Just as the total energy oga complained in earlier post, inconsistent policies.
So a plane skidded off run way, strange as it seem, that is a regular occurrence in the aviation industry, such mishaps will happen. Ending of 2022, if you used the mm2 runway you wound have been amazed at the size of port holes. In fact we landed right in a porthole on a Qatar Airways flight! What if the runway was not in good condition? A green horn aviation minister that cannot setup, run a national carrier, then comes up to regulate a privately owned and mamaged airline. No be juju be dat? How can a failure supervise success?
Furthermore, Nigerian staff nko, they show no loyalty. Most of us that use to go to bokku to buy bread, most have stopped due to the bad attitude of their bakery staff. When they eventually kill the business, they then complain company no pay them, then move to new companies to kill the business again.

You can make anything functional by pumping enough money into it... Tinapa wad never viable

Nigerians are not rich enough ... The population needed for that business to thrive was not there from the start... It was just government pumping money to it just to save face... It could not sustain itself

Same with Lagos red n blue lines
Lagos I Ibadan rail, Abuja Kaduna rail... Any day government stops funding them they would collapse

There are things you only build when your average income is a minimum of 15000 dollars . Else na just waste of money
Who will in his right senses from Lagos, ogun, imo, abuja etc, carry family inside a camper van, suv, car etc then drive all the way to Tinapa for vacation? Abi tourist from outside the country?
Aside Nigerians having more pressing issues at hand to contend with, what about insecurity that has been on the roads, what about police check points there to harass travellers, God help you if you are a visitor from neighbouring countries eh Ghana ie driving with a foreign number place through our roads to go to Tinapa. You will produce proof of ownership, tinted permit, Nigerian mot, Nigerian particulars, if not you go to Ghana from the check point to go get it while your family remains in the car. Lol

If Nigeria president supporters stole balot boxes and were attacking and physically harming innocent voters in Lagos to win election.. then how will any sane investor bring such huge investment to Nigeria?

You think investors are blind? they know what is happening in Nigeria and will rather invest were there's reasonable peace at least.
Oga, this is the the second time I am hearing tori about foreign investor in the last 7days. The first was from my lawyer, a senior yoruba Muslim gentleman, then staunch supporter of buhari and apc, during elections, obviously supporting the current fellow. Just last week I spoke with him, the man says baba is just junketing around the world wasting his time, that no investor will take his money to where there is no justice, so one person will not just wake up and use or play around with judicial process to frustrate their investments. I was in shock. The question is what did this learned fellow see, that changed his mind so soon?

Onyema has to sit up and do his homework properly. UK route isn’t Lagos-Kano route. A lot of discipline and professionalism is required in the international market.
Kindly note that air peace London route is not even operated by their aircraft, rather than they have a wet lease arrangement with norse Atlantic Airways.
I believe the route is serviced by 787 dreamliners.

I’ll wait till eight years if he’ll break Obi’s record for not initiating and completing a single school project grin grin grin grin watch those Bullies attack themselves forming saint grin people that are already clamoring for structure of criminality to come back.

Back to the topic , I’ll rate him 5/10 for managing an already battered economy, removing subsidy, floating the naira all these without the chaos in the land .

signs of naira regaining strength happened last month which is relief it’ll get better with time, fuel import has reduced , which will have a positive impact later ,
BAT is proactive to strike which is good .

Monthly allocation has been increased which state governors have refused to make it reflect

And starting Lagos - calabar highway opening 700km square for investment, it’s a futuristic idea that’s reason why I voted him .

Lekki free trade zone is already creating investment and jobs in Lagos .
Dont be silly, rate Tinubu's 1 year, you are mentioning Obi. undecided

If he believes he has a case, he should go and clear his name. You can't emotionally gaslight an entire country.

See this yahoo boy in the article? His case went through the right channels and a competent court made a decision. Ne Onyeama should subject himself to trial if he is truly innocent.
Do you think America will subject its citizens to go face trial in another country? Eg tell an indicted American to come clear his name in Nigeria.
If fbi has a case against a Nigerian, they should subject it to the Nigerian judicial system. After all the funds originated from Nigeria.

All these so called hustlers destroying our name around the world. What will a Nigerian be doing in those Asian countries if not illicit activities.. What do you want to do to earn a living if not crime. You will even see them in India, what work will you do in India, a million poor skilled Indian wount do?
Is it that government should vet Nigerians before issueing passports? Why allow someone pass through immigration with a visa to eg Vietnam without proper explanation for his mission going there? Something really has to be done urgently.

The problem here is that the new user is going to lose big time and possibly face serious police wahala is she doesn't have strong representation.

She has been caught in custody if a stolen item and what can save here is if she bought the phone from a standard store and she was issued a receipt or she can produce the person who sold the phone to her.

The original owner will get her phone back, that one is certain; it is the new owner that will lose money, time and small police problem
Oga, the problem the new user has entered is even more than you rightly said unless police has changed their ways. That lady is ignorant and does not seem to know the kind of wahala ie in the naija context she has entered.
As far back as 10 years ago, I have seen people that entered wahala ontop of buying used phones, some had spent 4m then, case never end. Ie ontop of 50k phone ohh..
There was an abroad based friend that while he was visiting, his sister in law went to computer village, entered a shop, bought a so called London used iPhone, got a receipt, few weeks later she was at work when sars stormed the place, arrested her. They went to her house, searched, she got her receipt, took them to the shop, owner was arrested. Despite showing she was an innocent buyer, sars held her. My abroad paddy on his way there called me asking if I knew anyone in sars. Me?? I no know ohh!! He sha went, I don't know how they did the magomago, but they released her and told him to be reporting there daily. After 1 week, the money my guy has spent, passed the cost of the phone x10, as they saw him as an abroad guy. 2 days he did not show up for the regular milking, they started calling his phone that they were comming for him, Omo, the guy cut short his holiday, that afternoon he headed to the airport and japa! It was 8 years before he visited Nigeria next. Lol
Never buy a used phone. That is my policy, plenty story de..

My thought too.
Anyway he should have just followed them, called his lawyer. Police has no case recovering debt. Where it could be criminal and involve police is if he eg issued a did cheque in lew of his balance debt. Aside that, I think this is a civil matter that the car dealer should have sued portable for his balance and damages based on breach of agreement.
Anyway resisting arrest after presented with a warrant might be what is causing his present issues. Surely at best the police oga that invited him would have tried to resolve the issue between him and the car dealer and if not advice the complainant to go to court.

Seems all the sellers groups have fixed prices via union again.

Just checked Alibaba and the type common in nigeria is going for $700-$800 with MOQ of 10 units.
But when you buy it for 700-800, what about shipping? After that clearing nko. When it comes in here ckd, you also have to pay assemblers to put them together. Adding operational cost and profit will likely drive it to well over 2m.
