I think Ndi Igbo are getting desperate. 3 Planes in 3 years?! Are we joking?! The rate at which the story of Biafra is going, in another 100 years when this story is told, I'm sure Biafra would have built 3 sub-marines, 3 F-18's and 3 tanks in 2 months. And the Ogbunigwe would be a guided Air to air missile. Now! Biafran did not manufacture any ingenous weapon during that war. The fact that someone welds metal plates all over his car does not make that car into a Tank. There was no real outstanding technological break-through in the Ogbunigwe. Even and half retar'ded kid who has ever played with carbide would understand how the Ogbunigwe works. I have information that says that most people who fired the Ogbunigwe lost limbs and arms as a result. Please, lets move away from this beer palour type gist.
Thank you. I leave. . . |
kaz4sure:True kcjazz:Mumu. . .You say it is Libyan money, ok o, where is your Nigerian money? They are in the hands of pple you or the law cant challenge. Let me tell you that the Nigerian law of immunity and constitution says if Gbenga Daniel is found guilty and convicted at all, the worst they can give him is 5 yrs in prison. Cecilia Ibru with all the one ninety something billion only got 6 months imprisonment which she spent in the hospital and you are here saying we have human right. Little did you know that animal rights in many countries are better and more beneficial than the human rights we have in Nigeria. And you are here celebrating Libya when you should be crying for your dead country. Ayowumie:Many of the points are real but it will take time to get them online. |
from narttis1. . . some day, the lybians will regret thisTrue 9ja4eva: At boldened. . . .God bless you Even though, I dont support him holding on to power forever, I know that Libyans sufferness has just began |

Do they think its Salami? FG needs spiritual deliverance. |
if u notice, no hausa or yoruba person is discussing on this thread because they know you people would get all angry and start call them tribalist if they do not agree with you. I though we were mature enough to have a good discussion without all this name labeling and fake numbers with facts to back it up, but then again I am labeled a bad Muslim and a tribalist for saying the Numbers don't add up ![]() na wa for una o
Gbam!!! @Andre Its good to know you have always had more information than others. Its also good to see that you are the most widely travelled Nigerian on NL. So oga knowall and e-traveller, could you pls from onset support all your info with facts and not just anything your finger types on the keyboard. I dont mean village festivals and masquerades oo. I mean convincing facts on your wealth of knowledge and exposure. Thanx. |
ChinenyeN:Ok, thanks |
ChinenyeN:Yes of course. Read my post again. I just told Andre to swallow the statement below: In total, Igboland is half of Yorubaland in land mass while Yoruba population is just about half of Igbo population.I laugh, I laugh with the word half used for both the land and the population. |
Didn't want to comment but after reading this statement by Andre, I had to [s]Once again, land mass is not a determinant in head count, why is this a problem for you. Agreed, Igbo land is small but you will not travel half a kilometre without finding people. I gave you an example of Mbaise in Imo state. The original natives of Lagos is no where near in size to Mbaise population. You need to google the nigerian map. . . .but before you do so, I will like you to know that Oyo state land mass alone swallows the whole of SE. @ alj harem I have to say I always respect your comments and I hadly agree for less. You 've got well analysed facts while the guy arguing with you cant stop talking based on we we, without having a single back-up.
are yorubas up to 1000 sef outside yorubaland.
I wonder oo ![]() Infact ! doubt if they are up to 500 in population especially when someone already claimed that some indigenes of Egba, Ijebu, Kwara and Lagos, appeared to him in his dreams that they are not Yoruba. This guy sef |
Desola:You disappointed me with this statement . Dont you know a geo-graphical location has nothing to do with ethnicity? Kwara is geographically in the north but not ethnically. Kogi is in the north but it is made up of Yorubas, Igalas, Ebira, etc Delta is in the SS but the ibos in there know themselves and they will rather do with ibos in the SE.Beaf:Even beaf knows better. KnowAll too has said enough to you. @topic Good one but not the best cos we see what our leaders do to such communities. They have made oil become a curse. |
If this is true, I am happy she did. Then this will be the next movie on nollywood. Watch out! |
He was only being kind to have taken one TV, he doesnt want the UK government to run into loss . . . He is not Ibo who will kidnap 15 people in One day. Pls calculate the soul of a human being and multiply it by 15 per day. And neither is he boko haram who will blow off 500 pple over night. Samson is just 1 of the 50 Nigerians (all Nigerian tribes in UK) and hundreds of UK citizens themselves who took part in the taking |
All the list is nothing but rubbish! We can never have 250 ethnic tribes in Nigeria. . . .the list above shows that researchers are busy counting villages and streets as ethnic groups. Where a dialect says "J" and the other say "G" but mean the same thing, you quickly name them different ethnic groups and create enmity between them. If we have 250 or more languages/ethnic groups, then we should be talking of over 2 thousand dialects cos a single language can produce more than 20 dialects. If you look at some of the "so called ethnics" listed above, they cant boast of 20 thousand population under the name Nigeria which is almost 100 years. Its not possible! ![]() If you want to break Yoruba and Ibo the way you did to others above, then we should be talking of something 420 or more tribes in Nigeria as against the list of 371 above. Because Yoruba alone will produce 30 or more dialects. I believe we dont have up to 50 tribes sef. |
One important thing the interviewer missed is that "if its true they stopped being together since 2007, how come their last child's first birthday was in 2009 as claimed by Lovely". Also, this guy refused to confess whether is divorced or just separated. |

Chisara - God answers |
Andre Uweh:Andre, Andre. . . Cool your temper and work on yourself. To answer the OP like the likes of alj harem, and others who have made reasonable contributions, you have a long way to go! You were the one who turned the question upside down and I can see you are getting the topic wrong. The OP did not say Edos speak Yorubas as their language . Read to understand and dont just disturb your keyboard just cos you are not charged per word. If this were an sms, I can bet you wont appear as much as you do. Take care. |
odumchi:Dear supporter in chief, Where in my post did you see me differentiate btw the ikwerres and ibos? Go get some rest, then read Andre's reply to the OP and my reply to Andre. . .maybe that will help your comprehension |
Andre Uweh:You know your problem. . . .halucination! Your post (especially your first reply) shows your level of hopelessness. And I pray you dont pass this genetic arrogance and ignorance on. You talk of jamb, talk of aptitude test, talk of unilag and bla bla bla. . . .I laugh in francaise . Andre, you were still walking lifelessly across the streets of Etiti when I acquired all of that. You were still hopeless and without life direction when I travelled to places as a result of the various languages I speak. You always think everyone is a local champion like you .A little advise for you . . . .stop feeling irritated whenever we are mentioned. Reduce the number of village festivals you attend cos the breeze there is not good for your health mentally. Reduce your level of obsession. . .And you will be fine again . |
MODERATOR! WHY IS THIS TOPIC APPEARING TWICE ON THE HOME PAGE? ![]() |
we to be: we to be: we to be: we to be: we to be:O ti n s' aisan ojo tipe boya oo ri akori, iwe yi ko to ya sibi. I pele lube o jare |
Andre Uweh: Andre Uweh:Your response is like saying Ikwerres or Ikas speak Ibo and have ibo names cos they have spent years in ibo land. Or saying Itshekiris speak Yoruba and bear Yoruba names cos they have lived in Yoruba land (when many of them have not even been to the west b4).
1. yoruba and edo are related historically 2. yorubas use edo words as well like eko, etc 3. edos are also part of lagos 4. edo people share names with yoruba people and vise versa 5. it is easlier for them to learn yoruba as their language is similar
True alj_harem but . . Please let me have a link to the fact that eko is an edo name cos I know that even dopemu, agege, okun, aga, isale are yoruba names which edo uses too (as confirmed by an edo woman). |
kcswat:Of course I know Onitsha, its an expensive place but that doesnt make it a worthwhile place to be. It also tells why many easterners themselves cant afford the place but run to the west for cover. |
Ibime: chamber2:Gbam! The judge is using sharia has a yardstick . . . .hmmn, two wrongs are now making a right in this country. |
Speechless. . . |
otapiapia:What did I say against the igbos now? ![]() You must be sick. Dont derail the thread. . .let it flow. |
I like the Ibos for their industrious life I like the Hausas for their simplicity and honesty The Fulanis for their beauty I appreciate the Calabars for their hardwork and neatness The Idomas and Tivs (Benue) for their co-operation |
rhymz:Trash! Read the topic again when you have eaten. |
lagcity:And why are you answering the guy? He is suffering from the same ailment with Al Mustapha |
@shesi Oh thats true! It was an error. . .lol |
