Until we adjust our mentality and learn to be selfless, Africa will always will be backwards.Just take a look at The Dangotes ,The Adenugas ,our minister ,our president,our Nass members,Oprah e.t.c They are all selfish people who only care about the bank accounts,their power and their fame.They do not genuinely give back to society.Every thing they do ,they do for show and for their personal benefit, That is the general mentality of the black man.

This is the reason why there is NO SINGLE black nation that is successful on the planet.South Africa which i once hoped will be the shinning light of Africa and the black race is starting to turn into a banana republic since the current government out of greed is planning to nationalize the private sector and turn the country into a mordern day U.S.S.R.

There are too many square pegs in our race that we will never fit into the round holes in Africa.I am on standby and hoping that one day i will meet like minded people and we can start a real revolution that will be driven by our concern for fellow Africans and not greed.Once we get rid of the selfishness in our blood ,then we can begin to talk about leadership.

The more i read news articles like this,the more i realize that in the near future i am going definately assasinate some people.

Please Nigerians ,avoid using ATMs ,Credit Cards ,SMS Banking ,Internet banking.Trust i have being there ,done that and i have seen many people cry.Especially with internet banking ,be extremely careful.There are some Nigerians guys who intentionally date these South African girls working in the banks here in Johannesburg.This girls connive with these guys and steal customers' profiles e.g Account number ,internet login pin, Cellphone number, Login password,security question e.t.c.The first thing the Nigerian scammers do is to block your sim card for hours so that you don't receive any sms notification from the bank.Then they log on to your bank account via the internet and transfer your daily limit to an another account.Before you realize what is happening they would have transferred a substantial amount from your account.

They usually block your sim card around 8P.M in the evening when you won't be expecting too many calls and they work over night to try and take as much as they can from your account.The victims usually realize that something is wrong with their phone the next day ,before they get their phone sorted and realize that their bank account has been tampered with usually takes up to 48 hours.The scammers would have the opportunity to transfer money from from account via the internet twice in 48 hours.They usually target company accounts, account that have a daily internet transfer limit of up to $9500.So in two days the criminals could get a total of $19,000 from your account.

Although SA banks have also made measures to counter internet banking theft.They have introduced the sms acess code system.When you login in to your account with your username and password ,the bank will sms an access code to your cellphone.Without inputting that code you will not be able to transact.The code changes every time,so every time you log on ,the bank will send you a new code.The scammers do not have access to your cellphone so even if they log into your account ,they will not be able to transact unless they have the access code.

Also beware of sending your personal details to unknown people via sms all in the name of entering a competition.ID theft is one of the biggest crimes in the world right now.It is easy to perpetuate and difficult for the police to trace.BE CAREFUL!

^^^ It is not only in Nigeria ,we are dealing with the same problem in South Africa. 9 South Africans,11 Nigerians, 2 Zimbabweans and 5 Ghanaians were recently arrested when they were caught on security camera implanting these same device on several ATMs in Johannesburg.The only difference between Nigeria and SA is that the banks compensated the people who lost their money.Furthermore the affected South African banks immediately removed those ATM machines and installed new "model"ATM machines that have a card receptor design that is transparent ,has a bulging surface like a ball and has blinking lights thereby making it very difficult for this scammers to install their skimmers on it. If they install the skimmers on this newer ATMS the Lights on the receptor stops working and the transparent plastic becomes dark green.

Nigeria banks need to upgrade their ATM machine to the newer models which were designed to combat this kind of crime.

@OP Go to A TV Station like Channels TV and report this crime to them,also show them the device.Before you show the the device ,use a candle to slightly burn the green chip on it that will fry any information that is stored on it.People need to know about this as soon as possible.

Fashola's government should take a look around the continent and look at countries that outlawed punishment for kids.A very good example is SOUTH AFRICA.

South African kids are one of the most spoilt and unrully kids on the planet.South African kids even have their own UNION called "COSAS" which can challenge adults in a court of law.Here in South Africa high school students slap ,beat ,stab and even shoot teachers and the teachers can't do squat about.Drive around Johannesburg high schools in the afternoon and you will see youngsters in uniform smooching(kissing & handling) ,smoking and gambling on the school grounds in broad day light while the teachers just stare from their windows without intervening.

In SA high schools ,the kids are allowed to use cellphones and there has been many sex scandals where students recorded homemade porn of themselves having sex in the school toilets with their camera phone and mmsed to their friends.It is such a bad situation that i am seriously considering sending my kids back to Nigeria to school there because of the lack of discipline in SA's High schools.

Parents are also not allowed to beat their kids,hence you see kids as young as 8 years old calling their mothers and fathers "idiots","bitch" and all sorts of names without the parent being able to do anything about it for the fear of being arrested for child abuse.

I think it is about time we form "ODUA DEFENSE FORCE" ODF . A militia that will protect the people of ODUA.These guilty fulanis in ekiti should have being ginned down in their hundreds in a hail of bullets to send a chilling message to them that they do not F8uck with their hosts otherwise.
