good evening all, please i need a serious advice from you guys with out insuit, Please.

have been dating this girl for close to 4 years now, and am madly in love with her, at first i never love her, she did everything for me to love which i am now, have done everything a man could do for woman, i assisted her in setting up her business, i alway ensure she is okay,her family knows me.

we have already start making plan on getting married, before now have been having trust issues with her, when ever her phone is close to me or it rings she is not comfortable, anytime i ask questions she knock it off,she will say they are just friends, at a point i was monitoring her, she knew,friends will call me they saw my girl with some one guy ,that same guy usually do call, have ask her who is the guy, she said they just friends , it was clear she was cheating her attitude towards me change, yet i kept cool for peace to reign and for what i feel for her.

To cut the story short, spoke to her family about it and her brother abroad, now she is angry and she does not want the relationship anymore,have beg her have also send people to beg her, she said never that she has move on, am confuse i really do love her, the worst part she block me on watsup and messager and she is not picking my calls, i feel she dislike me now.

when even i rmember my labour in this i feel so bad with my self, i really don't know how to move on.

I have worked in a private engineering company for 6 years. I got in through their Graduate Trainee Program in 2015. On completion of my 1 year training, I was deployed to their Audit department despite being an Engineering graduate. I was shocked, dismayed and depressed as I didn't know how my career will pan out working in Audit department as an Engineering graduate.

Fortunately, I started my Masters in Engineering, few months after my deployment to Audit. This gave me some glimpse of hope and direction in my career as an engineer. I have completed my Masters in Engineering program, registered with the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Nigerian Institute of Power Engineers (MNIPE). Despite my professional qualifications in Engineering, I do not have hands-on experience in engineering despite being in an engineering environment.

I have spent 5 years in Audit department, of which largely I have not been fulfilled. I want to practise my profession and I also believe I will add more value to the company if redeployed to a Technical department.

Do you guys think approaching the HR to request for redeployment on the grounds that I believe I can add more value to the company is a good idea? If it is, How can I go about it? I will appreciate your suggestions and advice.

I have a wife and blessed with a daughter, I earn extremely high and I am in a debt of over 2m monthly as a result of paying for a loan monthly to set up a business for my wife which has gulped over 30m and still a failure though this is the second failure of business opened.

I decided to open the business as we both agreed she should resign as her salary as a teacher was the same salary with one of our two maids.

The issue is despite doing very well financially, my wife always gives me issues and there doesn't seem to be any love apart from me being her daily ATM.

There was actually a phase when I had challenges financially and she was the only person to mock me.

I need your advice as the quarrels are becoming too constant and the severe quarrels are majorly related to my brother in laws and sister in laws. Mind you my brother in law has been living with us and disrespects me and she defends him. Also before the marriage she was a very humble and tolerating lady until the business was opened. Sometimes I feel guilty as my dad had to sell his house in lekki and is in the process of buying a house in Ajah because he needed only 10m to complete his house in the village, which I could have easily provided if it wasn't for my indebtedness through my wife.

Mature advise please.

Exactly....what I am asking....It is the novelty of a would-be method invented on and by technology to aid and solve an issue within transactioning in a type of financial world, majority of which are now technologized and best referred to as 'fintech'.

I understand there are characteristics by which an idea/invention can be qualified for patenting, nevertheless, you can't expect me or anyone to disclose the nature, or key concept of the idea here just so you can get the full picture and therefore respond advisedly, I have therefore came up with the following analogy.

There is noodles (right ?) We have different noodle makers such as Indomie, ChickiChiki, Mimee, Minemee, Honeywell etc
So you have an idea on how noodles can be cooked without using water and still would be served cooked and taste better, you went ahead and create it but yet to launch it, the possibility that once you launch it to the consuming public, other makers of noodles may in turn start mimicking the formula by which the idea behind your product is patronized, the question is....can the formula behind the idea be patented prior to been launched into the public ? You may substitute the word "formula" with 'method/business-method.

Agreed but not if my method of doing business was not only the first on the scene, but has become the intellectual property ascribed to a company with a name that is eponymous to the very concept behind the fin-tech method of conduction such business. For instance the word "google" has become an house-hold name that implies to look up something, and the name is eponymous to the company name itself (before it became Alphabet Inc). There were previously other search engines portals before Google came up such as Lycos and Yahoo! and Binge!, but Google came up with a search engine algorithm with an algorithm that's so unique and efficient thereby setting it apart from others, and they filed for a patent to which it was granted. Now, because it is USA, where law is law, Yahoo, AskJeeves, Lycos, Binge and all others would never ever copy or make use of Google indexing search formula, whether be it a trade-secret or open-secret any programmer can do, because that patent law protects them. It is in the same vein, I am asking, but here in Nigeria...where I used the noodle analogy above. Would the patent law be able to deter others from copying, mimicking or cleverly cloning my technologized method of conducting, not just a business transaction, but a type within the fin-tech world of commerce and trade.

Ok I never wanted to share this with anyone else ( my Best friend and neighbor knows) till I decide on what to do with her but an earlier thread on nairaland today about this same paternity issue that I read ( Papa ijeoma) is making me pen this down and due to the insensitive nature of the issue I had to create a new account because she is also in nairaland like me

She was taking her bath and her phone rang repeatedly and almost immediately when the last call stopped then a text came in, and because I was close to it something told me hey man take the phone to meet her maybe it's her work place calling her and as I picked up the phone i unlocked it and just was innocently playing with the phone and walking to the bathroom when I opened the text and when I read it I was broken, so so broken. I opened her WhatsApp for the first time in almost 3 year's of been together and I read the message her and her " man friend" have been sharing, mhen what do ladies want? Why do you have to cheat on a man that loves you? Where is the sacred pure love our parents shared

I won't advice anyone to check their partners phone but at times it could save you

Immediately I read that text I lost my head but I didn't tell her or confront her with it, I was hating my son ( yes he is mine), wasn't eaten at home, but that wasn't who I'm, I'm better than that

I go just give una the story how my client give me..

My name is papa ijeoma, I have three kids. A daughter and two son, the girl is the first. I Am just a road side mechanic managing life with my family though am normally busy so I do come back in the night.

So when I came back she was in the kitchen as God would have it her fone was on the center table in parlour, the phone rang, it was on silence(but on vibration) so I was on call with one of my boys in the shop could not tell her to come and pick her call.

As soon as I drop my call I say to myself (this children have put their mother phone on silent again) not knowing she was the one that put it. I pick the phone to remove it from silent, I saw the miss call emma(I trust the wife wai I get for house die, so I no send) not up to 5second a message enter from this same emma via sms(you know android phone na them go pop up the sms untop for your screen).

I saw 'my world' sharply I open the sms and it was (my world you have been avoiding me why!! Have miss you lying beside me on my bed) immediately my eyes started turning me, my head began to hot like fire.

Sharply I enter watsap of which have never done before(though in my house we don't put security lock on phone my rules) I saw that same Emma again on WhatsApp message, I screw up-up and began to see message like hope you are taking care of my child Emma, because that is the name of my suppose last child.

So she name him after her ex-guy. I ran to her in the kitchen to confront her immediately she just knelt down and started crying uncontrollable and confessing that the last child is for her ex who came back from outside the country few years ago and started disturbing her. Have called her parent and my parent they say they we be coming by weekend.

She use advantage of me because she knew am a very quite person in nature.

Right now I just feel like dying don't know if I should divorce her quietly or forgive her, but she is claiming to be really sorry. (but Las-Las I love this woman die just don't know why she betray me like this).

In reference to the statement of the above attached screenshot....would after launching and executing a particular way of conducting business (and by virtue of its novelty of haven't been done before), would I stand to be protected if a patent is granted, would the patent deter any parties from copying, mimicking, emulating and using my same idea of how the business (transaction, operation) is conducted.
