful person who has no compassion for the poor . He is busy extorting money from people by all means.

TB Joshua has prophecied on many occassions and every prophecies he makes come to past. We were all witnesses to how he single handledly prophecied the Eagles vs Guinea match. He said there is a housing market for middle and upper income strata of our society which is true, there are rich people in Lagos state too and all he's saying is, let's get get in there and make some money for the state too and redirect the state's profits to what he said in (d) about social services.

The truth is the upper class in the society does not NEED government to build houses for them. They can use their hundreds of millions to buy houses. It is the lower and middle income masses that really need the intervention of govt to make life more comfortable for themselves. How many houses/market has Fashola built for common man in Lagos?
We all know how Jakande and even Tinubu tried to provide some housing schemes for the ordinary man, Fashola has failed in this regard, that is the bitter truth.

We cant just put the blame on the LGAs.

It is a known fact the state governments have hijacked the allocations of the LGAs and they only give to the LGA funds that are justr enough to pay salaries. As a rssult, the Local Govts are incapacitated and their relevance has been usurped by the States.

Therefore, it has become very necessary and also important for the State Govts to now marshall plans and collaboratie with the LGAs to implement programmes and policies that would impact positively on the people at the grassroots, i.e LGAs, this is where the Fashola Govt is a failure. His government has been embarking on elitist projects/programmes to the detriment of the grassroots.
We keep hearing  about roads in highbrow/elitist areas, but the people living in the local/rural areas are totally neglected. Add that to the wanton destruction of poor people's businesses/markets at the slightest opportunity by govt agencies.

It is this disconnect between the State govt and the LGA that is casuing this poor performance and the apparent anger against the ACN in Lagos
During his inauguaration/opening of some housing units a few weeks ago, I heard Fashola criticising those who blame hos govt for not having any housing scheme for the low-level income earners in the society. His response was that his govt would only provide hosuing to the MIDDLE and UPPER strata in the society where is a clear market for hosuing. This a clear indication that his government does not have sympathy for the poor. It is this lack of government presence/ impact in the lives of the rural poor that has led to the present situation. Fashola's govt must have a rethink and touch the lives of the poor, otherwise there would be more disenchantment. The govt has failed to do anything meaningful for the victims of the floods in Ikorodu and other places in recent times

Afterall. we saw how Jakande(and Tinubu to a less extent) impacted people's lives through low cost housing and other masses-friendly policies that benefitted the poor

We Nigerians should learn to be optimistic in whatever we intend to or do. At least, let us give her the chance to implement those policies first before we condemn her. she is a brilliant and good economist. My friend, this was the same woman that was Minister of Finance under Obasanjo and she engineered fuel price hike on numerous occassions, just to please the World Bank/IMF, her pay-masters. Thank God for a courageous person like Sanusi who exposed the corrupt practices in the sector and took practical steps to safeguard depositors funds in the banks, most of which were on the verge of going under. Today, Sanusi has been able to address the distress in the banking industry without a single bank going under.

The greatest threat to the war against corruption is the crooked judicial system we have whcoh gives too much room for the delay and manipulation of justice. Can you imagine that a high court judge gave a perpetual injunction restraining the EFCC from arresting Odili, and the appeal against that injunction is still pending till date?

Waziri is trying hard and for your information, she has recorded more convictions in court than Ribadu did in 5 years. The problem is lack of political will on the part of the FG and the crooked judicial system
