Too bad

The hausas have monopolized our oil first dangote and now this? They successful frustrated others out of this. A wealthy urhobo dude wanted to go into a Jv to set up a refinery in Delta state but the Hausa cabals frustrated him and oh the guy is dead now.
Victim mentality, jealousy and ethnic hating has already started this early morning. Please provide details of how, who and when the so called Hausa cabal stopped an Urhobo man or anyone else from setting up a refinery. Since 2016, the FG has literally been begging private individuals and enterprises to come take licenses for modular refineries.... It's not enough to just peddle baseless beer parlour gibberish into the public space as if it were fact. Kindly provide the details of this allegation, and do well to provide the name of the so called wealthy Urhobo man whose refinery was stopped by Hausas. Thanks!

Lol at all the commenters above calling for his arrest. Life is not for the most part, black and white. There is oftentimes an in-between.
Was thinking along the same lines too... nothing from the video indicates a serious crime yet.

How exactly would you know they won't lose it, either identically like FFK or to a lesser degree??! Have they ever been put on that exact same spot??!... In all the years of this regime, how many journalists have ever asked such questions to our leaders in all the conferences held??! How well do they tackle even Mr. President during live conferences??!...
This isn't the first time politicians have been asked annoying/degrading questions by the press, and from my experience following political news, I don't know any politician who has displayed this sort of shameless outburst in public. By the way, this isn't the first time FFK is doing this same thing, I'm actually surprised this one is trending.

And for the records, there was absolutely nothing degrading or insulting about the question posed by the journalist. A politician is on a state tour; such tours are usually sponsored by the party or a support group and what is there to be ashamed about? What exactly is degrading if the journalst asks if the tour is sponsored?
PoliticsRe: What If Femi Fani-Kayode, "Mr Shot Fuse" Was Buhari? by obailala(m): 7:37am On Aug 26, 2020
BREYZ:
Look at how everyone is against femi in this thread, nobody wants to reason. Can this same journalist redirect such question to Tinubu? As well as Aisha Buhari?

Being a minister some 13 years ago now means he is poor or does that mean he doesn't have some investments that are yielding good profits today? Some persons will just allow hate for femi becloud their sense or reasoning. Typing in big grammar won't help you op, you people should at least be reasonable for once. That question was an insult, did femi do an international tour? No. It was all within Nigeria & some states I know he may have travelled by road in his own car, it's just a pity that people here are just full of hate.

Such a messed up country, look at them attacking the man yet never saw anything degrading in the question asked by that journalist. Why can't they send him to go and ask your so called saints in power such questions but they won't and you all will fully support, Ass lickers. This is why Nigeria is never moving forward
What sort of mentality is this? Of course if there are humans like FFK out there, there will certainly be humans like BREYZ who would see the world from Femi's eyes. FFK is a PDP chieftain, he's been on a tour of PDP states, visiting governors, visiting project sites, moving about with the press etc. The journalist simply asked, "who is bankrolling your current tour?" Is it an official PDP duty, is it just a personal tour etc. The answer to that question should have been very very very simple for anyone with a sound mind; but obviously, speaking queen's English isn't a sign of mental sanity.

For the record, there was absolutely nothing wrong, nothing degrading and nothing insulting about the question posed by the journalist; and yes, Aisha Buhari, Tinubu and just about any other politician across the length and breadth of Nigeria can be asked that same question without them foolishly loosing it like FFK. Meanwhile this isn't the first time FFK has done this to a journalist in public; his uncontrolled vulgar tongue doesnt even spare anyone. FFK is the only politician alive today who has repeatedly used the most vulgar words publicly to insult political opponents.

Does anyone still need further evidence that FFK is a deranged crack head?

You're on a tour of different PDP states; a reporter asks a simple question if it's a sponsored tour and BOOM!!! Oga explodes into an insane tirade. What's wrong if it's a sponsored tour? What's wrong with the journalist's question?

No doubt that incompetent and wicked leaders are a pandemic in Nigeria, but sane humans around the world also know the covid19 impact is responsible for the current economic downturn around the globe. But then, such level of understanding must be too complex for typical Nigerians who can only see politics, tribe and religion.

If govt asks religious organisations to declare financial status, I'm totally lost at how that amounts to "fighting the church".... I'd be glad if someone knowledgeable can explain to me why exactly I should be worried about this as a Christian.

Or is 'hiding of financial status' one of the cardinal mandates given by Christ to the church?

Stinking backward mentality. As if to say the Niger Delta states dont receive allocations, far far larger allocations from the centre. But of course the leaders steal the money and faint in probe sessions, and idiots defend the thieving leaders and blame the north for using the little allocation they get to build little structures.

RomanceRe: Do I Tell My American Patient He's Being Scammed By A Nigerian Romance Scammer? by obailala(m): 11:27pm On Aug 13, 2020
ALEX182:
So I have this American patient who I recently came across. He's a fat dude who is like in his late 40s but has a very jolly and likeable character. I introduced myself and we got talking afterwards.

After a while of chitchat, he asked me where I was from. I told him to take a guess and he said said, you sound like you're Nigerian. I told him (regrettably) that I was Nigerian. He started smiling and told me that he had a Nigerian girlfriend and that we both had similar accents.

He then started telling me recent occurrences that had befallen his girlfriend in Nigeria. He said the lastest story was that she was in Abuja and as she was on her way to the airport in a taxi, the taxi had an accident and she was seriously injured and had to be rushed to the hospital. He said that the hospital demanded money before treatment started and he had to hustle about $4000 and send to her in order for treatment to start.

He said that after a week of her being in the hospital, they wanted to discharge her despite her still being in pain. Because she had exhausted all the $4000 on treatment, he said the hospital had threatened to discharge her on the streets and he was trying to borrow more money to see if he could send it to her so they could continue with her treatments.

He furthermore told me that the girlfriend said that she was a Nigerian American citizen who was currently stuck in Nigeria due to her passport having expired and also due to Covid lockdown at airports in Nigeria. He said she had asked him for $300 to renew her US passport from American embassy in Nigeria.

Another thing that he told me was that just before covid struck, there was a similar pandemic which happened in Nigeria early this year and that his girlfriend had contracted the disease and he had to send her $2000 for treatment. Right now he said he's broke but is waiting for like $2000 disability check from the US government next week which he will send to her as soon as the money clears.

As he was telling me this tale, I was so angry with Nigerians and how they take advantage of people in love to scam them. I wanted to swear for the scammers angry

I'm at a dilemma here. Do I tell him that he's being scammed by Nigerians or do I continue to be professional and just ignore it. Because I don't want him to think I'm involved with it because these oyinbo people can turn everything on your head and accuse you that is your people in conjunction with you that are scamming him. They are that crazy.

The good part of me wants to help him but I'm hesitant that it may turn out bad for me. Please matured responses.
Just like someone said out here, put yourself in his shoes. If he were your brother or your friend or relation, what would you do?...

He'll eventually discover one day that he's being scammed, and he would write off ALL Nigerians; but you can change that. You can make him know not all Nigerians are scammers or accessories to scams, you can make him know only a few Nigerians make up those scam rings and you can make him know majority of hardworking Nigerians like yourself aren't happy with the activities of the scammers. Keeping quiet passes the opposite message.

Aisha yesufu or whatever you call yourself, Reno is fighting for leah Sharibu, you can take up the casue for the Chibok Girls.

Stop blaming, you yourself, do sometihing for the Chibok girls.

Moreover, does she have proof the Reno converted proceeds from the whatever cause he championed for Leah sharibu into his pocket?
This same Reno carrying Leah Sharibu's matter on his head is the same Reno who up until 2020, was still publicly criticising Oby Ezekwesili for protesting against the government he was part of. Of course it was all politics to him for Chibok, the way he turns around to then carry Leah on his head, even the devil would be shocked.

These are the exact words coming from the shameless man made in 2020:
"Oby cannot deny that she was used by the All Progressives Congress to undermine the Jonathan administration and rise to power. She and her co-travellers in her Bring Back Our Girls movement were celebrated by the APC itself as “our members”.
https://www.nairaland.com/5804981/reno-omokri-how-oby-ezekwesili

...and somehow this is the same fellow carrying Leah's matter on his head?
PoliticsRe: Aisha Yesufu Calls Out Reno Omokri by obailala(m): 9:32pm On Aug 13, 2020
Interesting!

I always wondered why no one seemed to notice the senselessness of Reno's hypocrisy. The same Reno who mocked Oby Ezekwesili openly for the BBOG movement, even saying she was used and dumped, all of a sudden, Dapchi happened and the very same Reno carries Leah Sharibu's matter on his head, even writing a book on it? Seriously what kind of political sentiment or hunger pushes a man to such shameless hypocrisy?

Some people actually believe they are smarter than others because they dont fancy a tv show which the others fancy. Such bigotry is the realest definition of stupidity. Smartness isnt measured by preference in tv shows.
