I can relate. I used to be very anxious than my current state. Hospital fixed me on Propanol to keep me calm and control my frequent heart palpitations. But I stopped. Mate I will help you with stuffs that helped me cause that anxiety will suddenly graduate to Bipolar disorder, panic attacks and social anxiety and etc.
