U can get SSCE Syllabus, it's always given along with GCE form. All the topics in each subject are listed out in the handbook. For Passport, I'm not too sure, we can ask from the embassy in Lagos or abuja by giving them a call.

I haven't filled it. But only one will be filled, then photocopy the filled one to have five more copies

pls, the certificate of fitness in the form, has anyone gone to a registered medical practitioner to fill it? If yes, were tests done? How much did the whole thing cost u?

If u have one to present, there's no offence in that. If not, there's no need for one, cos a mission representative will certify ur English proficiency @ the point of submission.

It won't be easy to get syllabi of all the courses taken. I think attaching transcript should take care of all that. No institution will be listing out all the subjects taken for each course, that will be too voluminous. I stand to be corrected anyway.
