A lot of Africans believe in the existence of these things and they claim that they manipulate people's destiny, so out of fear, you see a lot of people going to church to pray that God should deliver them from possible attacks by these entities.
And pastors have taken advantage of such believes of the people to provide services of deliverance in churches, where the people in one way or the other pay offering. So the more people having these beliefs that they are being manipulated, the richer pastors become.

But again, do juju, blood money, witchcraft, babalowo truly exist?
The answer is no,
They do not exist, rather what exist are mere tricks, magics or performance that seems impossible but when you look at them tactically they are explainable.

The African cultures are big deception to the people. They present fearful images in their juju shrines and on the body of their juju priests who makes incantations, but meanwhile, they are all formalities, no power there.
Churches are now borrowing that same form of incantation of African factor when they pray and speak in tongues all in a bid to show that there is power in prayers and in the church(example: die by fire prayer in mountain of fire) meanwhile no power.

Now here this,
Matthew 11:11 I tell you the truth, of all who have ever lived(including prophet Elijah), none is greater than John the Baptist. Yet even the least person in the Kingdom of Heaven is greater than he is!

You know what that means, it means you that is not performing any miracle today, you are greater than prophet Elijah and all his miracles.

Think about that.

What is the difference between tithing and gambling?
In tithing, you pay to get something in return, so is gambling.
In tithing, you don't always get anything in return, so is gambling.
In gambling, people are chopping your money, so is tithing.

If them see Muslims and other non Christians they will never approach them o!
But the moment they see fellow Christians who has already believed in Christ by virtue of that he is saved, they will open that their mouth and shout repent saying they are doing evangelism.

looking at the emboldened, don't you think that this scripture refers to bible days when men used to have slaves and sold slaves, that men of bible days will be caused to receive the mark of the beast by the Antichrist and not anyway referring to our current day when slavery are not common, talkless of our future where everyone are free?
That the Antichrist was in bible days where slavery was common and not our future, therefore we should not expect any coming of the Antichrist, that Antichrist was everywhere in bible days as Antichrists are people who denied Christ and persecute Christians in bible days?

1 John 2:22 says Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 explains and describes how the rapture will be.

If you look at the preceding scripture you will understand what Paul was driving at.

So, he was talking about the resurrection of the dead and not rapture.

We all know that the bible has been altered but the basic teachings and knowledge about Christ still remain the same. That is the most important thing about the bible.

In the verse posted, Christ was telling the Pharisees that he cast out devils by the Spirit of God (Holy Spirit) and not by Beelzebub (ruler of demons) as they claim (Matthew 12:24). Christ told them that if truly he cast out devil by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God was around them already even though they don't realize it. This was the kingdom Himself and John said was near at hand (Matthew 3:2).


Since Christ cast out devils by the Spirit of God and the kingdom of God is already around them, it is the arrival of the Spirit of God that brought kingdom of God.


The Holy Spirit and the "kingdom of God" arrived at the Baptism of Jesus (Matthew 3:16). At that time, only Christ was in the kingdom. Christ told his followers it is important for him to go to Father and if He did not, He would not send the Holy Spirit which was already on Him (John 16:7). When Christ ascended, He sent the Holy Spirit to his apostles on the day of Pentecost as He had promised (Acts 2:1-4). It was that period the Holy Spirit and the kingdom of God began full operation.

To be part of the kingdom, you must be saved and be baptised in the Holy Spirit (John 3:5) and to be saved you must believe in Jesus first. When you become part of the kingdom of God, you will know it because there will be sudden changes in your life.

hello, having the life of God in you does not mean you should have any supernatural power to perform miracles.
Yes it is true that some people are gifted with gifts of miracles for signs and wonders but I'm saying that there are other gifts of the spirit much more better than that of miracles.

Im sorry bro that there are so many who seem to be using divine power for things of that sort. But they shouldn't stop us from using divine power for the right reasons. Our Lord walked in divine power to set people free from Satans bondage (Acts 10:38).

unfortunately, a lot of people claiming to have supernatural powers for deliverance cannot identify those who are in boundage that should be set free and those who are already free and do not need any deliverance. All they do is to tackle fellow ignorant Christians in church telling them they need deliverance meanwhile they cannot approach any Muslim or non Christian to tell them they are in boundage that they need deliverance or even cast demon out of them in public like Jesus Christ and early apostles did in the bible. Is that not treachery?

If you really want to set men free from sin, sickness and satanic bondage in general today you need divine power. (1Cor 4:20) Satanic captivity grows in our world today because of the lack of it. Paul says our struggle ain't against flesh and blood but .... (Eph 6: 10) and he recommends the right approach to power by his comparisons b/w the love way and the no love way in 1Cor 12-14.

Please go back and do your research very well, when the scripture says there will be false teachers it was not referring to any Christian or pastor today as false teacher, rather Paul referred to people of other religions of his time as false teachers who teaches that Jesus is not the Christ.
Now, I'm not saying that pastors today are not teaching falsely. I'm only saying that inspite their false teaching no pastor has denied Jesus as the Messiah or Christ. Therefore they cannot be put into the category of false teachers reffered to in the bible.
That's why we all need to be very very careful not to quote scriptures to condemn pastors for their wrong doing, rather if possible we should confront them with the truth.

I still maintain that everything that happens in the church be it false or true, God allow it to be so. If we are not satisfy, then we should confront them with the truth being equipped with a better argument for them to see reasons,God will not come down to help us do that.

1Cor 14:34 says 'Let ur women keep silence in the church, for it is not permitted for them to speak but to be under obedience'.

The Yoruba culture just like every other culture in Nigeria frown when a lady is on casual dress like bum shot and what they called spaghetti top on the street. They quick to condemn that kind of dressing by saying the girl is walking naked on the street and dressing like that is not of Africa but of the western world therefore it is immoral dressing. The men use that as excuse to harrass the lady.
Also, some churches in Nigeria especially among the Yoruba churches have it that it is immoral for ladies to wear trousers in church.

Now, take a look at a street carnival photo below, It was posted in a street of Lagos.
I never had problems with street carnival advert photos before, only that this one is a pure pornography posted in the street where even school children coming back from school were passing, infact I have to sensor the photo before posting it here.
To the people who saw the photo on that street who may be Christians going to churches hypocritically condemning ladies who put on bum shorts and trousers saying they are walking naked, to them nothing is wrong with this kind of photos on the street, nobody condemned it because street carnival is their culture.

Then, i ask myself, how many street in the western world do they have pure pornography posted without intervention by their authorities or the people themselves?
