Finally, I don't see any reason why Tompolo's registered companies cannot receive government contracts. One thing we can be sure of however is that unlike what was obtainable before when these companies receive funds and dont execute the jobs, this time around, they would ensure they diligently execute.

Does this jackass understand the meaning of corruption? The embezzlement of money is the lesser aspect of corruption. The mother of corruption includes cronyism, nepotism and favoritism which enable unqualified persons to embezzle. The government of Daura Dumbass aka Muhammadu Buhari lacks moral pedigree to fight corruption. Has anybody question the reason the dumbass went to MOMS without secondary school certificate?

Politics › Re: Understanding The Gang Up Against Akanu Ibiam Intl Airport Enugu by obailala(m):
alcmene:
Who else is observing this grand conspiracy to stop international flights and activities from Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu.

Why should the igbo traders going about their legitimate business outside the shores of the country be hounded and have their hard-earned hard currency confiscated just because they used the Enugu airport.
They would prefer Igbo businessmen and women from the east flying from Lagos after long hazardous trips by road.
Their monies were not confiscated because they used enugu airport; rather it was confiscated because they broke a law which states that cash amounts exceeeding a certain level MUST be declared at airports. We cannot continue to live lawlessly and expect no repercursions because we are used to it...

alcmene:
International flights from Enugu, which started under Odua was her main offence against the parochial Nigerian government. They have since vowed to be relentless in scuttling the flight activities in Enugu airport using dubious means.
Did she steal the money she was accused of stealing or not?.... Sometimes I am tempted to ask God why I was born in such a country and from such a tribe where my people no longer have any sense of morality, the latest trend is to publicly defend crooks by shamelessly screaming political/tribal witchhunt and we pay no single attention to the crime the person has committed. It's a pity!

alcmene:
Why are those using the Enugu airport be compelled to pay higher than the passengers going through Lagos??
For instance, a one-way flight from lagos to Malaysia is 140k while that of Enugu ranges from 190 to 200k.
Why have the Nigerian government deliberately hiked the price of airline operating license of Enugu airport and hence chased other willing airlines from the east??
You are obviously not a smart person for this statement. What has the Nigerian government got to do with the price of Ethiopian air tickets?... Probably these are the kind of senseless stories that young unenlightened youths and businessmen in the south east are brainwashed with everyday by agents of radio biafra etc; that the FG is hiking air tickets of Igbos so we will be forced to fly through Lagos. I'm sorry, but your case is quite a complex one and it will take years to undo the harm that has been inflicted on your mentality.

A little word of advice, emancipate yourself from mental slavery; the slavery you claim to suffer from of which you seek freedom, that slavery is only in your mind.
Nobody is persecuting the Igbos and the same problems suffered by the Igbos is equally suffered by virtually every other Nigerian tribe. We need to emancipate ourselves from the paranoid persecution complex that we suffer from and the earlier we do this, the better.

The true name of the model posted by Sanusi Lamido is Hauwa Yazid. She does lots of photo modelling work for MaiGaskiya Photos.
MaiGaskiya Photos is a professional photographer in the North who specialises in doing photo shoots for high profile weddings.

Proof that the picture and story on SugarDaily.Ng is false. Do the following:

1) Do a google search using "Maigaskiya photos" or "Maigaskiya photography"

2) Click on Image link

3) Scroll down the many pictures you will see the picture of the model among many others. On the third row, it is 4th pic from left. I have attached a screen dump as 3rd picture below.

But I have a question for your smart self, was it Sanusi that posted the picture of a model online?... If you were half as smart as you think you were, you would have first tried to confirm where the picture came from before throwing insults to people who don't even know you.

Politics › Re: You Lack Capacity To Rule Nigeria Well-igbo Diaspora Group Tells Buhari by obailala(m): 2:56pm On Sep 29, 2015
whodohgeepee:
Igbo World Assembly (IWA) yesterday said
President Muhammadu Buhari has given
himself away as a leader who cannot rule the
country effectively.
The group made this assertion during its 9th
World Assembly Convention as part of
activities to mark the annual Igbo Day in
Enugu on Monday.
The group reiterated that the Buhari
presidency has so far failed on its campaign
promises.
Chairman of Igbo World Assembly IWA, Dr.
Nwachukwu Anakwenze, who led other
members of the group to the convention said
the administration of President Buhari is
“deceitful,” adding that “he is not qualified to
be President of Nigeria presently.”
He said since assumption of office, the
president has consistently portrayed himself
as the president of the North, which was not
in tandem with his campaign promises.
Dr Anakwenze also noted that the inability of
Buhari to formulate a strong economic policy
has made the country to ground to a halt.
He described the president’s posture as
“President of the North” as totally
unacceptable and, therefore, called on him to
resign if he is not willing to govern the whole
country.
His words: “The Buhari administration has
failed Nigerians. “After 100 days, it should
now be abundantly clear that Buhari is not
qualified to be President of Nigeria presently.
The president has no agenda nor direction.
His cardinal objective is apparently the
prosecution of Northern hegemony. The APC
needs to intervene before Buhari drives the
country into the ditch.
“There has been no national direction,
economic policy nor government. Not
surprisingly, the economy has gone from bad
to worse.” www.gossipmill.com/2015/09/you-lack-capacity-to-rule-nigeria-well-igbo-diaspora-group-tells-buhari/

I sure know Amaechi is a thief; after all, he ruled in PDP for over 14 years. But the big question is, with all the accusations here and there by disgruntled Jonathanians, why can't they get their acts together, conduct proper investigations with due diligence and present a tangible case of graft against Amaechi?...

There is a case against Saraki today because his political opponents were able to diligently prepare a substantial case against him. Wike's probe panel has been sitting for over 3 months yet they still cannot prepare a proper case against Amaechi. It is not enough to just sit behind a computer and shout "Amaechi na thief!" ...Why are you Jonathanians too intellectually deficient to substantiate it?

lol...

He missed a meeting not in his itinerary indeed.

Why then did he attempt to rubbish the importance of the meeting?

When people do silly things and get praised for them, they should also be bold enough to face the criticism of the fallout with equanimity.

When the 'leanest delegations' to the UN in history was being used to score a political point, little attention was paid to the roles of those delegations.

Prof Joy Ogwu is one of the brightest minds Nigeria has in international diplomacy. Her works as a diplomat and as an academic at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs are stellar.

International diplomacy operates on rules and protocols. If Buhari decides to suspend those rules and attempts to write his own (as he has done with the Nigerian constitution in the past 3 months) whose fault is that?

The UN does not operate on Buhari's terms, he should be told to forget his 18th century Caliphate governance model, it won't work in this 21st century. "No one sends him at the UN". They don't give a damn about any 'Mohammadu in town'.

Even if you remove the lady and replace her with Yusuf Buhari, the UN would still not recognize Muhammadu Buhari's 'body language'.

You guys would be so shocked to read the response of the professor should she decide to write a book in the future.
Did Buhari tell you he was trying to replace the woman?... By the way, nobody or office is above administrative lapses, be it the presidency headed by Buhari or the UN ambassadors office headed by Prof Ogwu. People should quit these senseless rants already.... and what has Buhari's body language got to do with anything here?... What's all these wailing all about?... You guys should just learn to understand that Buhari is now the president for at least the next 4 years; that you despise him or not will not change this fact.

Senseless lot!
Politics › Re: Appointments: Shun Ministerial Positions, Ohanaeze Urges Igbo by obailala(m): 9:23am On Sep 29, 2015
According to the former scribe,”having known that the president has distributed key positions to his brothers, what worries me is that ministers have been regarded as mere servants by the president. In other words, if an Igbo is appointed minister,he or she will be a mere servant.

“The question is, are we to take up such positions to go and serve him,to go and make him popular? Without an Igbo man being a minister, I do not think the president will survive. So,Igbo should not take ministerial position.”
What's the meaning of this careless myopic statement from this papa mmadu?.... Are leaders not meant to be public servants?... Is it Buhari that has made ministers to be public servants?... And these are the sort of intellectually deficient humans that parade themselves as Igbo leaders. undecided cry

Of course the reason why these guys have been clamouring for positions is so they would be made emperors who would lord over and oppress people. These guys are obviously angry that PMB wants to restore the real meaning of leadership by ensuring that political leaders are 'servants' and not emperors.

Anyway, I trust the God that delivered Nigeria from the tight grip of the almighty PDP would not slumber and allow power to slip into the hand of individuals with such crude oppressive ideologies.

Those calling for her sack are just being mischief, myopic and exhibiting raw hate. It is a sheer show of incompetency on Buhari's handlers and overt vulgarity that a president leaves the shores of his country with no agenda for a meeting as important as the UN. You can decieve the people some time but you cannot deceive them all the time. Its a big shame some Nigerians out of party affiliation or affinity opted to justify buhari's incompetence to manage diplomatic affairs.
One doesnt need more than just common sense to understand that it wasn't Buhari's fault he missed a meeting which wasnt in his official itinerary; enough of this overflogged issue of missing one meeting or one meaningless handshake. At the end though, he still gets to take the blame because he's the president, but can we please move on to better things...
