I wake up between 3am & 3:05am every night irrespective of the time I slept. Whether I sleep 10pm or 12am, It's certain I will still wake up at 3am with full consciousness.

When I wake up, I just wee, say a little prayer and try to sleep back. I find it hard to sleep back most times but some times, I sleep back around 4am and wake up 5am (This is when my day actually starts)

This has been going on for some months now. Could there be a spiritual meaning to this?

I am as doubtful as anyone about the wisdom of appointing a mechanical engineer as CBN governor after 9 years of economic disaster under Emefiele, but this is merely an interim arrangement which is triggered automatically. To speak of Tinubu "appointing" the person who was next in line for the job is absurd.

For me, what really matters is

(1) how long this interim arrangement is allowed to go on, and
(2) who is appointed the new permanent CBN governor.

Here, there should be no doubt whatsoever that what Nigeria needs right now is a fully-trained economist, someone with a PhD in the subject who also has some experience in finance (most financiers are like Emefiele in being too ignorant of economics to do a good job). Anyone can pick up the basics of economics with a textbook or two, but learning it well enough to balance monetary stability with low inflation is so difficult that few get it right all the time even in the most advanced economies. Given Nigeria's circumstances, this is not the time to experiment with further dilettantism, no matter how smart the dilettante may be.

I'll go even further and suggest that if Tinubu can't find someone with the right qualifications and experience with a Nigerian passport, he should be bold enough to canvas for candidates internationally. There is solid precedent for this, as the former head of the Bank of England was a Canadian, while an American was once appointed head of the Bank of Israel. The role of CBN governor is the key appointment that will determine whether Nigeria thrives or stagnates over the next decade, and we can't allow parochial thinking about tribe or religion to enter into it at all.

Though I doubt Tinubu will go as fair as employing a foreign hand with the sensitive and strategic office as the CBN governor but he eill definitely find the best hand and mind that has been tested and trusted.

It's rightly in court. Let's allow the courts and teibunals carry out and perform their due diligence and follow due process.
I doubt it will lead to the annulment of the election. However, if fraud is discovered, the culprits should be penalised and an improvement should be invested in to curtail such recurrence.
